I booked a birthday cake. The cake tasted great and the delivery was also on time. I also had buffet dinner. They need to include more dishes in the non veg section, also some dishes tasted good but some wasn't at par. Hope they could improve their services.

A weekend hideout from tensed and workoholic life. Located near Old rao Dhaba. Good property with swimming pool and other chilling amenities. Mostly booked out in every weekend. One good place for people who want to spend 1 or 2 days in a relaxing mood with your partner.

Had visited for a business party with team. Water leaking from the roof in front of the reception and some other places. ACs not working in some rooms. Food was horrible; if you ask for a made to order omelette at Breakfast, 1/2 an egg gets used even after specifying 2 eggs. The waiters were rude. They removed the dinner buffet even seeing that 10-15 people were still eating and having plates in their hands. On complaining the sales head (Mr. Vipin) had a smirk on his face. If you are looking to hold any business meet or event here, please stay away from this hotel.

Very well maintained hotel with superb dining facilities. Swimming pool and gymnasium are also very good. Would love to visit again.

The resort is a good one including the neat and clean rooms and the guests enjoyed a lot in the pool. The food here in the restaurant is excellent and mind blowing, I just left licking my fingers. Though the washrooms are very small. The service is also slow. We booked in total 4 rooms and there are many baby lizards in the room, it seems that they have no access to any pest control services. Otherwise the resort is a good one including the ambience too.

Food was good, value for money place. You have access to pool table, swimming pool and few other indoor games. The location is not very far from Delhi and around 45 minutes drive from Iffco chowk. Staff are courteous and supportive. Worth every penny I spent for this place.

Excellent! Food in coffee shop buffet is very delicious. Staff is very courteous. Although Club Room bed very small only drawback.

We had planned wedding and two days stay at Fortune Park it was great experience. The food was excellent, staff was very supportive and flexible. The rooms were very clean and maintained. Swimming pool was operational and clean. I would recommend this as perfect place for large group stay specially for destination wedding for group needing 90 room. All my guest were in same hotel and enjoyed the hospitality. Thanks once again to the team and I strongly recommend this hotel for large groups and looking forward for another get together at your place.

Excellent stay with family. Hotel staff is very courteous. I really appreciate the professionalism and warm hospitality of Orchid restaurant staff. Food was decent and so as rooms. Overall memorable stay.

I stayed here over a weekend on Jan 20-21. It was a family outing. The place is good and well maintained. Some of the rooms require maintenance but overall no complaints. The staff is nice. The food served is of good quality. The restaurant staff gets overloaded if there are too many guests and that leads to delay in serving. There is a nice lawn there where you can relax during winter afternoon. Overall a good experience.

A good Business hotel in the area. Nice food in the restaurant… Neat beds and towels… on the whole good to stay. Carpets in the passages and common toilets need uplifting.

Facility is average, customer service is poor, feb 9 and 10 I spent two days,, place is not bad its ok.

The location was near bml munjal University it's hard to find the place unless your looking for it. The breakfast menu was good the lunch and dinner needs to be looked at.

A nice property just off the Delhi-Jaipur Highway, next to the Old Rao Dhaba. A host of amenities, decently large sized rooms, a hearty buffet and warm staff makes your stay comfortable and pleasant!

Restaurant good for moctail, pasta and other light stuff. Indian food.

Nice weekend getaway, for a day or so. The breakfast is scrumptious, rooms are clean, staff is cordial. The pool is not functional.

I went there to attend an engagement party. The banquets are quite spacious, well decorated. The greenery is maintained well. The food was arranged in the lawn. Though it was tasty but not served hot.

The hotel is a good gateway for weekend outing. The breakfast has a large variety and its awesome too. The service of the hotel is bit slow. The travellers going now should keep in mind the swimming pool is not in working condition. Please do check and then visit hotel.

It's a nice place to stay. The rooms are clean and well maintained. There are several liesure options available. Along with the rooms there are banquets and meeting rooms which are fit for the purpose. The staff is very professional and friendly.

No Telugu channels are coming on TV Main entrance gate is major dis advantage we have to walk near about 1 km inside No proper street ligjts are not there from muskan dhaba to In side of the hotel.

Location is prime no doubt. But make entrance visible. Else food is good but put some spices to make it more yumm. Service awesome, banquet good for small gathering (80-100) people. ☺️

The food preparation was just too good! Specially tea time snacks! Yummy food! Normal rooms were decent but pool facing rooms are very spacious and comfy! Amenities were not consistent. One room didn't have tissues, another room didn't have towels. Worst was their pool. It had rained the previous day, so they never bothered to clean the pool next day inspite of full occupancy. There were insects in the pool next day and the water was brown in color!

Nice hospitality and spacious rooms. It is getting short of 5 stars as the pool was not clean and there was a strange smell in the 3rd floor corridor.

Pool is well maintained, rooms are neat and clean with good service. We just had breakfast there which was superb. It has a playing area as well and famous roa dhabha is walking distance from it. Overall a good place to spend a day or two.

I wish I can give them zero rating. Worst experience with them. Pathetic food quality and room service. Their chef abhimanu doesn't know the basic manner of how to speak with a guest. He is very rude and arrogant. The whole atmosphere in the restaurant during all the buffet time was like we are sitting in AC restaurant where LANGAR is served and people are eating it for free and chef is annoyed with that fact. There lost and found department is also mismanaged. After staying there for two day I. E 24 th Feb to 26th Feb I will never recommend it to any of my friend or family member If you value ur money don't go their. There are other better hotels available.

I have stayed here for 2 days. Was for a weekend getaway with cousins. Hotel is good, crowd is good. Tasty food in the restaurant and also there is a nearby hotel called as OLD RAO HOTEL, so you can have a dhaba food too.
