My personal advice would be that go to any other but never to this one. This hotel tests ur patience level to the extreme. Room which I was given in the beginning was awful taps shower were nt functional. Lock was broken n in place of that milk powder wrapper was inserted cupboard door was also shaking. I was provided all the things for which I asked after changing the room but I had to keep on calling room service for it.
This Oyo is worst, they are robbers, cheaters. I paid cash 1700 against the bill of 1690 and checked out the same day. Later, after checking out I received an email stating the booking has been cancelled from my side. This made me skeptical, I called Oyo customer support, spoke with someone in escalations and explained them the whole matter. They logged the complaint, infomed me as per their records it is showing booking was cancelled from my side, which I never did, they assured to investigate the matter in the following morning. About the hotel, first, I was given on the 2nd floor im which there was no lock in the door, instead of key hole there was a big hole, for anyone to peek in, then they alloted me the opposite room. Rooms are small as prison, sheets were dirty and toilets aren't good either. Although Daikin AC was effective.
