The Best part is their The Great Kebab Factory. Even their Buffet section is well planned. Overall good place to be. Nice Aesthetics. Close proximity to Happening destinations.

Excellent place been there for conference meetings. Their pool side Area is excellent. In winter evening would love to sit around there. Great for parties and function, saw few exhibitions too. Never stayed here so not sure about that part. Their Bakery is one of the nice ones tasted few items n quite like it. They have kebba factory too which is rated high.

Not maintained properly. You cant change temp on AC because they are kind of broken. Location is awesome staff was okay. Its a budget hotel cost is low; so you have to compromise on other side of services.

Good place to visit. Room space is really nice and it has a big bathroom. Staff behavior is really appreciated. I have visited there once and will visit there one more time.

+True value for money property. If you visit Gurugram for work, this is the place to stay. Centrally located, nice and clean hotel. Bakery items are too good. — Do not expect too much care from the staff. There is no parking, park your cars outside and there is no one to guide you either. Help yourself here, please.

This hotel is located nearby HUDA City metro station which makes the location very convenient to spot and commute. On the other since my visit was for a professional purpose I could suggest that hotel could be chosen as one of the optimum places to select for any conferences, meetings, business lunches or corporate stay. The hospitality is super warming as is the food and banquet hall have good space. The hotel rooms are also nice.

Extremely delightful experience at the Great Kebab factory! Such a fine dining experience, marked with delicious food and very courteous staff. The food served was refreshingly different, great in spice balance and almost home-like in terms of the warmth. The staff showered a personal touch and served lip smacking food with soul. A special mention for their staff Prashant, Santu and their manager Amita. Keep up your quality!

Good hotel in Gurgaon. A bit far for Delhi visitors however the nearby Metro takes you to Delhi but takes 15 to 45 minutes depending where you want to go. (Metro is faster than car. )

Good and fast service. Toilets are just good but they can be better. Staff is helpful and ready to take your call.

Visited the restaurant for a business meeting. It was nice, quite. Air conditioning was great. Food is good too.

The hotel management is just more than worse, though rooms are clean but room service is really very bad.

Totally failed the room service is too poor but reception staff is good & room they don't even served a cup of tea I called them almost 7 — 8 times but still not single bothered to get me a single cup of tea.

The wrost property to stay. Hotel seems to be a modified house. We spent 2 hours around the hotel itself, not even single diaplay board is placed.

Amazing rooms for stay. The service was great probably because it is not a huge property. Although we had to face some issues initially at the from desk but overall stay was good. They serve tasty food.

Book at your own risk! Booked this hotel for my newly wedded brother and sister in law. We went to meet them at night around 11 PM and were kind of shocked that no one even asked us for an ID, we could walk straight upto any floor, right outside anyone's door. Security anyone? Second, I will not exaggerate this even one bit but these guys had the audacity to enter the room when a newly married couple was sleeping inside. They now claim that they entered after knocking thrice so it is not their fault. Not sure how would someone answer if they are asleep. Upon escalation of such a glaring blunder, the "manager" Ms. Sherry nonchalantly said "you can do whatever you can"! Seriously I doubt if this is the level expected from this so called chain. I would have called the cops right there and then! So unless you want someone to walk in on you when you are sleeping with your partner, do not book this hotel!

We had Rooftop booked for our corporate dinner. Property is beautiful, they have an amazing pool. But food was not as good as property and at the end it matters the most.

Great place to stay in, Sachin is a great front office manager, owners are not involved directly. Service staff will go out of the way to help. Rooms are all set up with everything you need. Overall rating would be 5.

A very shady and shabby property poorly maintained on top of that. In the name of service you get unhygienic urchins who look like as if bathed ages ago. It's a trap. Don't go by the online pics.

This hotel is conveniently located very near to huda city metro station… very nice ambience… but when it comes to food… That was ok ok types… I returned rice as it was very dry… items in buffet were also not up to the mark.

It's a good place for short work stays. The kebab factory is a must go and the paneer tikka is a must try there. . They have a small gym on the basement, good enough to do cardio for sometime. . Wouldn't say the breakfast is bad, but it isn't great either. Fruits and juices saved my day ;)

Great hotel. Great rooms, great breakfast. Staff was amazing. Had a great 2 day stay here and the location of the hotel is perfect. Metro and food places near by. Worth the spend on the hotel. The terrace with the pool also plays a great impact to have some tea upstairs.

Location is convenient but plan for traffic. Not a lot of things within walking distance. If you want to brave Indian road traffic. Rooms/facilities are worn. Service is good. Power outages seem to happen a few times a day.

A nice place to have corporate parties. The place has good food and I will give 8 out of 10 for this. Hotel staffs are courtious and helping. Valet parking is available. Bar looks good.

The hotel was nice and the terrace area was well maintained, but service was a bit lacking.

Overall good hotel, fully furnished and quality. Comfort level was ok (could be better with no mosquitoes and power outages resulting in disturbed sleep on last night of stay). Standard breakfast, nothing fancy. Staff was excellent and provided for great communication and an appreciable service.

Great Kabab Factory is the place guys. Centrally located and just next to huda metro station. Night restaurant is opeb till 4 in the morning.

Visited the outlet New Town Cafe, The Outlet had a Average food. I had ordered NTC Veg. Burger (Splty. Of the Outlet), and Fresh Lime Soda. but it was worst burger ever had. I should have gone to Burger King or Some other local burger shop. At first a Cold Burger was served, which was changed by the Chef. Changed burger was Tasteless and I should not comment about the Fresh Lime Soda. Although I would like to mention that the Staff was very Nice, Friendly Staff. Ms. Kritika was very quick in service. Service team is Good. But the Kitchen team need to improve a lot. Thanks.

This hotel is well suited for corporate trainings and conferences. Good and tasty food. But I didn't like tea served to us.

This place has a good service. A phone call and your request is served. Not too lavish, and fulfills the basic needs.

Big terrence, the staff is great… for pool parties it'll be good place to be… well organized. Mid night biryani or buffet is awesome with great ambience n ofcourse 24*7 bar…

New Town café is Fine dining Restaurant and famous for its lavish buffet spread. On Previous Sunday I was invited to taste and review its Mumbai Dibbawala Food festival. Being a Vegetarian species, I have ordered Vegetarian tiffin, it was delivered by a man, dressed in mumbai dibbawalah i. E. Loose shirt payjama and iconic gandhi topis, in a traditional wooden crate. I opened the yesteryear tiffin box, containing one Daal Fry, One Aloo Methi Sabji assorted with Two Chapaties and in Dessert Pista Burfis. I have found That they have substitute for Aloo methi with chicken curry in Non veg tiffin. Quantity is also decent and sufficient for one people (adult). Pricing is important factor : it is decently priced if we compare with all factors such as Quality, Quantity and Hygiene and transportation.

One of the few places with a midnight buffet but it is overpriced and literally feels like a buffet of leftovers. Nothing spectacular.

First trip to India and this "Hotel" if you want to call it that, has ruined my time so far. Roaches everywhere and the bathroom smells like toxic fumes. To top it off, the staff has woke me up nearly every night. If you enjoy sleeping with roaches on your bed, this place is for you! I've been in 30 states and 4 countries, this is by far the worst hell-hole I've ever stayed at.

On a overall a good hotel. Clean and tidy. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is above average. The restaurant serves good local cuisine to reasonable prices.

The best hotel in gurgaon, cleaned rooms, very delicious food and the service is quite amazing. I've been to crown plaza but park plaza is better than crown plaza as park plaza is worth the money.
