The Food and service is pathetic, Room service takes lot of time, They are not prepared to cater large gathering, don't even have arrangements to serve cold water while dinner.

House keeping is very poor, the staff doesn't respond to your calls. Food quality is below standard, me and my family had stomach problems after eating the food served.

The place is very good,,, the food quality is also good. Commendable hospitality. Hotel staff is cordial in their behaviour. The gymnasium is open for 24 hours. The swimming pool is also crystal clear and has good resting options. Corridor and rooms are very well decorated. The lobby is also very spacious and wonderfully decorated.

The service of this hotel is truly a 5 star. Alll the employees are so kind, nice and helpful including the manager. Best Hyatt I’ve stayed; they are doing a great job here. The only inconvenience is that is far from Delhi and traffic is horrible. Everything else is fine. Highly recommended if you want to disconnect and not go to Delhi. I stayed here my last days in India. Love you India! ❤️

We went with the family for coffee. It was great experience. The coffee was good and steward was responsive and smart and quickly understood what we wanted. Even he was alone he gave exceptional service and within time. It was a great experience.

I had attended a corporate event here. They have a big hall where programs can be organized to a big audience. At least 2000+ people can sit in the same hall. They have swimming pool. Nice and clean place and well maintained. You can think the same for a five star hotel. However the food and snaks served during that event was not so great. May be our organization took a relatively low price package.

I had attended a corporate event over here. So from that respect, it was pretty good. The hall in on the ground floor was huge. The food served was good. The infrastructure was amazing.

Lovely 5* hotel, great service, but room was slightly dirty when we arrived, crumbs on the floor, smudges on Windows and mirrors. Other than that, the decor is wonderful and modern. Not many guests here at the moment so the place is a bit like a ghost town! Will see what breakfast serves up tomorrow. The kitchen quarter looks very spacious with lots of variety.

It is a good place to experience luxury but I felt its main restaurant is too open to serve good food. Merging the kitchen into dining space is good but the scale here is way too up. I mean its like wandering around various islnds to get food of your choice.

It's just a great place for the stay and for relax your self. Service is just great. Food taste is also very good as all type of people can have the food taste. Rooms are also very good and well managed here. All other facilities are also available here like a swimming pool, a bar, a lounge area, also a convention hall, a meeting hall.

Have visited the property twice for business conference. Spacious and clean rooms. Helpful staff and quite responsive. Huge ballroom that can easily accommodate 2000 people. Food quality was average but again as I visited for a conference so can't really comment on that. Overall it has been pleasant stay here.

I visited this place to attend 4 day meeting, and this was just amazing. Love there rooms, they were so spacious and arranged. Everything was working fine from TV to heater perfect. The served foods were too good like the taste but I think they lack in variety. Outside area was also cool having pool side area. Feels awesome and 24hr gym was there this was fantastic.

Best hotel in the city for stay. Property is very well maintained and beautiful. I had taken the package for New Year. Every thing was good besides food. Food quality is not good. Breakfast given was prepared 2 or 3 days before. Nothing seems to be fresh.

The location was just perfect. The staff working at Hyatt provides it's guests with supreme hospitality. They serve for luxury! Anyone and everyone should prefer Hyatt for their overnight stays or various other events.

A very good place to stay for a night or two. Is a bit distant from the main Gurgaon hub so travel to and from the business hub is an issue. The rooms are luxurious and the staff helpful.

Overall a great property, located outside Gurgaon in Manesar. So it's very quiet and far from the hectic life of Gurgaon. It's like a maze once you enter the gate to get into the lobby area. The attitude of the hotel staff at the check-in process is average, don't expect to be greeted. You would be lucky if you are welcomed in a nice way. You may express your dissatisfaction and then they make you important. But overall comfortable stay.

Very nice and newly built Hotel. Obviously expensive to the Indian standard, but absolutely acceptable to Western standards very large and well kept rooms as well as clean. Restaurant with buffet very rich and for every taste, Western, Oriental and Indian. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Good — it's Hyatt so you know what to expect. Bad — it's Hyatt so you know what to expect. It's perfect if you're planning a huge corporate get together and don't really care about how courteous the staff is and when your experience here comes second to your corporate requirements. The staff understands that, I guess, so they don't really carw about much. There's only one approach road and it is a little problematic on account of a weirdly placed flyover (or maybe the property is weirdly placed) on the national highway. You can get stuck in traffic while coming in or going out.

The service provided is worth appreciating. The welcome, the stay was pleasant. Ambience was pitch perfect. Reaching your rooms is another engaging journey down the mass of alleyways, inner courtyards and quarter turn stairwells.

Services are at par, the pool is good and the steam and spa centre is state of the art. Although there is not much you can do apart from enjoying the facilities inside the hotel because there are only dhabhas and small shops in the vicinity. Would recommend it to someone.

The hotel is great with superb spacious rooms and amazing restaurants. There are little fittings n fixtures getting worn out but that can be taken care of by regular maintanance. Restaurants are great and a must try.

Great working environment in terms of an event company. Each and Every employee is so kind and helpful. Infact I posted my feedback at 2:00 am but, still most of the Hyatt regency employee are helping me and they all are sorted at a 360 degree. Staff of Hyatt regency are superb.

The staying in the Hayatt hotel was very pleasant and enjoyable for us. We liked the location very much. The service people everywhere were very nice and polite. We liked the breakfast very much. The main problem we faced was the lack of air condition in the rooms. This has made our night sleep almost unbearable!

