There were two bottles of used coke in the fridge. There was soap for one person only though we have booked the room for 2 people. In one room the soap in toilet was used. Room locks were old. Room was not clean. AC not working properly. Staff behaviour is good. Reception is available 24 hours. Location is 20 minues walking distance from railway station.

Very good ambience and staff is very cooperative and liked their services alot. I already recommend this for a 2 or 3 days stay. Prices are more as compared to other hotels.

The food is bad. Room service is late. Being a four star property the standards are kept low. The staff is helpful and polite.

1) Extremely unattentive staff 2) Air conditioners don't work and there is no promot service 3) Food is good, not the breakfast though 4) Rooms stink of sewer water, and they don't change rooms that easily.

Not at all a 4 star property. The reception and room service people behave with you like aliens. Try other options available amply in Delhi.

Location is good. The rooms near restaurant are bit noisy. Avoid staying in these.

I booked a delux room. I found this hotel very good. Staff was cooperative. We liked the breakfast and dinner. Did not try lunch buffet. The place is not easily visible even though it's on roadside due to metro bridge. Overall hotel was clean and I'm satisfied with service.

Downside, found stains on the bed sheets upon arrival. Bathroom is good. Stayed for two nights and apparently some of the rooms are renovated and some are not. Breakfast is good.

This hotel located at a place from where all important offices and other places are easily approachable. Their rooms are neat and clean and food is excellent. Keeping in view its location and services, the charges are very low.

The stuff was wonderful and very helpful, they even helped us book flights for the next leg of our journey. And cars to travel around Delhi, for sightseeing. I would definitely stay here again, one thing I would definitely do differently is check the water temperature befor I settle into the rooms.

Pros- good food Quality, homelike feeling in food. Staff is very courteous. Rooms are spacious, neat and tidy. Location is great, 2 min walk from patel nagar metro station. Price is also reasonable for hitel at Central delhi location. Cons-rooms are not sound proof, u may get disturbed if you dnt get a good neighbor.

It's good hotel for stay. But the restaurant service is very slow. Food is delicious.

This was among the nicer places I've satyed in many years of backpacking. Great place to relax and recharge. Big rooms, great bathrooms!. The dinner is also lovely.

Walking from patel nagar metro. Rooms are luxurious, tidy and very cozy. A perfect place to live in. And dnt frget to habe their complimentary breakfast… loved it.!

Stunning Hotel We booked this hotel for two days. While talking about rooms, it is good and spacious. We can say that overall is a good experience as we enjoy allot during stayed.

I found Hotel Regent Grand  on internet and was amazed by the services mentioned and the photos uploaded on the website. I was a little cynical if the real picture would be different. When I visited the hotel with my family I was delighted to be there and experience the hospitality. The staff was well mannered and very cooperative.

4 star tariff and 5 star amenities. The location is easy to find. The quality of food and service is quite good and a regular family trip became an amazing trip.

The Hotel regent grand it is within walking distance of karol bagh and Rajendra place, and only a short drive from New Delhi rail station. The service and hospitality is outstanding. I am particularly fond of the multi-cuisine restaurant, which offers some of the finest Indian Veg and non vegetarian dishes.

The Hotel regent grand is excellent Hotel, situated in Central Delhi. The location of hotel is very good; it is very close to the Karol bagh market. Food and hospitality was awesome. I love to go again.
