I really loved this Hotel and I will happily recommend to anyone bcoz this is my third visit and I m happy and impressed. Amazing customer service with Helpfull staff. Foods was also tasty.

My first to this place, it was spellbound. The staff was so humble and kind specially pankaj… Food excellent as yu can see posted the pics too. Must go!. Over all Royal lavish ambience.

Almonds hotel is a fantastic place for the customers to book for a staying room they provide all facilities for the customers the hotel is hygienic, clean and well trained service provided by the hotel management I like it.

Good infrastructure. Services are excellent. Staffs are well mannered and provides instant help to the customers.

Service charges for food are not applied to a total order but per item, even though all the items are delivered at once. What a rip off!

This hotel needs with extreme urgency look at their quality control and maintainable program. We had two rooms for three nights. Room 1 TV stayed on all night. Room had two remotes and mother would turn TV off. The water in the toilet kept running. After getting in hotel at 3.30 onearly morning there was no way we could sleep. Complaint in the morning and return in the evening water was still running. The room was changed. Room 2 TV would come on. The bed was covered up. There were hair on the sheets. On complain they did change sheets. Empty water bottle was found in wardrobe. There was dirt under the table. When complained we were told it was a mistake. There no side banister handle to hold on when you enter lobby. It is hard for people with disability. The hotel looks ok but should be made more guest friendly.

Very very bad hospitality and no meaning of guest for hotel people. Not prepare as per given time schedule.

Hotel's pretty good. The reception and house keeping are quite helpful and the breakfast service is fabulous as well. Rooms are pretty good. The location is a bit edgy but I really dont have much to complain. The Wi-Fi service is pretty good too. Wont bother looking elsewhere next time.

Reason for me stay was proximity to Sir Gangaram Hospital. Booked through OYO. It was in their premium category. The room was very cramped up not like appeared in professional images on the site. The place was neat bedding was comfortable. Shower was bad and due to leaking cubical it became messy at times. Appreciate iron and iron board in the room. BF was ok and staff was courteous. I will recommend this place if better discounts are available.

Not a good hotel to stay. High priced and less amenities.

I went here for the conference 10am to 5pm. The arrangements were good. Interiors are also good. All the meals were tasty. The dining area could accommodate approx. 50 heads at a time.

Good hotel in the prime location, East Patel Nagar. Close to the metro station. Clean rooms. Breakfast has very low vareity. Needs improvement.

The entry is a bit odd into the lobby, but rest is good. Quick elevator, good quality food and rooms are decent.

The Wi-Fi does not reach the room. Wi-Fi of a building two blocks away reached the room but not almondz Wi-Fi. Initially we were told that it was supposed to be a buffet breakfast but it was not. It was a-la-carte cum buffet with the least possible variety. I ordered a tea and I swear it took more than an hour to arrive. The room was not sufficiently equipped. The breakfast timing keeps on changing according to their whims. Good luck booking this property.

Actually I don't know too much about this hotel because I had never stayed here for a night. I had came here many times but only for meetings. Overall hotel is good.

We have just visited the restaurant and it has always been a pleasure eating there. The food is tasty, the staff is courteous and helpful. I do get a discount too :-). They never fail to surprise us with the taste.

Nice place to stay in. Be aware that the road that leads to the hotel closes in the night with no one to open the gate. So you will have to take some inner roads and manage getting there. During the days, its no problem.

We finished our Taj express tour in style with an amazing dinner at Almondz restaurant. Food was the best we had in India and staff was awesome, from manager to chef they showered us with smiles, compliments, humor, fantastic service and the list can go on and on. Absolutely lovely, I dinner to remember for ever. Thanks.

Bunch of thugs. Beware! I was denied room even after confirmed booking in the middle of the night in a place like Delhi. Alternatively arrangements to the hotel nearby charged me extra for everything even when I was informed by the staff of almondz that I have to pay same price and all the services will be the same.
