Place ia good for casual hangouts and you can go along with your friends n family for a nice outing… It has a nice environment n soothing crowd…

Was there for an event of engagement. The decoration was so nice which was done by yellow flowers and candles. The snacks were tasty.

Omg I was never in such an awful hotel. The bed linens were dirty and used. The AC was extremely noisy. Lack of maintenance. I can’t recommend it.

The hotel is decent and clean. Not everything works in the room but it is fixed up easily enough. So, keep an eye out and relax. It's all good.

Very neatly done and spacious room. Good breakfast with limited choice of food. Front desk was very cooperative. Easily accessible at a great location.

Very costly, food quality not so good… Arranged a small function there… Manager came for collecting full payment just before the start of the event.

I had my sons birthday party on 16 may at Africa avenue gk 1 and it was worst experience I ever had. They took money at starting of buffet but showed there color while serving food. They had very little food quantity. Manager was hiding and just 4 waiter serving only veg food Even when we booked non veg food. 70 guest out of 80 came to me and complaint me about food serving. Hotel manager and owner did not come even once as they already took whole amount in advance. Cooling was not good and people had to use hand fans. I wanted to give 0 rating but gave 1 to give the rating.

Party hall is a little bit small to organise a party for 100 people.

It's a small place for functions and the staff is little slow. The food is little ok sorts, although the location and ambience is really nice. They have valet services available. It although does not have a ramp for the hall in the basement.

Stying is good but in food no variety only chicken available but mutton and fish never available.

We had our engagement ceremony at your banquet last night. One of your hotel staff (Amrita) didn't had enough courtesy and she kept on showing the banquet hall to other's when my party was going on
I was deeply concerned and asked her not to show the hall to guests during the time of ceremony but she didn't listen and again brought some more guests. I am really shocked how low one can go to do business.
Please note, your overall arrangements were good but incident spoiled the mood I would certainly expect strongest action possible to be taken on such employee.

Decent hotel for casual stays. Located in a posch area in GK. Easy access to the ring road. Food is good quality, and quantity remains same as other hotel's around which is less. 10 mins drive to the local market. Hotel accepts card payments and booking through Go Ibibo. Staff is educated and provides good service. Overall experience is far better than other options around.

The location is indeed good! Bur the services and food are very poor… amature staff… don't know even the 'H' of hospitality… very poor management! On being asked for extra blanket the reply is " ask the owner"

It is a good property located in gk at the end of the road. Good food and courteous service. The parking is non existent and is basically a roadside affair. The rooms are good and clean. The night time service is very limited. The crowd and loaction are nice. The market is walkable.

Tidy spacious rooms with superb location. Only some improvements required in breakfast options. Staff is courteous. Service at even 3 am was available.

Hello guys, my experience was good. Environment in the hotel was nice. All staff members were very cooperative. I left my mobile phone in hotel room after check out and then the staff naming sumit contact me and handover my phone to me. All the complaints were resolved at earliest.

Wi-Fi did not reach some rooms and was very unreliable. Staff added guests on Facebook by looking at the room list and were generally off-putting. Food was expensive and slow.

Disappointing! This is the least I can say about our experience at Africa Avenue. A drunkard brat who claims to be the MD of Africa avenue misbehaved under the influence of liquor and power spoiling the on going party that we had in the Banquet area of the Hotel. There is no system in place to ensure that guest feel at ease. It was insulting for us to go there. Request all patrons not to visit this place.

We had a family Get together of friends and had the worst experience of lifetime. In the hospitality industry, if the promoter of the hotel does not know how to behave with customers then they should not be in this business. The owner was drunk and did not allow the guests to finish the dinner. Enquiry should be initiated against them so that it shouldn't happen to any other customer in future. Dear prospective customer. Be carefull to book the place!

Worst ever experience, hotel owner came in drunk state at party hall, where 15 families having vegetarian food, start misbehaving. Worst place to book hall or any function.

We had a family get together of friends that got totally spoiled due to Third class hospitality extended by the staff. Behavior of the restaurant's Top management was also Rude. Quality of food served was not up to the mark. Valet service is very poor. While returning from the hotel we had to wait for our car for half an hour that too at midnight. After repeatedly checking with the valet staff the assurance was given that a man had already gone to fetch the car but after half an hour it was noticed that the Car keys were lying at the counter and no one had gone to fetch the car from the parking lot. worst experience.

Terrible place as the management is in hand of completely unprofessional hotheaded person, lacking basic training in hospitality industry and guest relationship. We ended up spoiling a family get together of school friends, who met after a long time due to arrogancy, immaturity and childish behavior of a drunk young man, who was incidentally MD of this very poorly managed hotel. When an organisation is being run by such an immature unprofessional person, you can very well understand level of customer services and guest relationship. Read review of this place, before planning stay or any party at this place. A party is million rupees worth for organisers, however small it is. So if you care about your guests, don't risk your reputation by selecting this place.