Big hotel with spacious rooms. Staff is very warm welcoming, and give proper attention to your needs. An ideal place for your stress releasing area for a very short weekend trip and be close to your home. Food is good and very affordable so 5 Star luxury services is under your pocket.

Friendly staff as well nice ambience. Just at the entry they have built a loving green wall which makes the temperature of the entrance very pleasant. The swimming pool is ok but the crowd around the pool is mostly wierd. This hotel attracts a lot of corporate tours and thus weird crowd can be seen here. Rest everyone in the staff was helpful. Food is amazing and so are the rooms and room service also.

No saving graces… soulless android 5 star. It is quite a distance from the airport. Reception and restaurant staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is extensive. However housekeeping and room service staff are dour and don't even respond to a smile or a nod. Need some training… same can be said of the concierge who g9t offended when I spoke in Hindi as his English was poor. The room was adequate but lacked character. Towels are threadbare and toilet paper is well, sandpaper… The bar is shutdown after the supreme court ruling, and is definitely within 500 metres of the highway. So keep that in mind, all you inebriated souls!

Firs tym I visit the five star property in hyatt regency gurgaon… Building of this hotel is very slim like as LED TV' shape. Its very awsome!

This is located on the NH8, Have mostly visited this place for official purpose conferences and award nights and so far have found it quite a decent place and well maintained. Food is average. They have got a good pool and during award nights the food is arranged around the pool itself. And has good ample space in lobby for sitting.

Very bad staff 100 percent noncoperative specially miss arzoo and Mr. Santanu Mukherjee (asst. Front office manager) they are very bad in talking and don't have manners to talk with clients aurogent nature I want to stay with my relative but they also said why we r staying here if they don't have manners I said him sorry so please my friends find another hotel total wastage.

Good place to stay. Nice rooms, good food. The hotel has a business look with sharp interiors and decor. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Service was brilliant. Breakfast spread was excellent. Room had all the amenities. Bathroom was clean and had bathtub as well as shower section. Wifi speed was fast and the hotel allows multiple devices to be connected. Stay at Hyatt was nothing short of what is expected from A Hyatt Group of Hotel.

Would have been a good place for events and conferences, but for location. Difficult to get taxis. If coming from Delhi, couple of extra kilometers to be travelled to get a U turn.

Beautiful hotel. It's cold. It's food is epic. But if you order a bit tami of 7000 bucks you get food for just half of you.

Access is the problem. Round and round on the NCR highway. Even the taxi people dont know how to approach it. Excellent for business stays and conferences. Food is great. (4.5/5) pool is also usable. Business center and the restaurants were also good (4/5). The staff dissuade you from going out of the premises as it is ' unsafe'. Didnt venture out much on a 3 day stay. over all : I will visit again.

Suit room was just awesome. I stayed in Oberoi Mumbai, The Lalit Goa, Taj Delhi, Marriott Chandigarh etc. But comparing all 5 star hotels it was the best. Room rate was also very cheap. I had never imagined that it can beat suit room of Oberoi Mumbai but it did. :)

I apologize for the below comment. It was posted in error. Dad had a talk with the Hotel staff and they did try to fix the jacket. They got back to me and resolved the matter and we will be compensated for the same. — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — My Dad stayed at this prestige hotel just to relax for a couple of days and turns out the other-way round. It's been a headache. One of the waiter\server dropped Pizza on dad's expensive jacket which was gifted to him by me and ruined it. I understand things happen by mistake. But this is an expensive Jacket more that $2000. It had all a big oil stains patch now and therefore hotel staff dry cleaned it looks like tried to remove the stain but rather destroyed it completely. Color of the jacket is faded, patches became more prominent and it is not wearable now and again hotel staff was sir we cannot do anything about it really? I did emailed them pictures before and after. If this would have happened in US at-least I would have got a good customer service and they would look into the matter instead of just ignoring. We have stayed at this hotel quite a lot of time and did not expect this.

Ballroom is huge, suite is awesome and very chic, it's one of cool things money can provide. And Hyatt always manages to exceed the expectations.

Almost everything in this hotel is decent but not great. Be it décor, food, service or location, there is a constant reminder to self "I have had better! ". Good thing is that the staff is open to feedback and they seem to be trying to make customer experience better. That said, for the competitive price for the rooms, I think this place is worth it. For this reason, I'll recommend this place for sure.

I am giving a one star to this Hotel not because I want to, because I have to. Otherwise I would have not given even a single star. It was my fiance's birthday on 15th Aug. I booked this hotel after reading wonderful reviews on Google, Make my trip and trip adviser. When we went there the whole lobby area of the hotel was crowed with lots of people and at the reception people were fighting to get the check in done (People were not following and queue neither anybody asked them to). Though it was okay as we thought there might be some kind of occasion or a get together there because of that it was so crowed. After wasting our half and hour there, we finally got our room keys. We entered the room (room was good) we saw there were two separated beds (We wanted a single bed). So decided to call the front desk and asked them to either change the room or ask anybody to come to join the beds together. They said they will send somebody there within 15 mins. We waited for half an hour, nobody came. I called again and this time asked for a dental kit as well as I forgot to take mine with me (Though every 5 star hotel keep it in the toiletries. But they didn't) and reminded them about the bed thing again. Again waited for half an hour but no response, nobody showed up. I called again and this was my third time, so I told myself that forget about the beds now but I egarly wanted the dental kit. But again surprise surprise I didn't get it again.

Hosts do not respect guests. Waiters lie about food. Place is outside Gurgaon, not convenient. That's why it's prices are low.
