I went here with 5 friends of mine for a party and I must say this place is heaven for budget people they also listened to my request and provided me with a balcony room for smoking Thumbs up for this property.
Locality not so good. Rooms are good though.

If you're after a budget hotel to save a buck, this would be a good option. Good things — it's very affordable! Includes breakfast, hot water, TV, mini refrigerator. Staff was nice and accommodating. Property is pretty close to the medanta hospital. Not so good things — there were bugs (ants, house centipedes) in the room, bathroom. Bed sheets, towels had some stains. They bring chai in an insulated cup, which had stains including on the inside (Ewww! ). Finally, there was loud construction noise at all times during the day. If money isn't a constraint or you're traveling with family, I would recommend to spend a little more and stay at a nicer place. Something like Excalibur is nicer though a little more expensive. If you are by yourself and just want a place to crash — this could be a good option.
