Good ambience,, food is so so,,, service good, we had good time, attendant marriage party.

Good food great ambience. Staff needs soft skill training. Drained out staff.

Room service is worst. We called for water, waited for two hours, called again, and again it took 1 hour. No matter whatever we call for, nothing comes on time. Room was better. The hotel was stinky. Lift is stinky. One can go for rooms but overall not.

Organised first birthday of my baby in Golden Palm on Jun 26. Very cordial and cooperative staff. Photographer and decorator on panel were thorough professionals, did good job. Keep up the good work Yogesh Abhay Sharma.

Rooms were nice and spacious. Though the AC didn't work. Had to call the service thrice for them to respond. Other than that the experience and breakfast was great.

Superb ambiance. Palatial buildings. Fine, well maintained rooms. Good broad parking space. Attached with a good restaurant & a bar. Delicious food. Courteous staff. All modern facilities available. Moderate rates charged. Check in 12 noon. Check out 11 a. M. Room service available. Bathrooms are like glamourooms. Sprightly inside the colony. Opp. To East Delhi Police H. Q.

One fine hotel in the Indraprastha area. Built adjacent to JP hotel, it offers some nice rooms. Staff is courteous. Can be considered for a casual stay.

Very peaceful and quiet place. Proper parking available. The staff is nice. I visited for an event. It is near Anand Vihar in posh colony name ip extension.

Very bad experience, Staff is very rude, they have no guest in the room policy so if you know some friend living around this hotel and ask him/her to visit you they wont be allowed to even go to the room to use washroom in emergency. Room was good but the shower was pathetic as it doesnt have pressure and you have to do target bathing to remove the applied soap, dont opt for free breakfast coz its not worth it.

Rooms are really good. Overall place ia good too. In food, snacks are good but theain course could have been better.

So this was my view from my room on the 5th floor. Thanks but no thanks. During my stay I didn’t even dare to slide the curtains of my rooms. This hotel needs a complete makeover. Everything here is either broken or not working properly. Very old property needs good maintenance. You can totally avoid this hotel. There are 2-3 hotels adjoining to this one. Not value fir money. Food is great. But bar service isn’t that good. Cocktails are okay. You better get your own drink. Not recommended!

People from this hotel call and say they have been selected lucky customer and will call you daily for dinner there… after that they lure you and even threat you… very bad business ethics…

Very Old Property. Manageable rooms, and service. Not too great. You can also skip and chose any other hotel if need be.

Tourist friendly. Value for money. But don't expect that your booking will stay there forever. Expect them to replace it if you haven't reconfirmed it.

The paint was chipping off the first room that we got so switched to another room which was better. Great food and equally good staff.

Spacious and comfortable rooms, provide good amenities and even the food is delicious. Nice place to stay.

We were here for photography for one of our client. The banquet was good and well managed. They have good staff and are located at good location.

The rooms in the hotel were good and the toilets clean. The restaurant charges a bomb for food though. For a breakfast of a few channa bhaturas, cut fruits and coffee for about 6 people, they charged Rs. 2800/ — and the taste wasn't good either, I'd recommend not eating at their restaurant. They made us wait for over 1 and half hours after the designated checkin time to give us our rooms. We had 3 rooms booked and yet they only gave us 2 rooms in the beginning and gave us the keys for the 3rd room much later. Not sure what the issue was, the communication also wasn't great from the reception. Hope they improve on that!

Very bad experience couldn't open the door with card it was not 1 day but both the days same. Had to call twice at front office. Food also too costly especially tea at 110 rupees for 1 cup.

A compromise Hotel. Runs essentially because of Travel Agents booking innocent travellers on-line. Rooms are nice but food requires lot of attention. Bar is closed for frivolous reasons, anyway food is bad so my guests stay here but have food & drinks at the neighboring Park Hotel. A marriage from this Hotel last January had no hot water in bathrooms, shoddy arrangements.

Nice place. Had a lunch here. The food is great, service is excellent. The property is huge and has ample parking space. The surrounding is quite as well as connected to surrounding areas. It is hard to find though.

Disgusting hotel with some disgusting staff. The rooms were full of damp smell, when told staff to change the room, they refused. Even didnt let my frds come to my room to celebrate my bday.

Good enough but don't go high on floors for check in as there is great issue of ceiling and walls do have a great stain of ceiling.

Went for buffet dinner. Food was nice and all but was lacking variety. I mean no starters, just one dal and one sabzi. And no drinks included in the buffet.

Worst hotel ever. The staff is so rude and basicaly d manager od whobso evr is that on recption. The worst guy I have ever seen in the hotels. Dont know the way how to talk. You should fire him right away.

I had to call the reception a minimum of 4 times complaining about the air conditioning. It was so bad. It was not working even after being at the lowest temperature. I was so angry thinking about is this what I had paid for? In anger I called the reception at 2:30 am to mention that the ac is still not working and I will complain about the to the manger at the time of checkout and will mention about my stay in the review. The reception guy said he is sending the electrician. I was like are you serious at this hour of the night? During check in there was only a single guy handling 5 guests at the same time. Everyone was so furious as he was not able to give the appropriate time to each one of us. I also work in the hospitality industry. You should know that there is rush on weekends. As soon as I entered the room and switched on the tv, it was not working. Had to call the technician for that. After the first flush, it also leaking. The spray jet pipe was leaking too from behind. The technician came for the ac, checked the regulator which was at the lowest temperature. He said "mai plant se temprature kam karta hu" and went away. I was in sweat the whole night. I had booked this room to relax and not to torture myself in the heat. I am unable to understand that if you are charging a sufficient amount (1800 approx at booking and 564 for GST at check in) why don't you guys work on the betterment of your services? I want a full refund for the awful stay I had at your hotel.

Approach is bad. Hotel is good. Food is delicious.

Just visited the restaurant for dinner. It serves buffet and you can also order food. The quality of food is good as compared to prices. Very nice ambience. Good place for family dinner and a great variety of drinks and food items.

Worst food, sorry horrible food, the snacks served were not hot, even moong dal halwa & gulab jamun were cold, variety of veg starters was disastrous, raw paneer served in the name of paneer tikka, we received only one scoop of chocolate ice cream in the name of "chocolate of deserts on table" which was specially mentioned in the menu, no parking facility I parked my car too far on the road, I wasted my money on 31 december night one line for them 'नाम बड़े और दर्शन छोटे'

Worst hotel … they will not allow you to meet guest after 8pm and moreovwr managers behaves like they are sole representative of the hotel.

The most corrupted hotel, no transparency in billing by the hotel, as this hotel is getting its customers from African countries, it cares dam for Indian citizens, fit for sending it to African desert.

The Dining experience was good. With Musical background the food quality was good. Just the varieties in snacks and main course buffe was limited.

This is the worlds most bad services hotel I have ever been, they do not have manner to manage the party, if you are going to book a party in this hotel you have to call to manager after every 30 min to switch on the A/C, they do not know even the difference between veg and non veg, they have only one serving trolley over there, they just put veg and non veg in a single trolley, they do not spend on waiters.
