Very good experience at cosy grand hotel new delhi. Excellent indian food. Friendly hotel staff. Recommended to stay.

Excellent Service By Staff especially by Martin who graciously accepted my request to extend my stay for almost 2 hours for our baby… Food is nice… Location is excellent if you wish to visit embassy.

It very nice to stay and cover all most all famous places near by hotel and metro station aso very near and locality is very nice.

It is a good place to stay… Had a wonderful Breakfast. And center for a tourist travel and empassy wirks.

Decent location. Complementary breakfast should be more enriched. Rooms are decent, good views from room, pvr sangam cinema is a little walk from here. Well behaved staff. Try rooms on 2nd floor with balcony.

Book online. You will find it cheaper that way. Close to the embassies and cheaper than other hotels in the area.

Good location. But cramped rooms and common areas. Staff can be noisy.

Well maintained rooms. Complimentary breakfast has very limited dishes. People mostly who visit this place come for visa interviews, since it is close to all embassies.

Not a great hotel to spend your time. Although the view from the room's window is good but service is slow and ambience is not favourable.

Bcoz very poor services and overprzed rooms according to the space.

Location wise hotel is good, but there is poor ventilation in the rooms. Bed is clean so is the toilet. The hotel guys were courteous. Buffet breakfast has less options.

Old building with new interior. Good service. No amenities as such. Very near to embassies. Food was very good. One star extra for that :-)

Cosy Grand tried to cheat me. Instead of offering a executive deluxe room they gave me a apartment. After fighting they offered me a super deluxe room.

The room was well maintained although the sink clogged on using it for the very first time. The clogged sink was fixed with alacrity upon informing the reception. The complimentary breakfast was supposed to be a buffet but it was not available as there weren't enough guests. Although there wasn't any buffet the chefs offered to make anything that I wanted along coupled with any beverage. Overall it was a good experience for a single night stay for Rs 3200 in New Delhi.

Good place in New Delhi, where closer to sarojini market. Friendly and trustworthy staff. Good food with comfortable rooms.

It's good as usual, this time hotel had conference booked and unable serve, but normally good guys.

A decent place to stay in. Family Hotel. Nearest Metro Station is AIIMS. The Manager is a really humble, helpful and amazing human being. There are less chances of complaints but if there is some complaint he takes it personally and resolve immediately with a peaceful smile. Food is also good. Must go.

God only for people who come for visa applications. Bad food, bad rooms, bad showers, and bad staff. Reception gives excuses to not accept card payments. Dont book a airport drop car or travel cab from reception. They give a dirty and regular car but charge is very high.

— The hotel is located around 20mins from the Embassies — The rooms are small & compact but well maintained — In-house dining is recommended but they take a long time for preparing the order — Its located on the service lane hence it's a little difficult to spot it from the main road.

It is not a luxury hotel. But I give it five stars because the service was great. The restaurant was 24-7 and so was room service. I loved the food, especially the tandoori chicken items! I stayed here for a week and felt right at home. The staff is kind and try their best to arrange a car service for your day's itinerary. If you are looking for a cosy place, then you've found it here. Mr. Praveen Sethi did a very fine job in welcoming and accomdating me. Thank-you for your great customer service.

Average room and not too much clean but clean.

Reception staff is very arrogant, Want to shift to other hotels due to AC problem, when we resisted they told wait for 2 hours, and then suddenly they gave us the room we dont know how, food was average, room was good. think twice before booking.

Very traditional one and good hospitality.

I was there back in late 2010, so take my comments with a grain of salt as it may have changed since. I found it a little cold during December. They supplied a heater, but it just didn't get the room warm enough. If you stay there, try to get a room away from the kitchen. I, thankfully, was higher up and didn't hear the noise. The dinner menu there was quite good and reasonably priced. I never ate the meat, but didn't get bored of the vegetarian options and didn't get sick from the food. I did accidentally drink the water from the tap when brushing my teeth and got ill as a result. But it's India, so what do you expect? I found the service to be ok, but some of the staff did struggle with English. They really did try to help though. I'm not certain if my experience was typical or not though, as I was part of a larger group that was there about 3 weeks — so they may have tried to be extra nice to us. I saw a couple of the different rooms available too. I agree that some of the rooms were quite small. However, some of the other rooms were a reasonable size. For a lower priced place in India, I thought it was ok.
