Very bad experienced. Staff members are not coperative.

Very nice rooms and their service but the location outside the hotel is very dirty.

Its was not a good experience to stay here. It was much expensive relative to other hotels providing same rooms at cheaper price. This was totally loot as I was new in the city.

Poor room service. Manager is also not cooperative. Its not worth.

Very bad experience. They don't know how to treat their customer. Ignorant staff and poor quality bathroom. You need to ask them for a towel otherwise forget it.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Service is poor and they are very rude to customers. It's not just with me I've noticed other customers sharing the same plight. The AC controls are not inside the room but are near the reception so they turn off the AC whenever they wish, and it's a real pain getting them to turn it back on. This is just one example of the various issues I've faced.

Budget hotels for single travelers.

Look is not good but service is good. Staffs are good and Bengali. Hotel is allover good as per as rate.

Good for families. Staffs are good. Only cons is the rooms, except few rooms other rooms having no open space outside the window for fresh air and sunlight.

If you are tight on budget then this the right place. You get everything overhere, hot water, Wi-Fi, spot on service (even in early morning at 5 am). Just go for it. Excellent…

This is a nice hotel. But the receptionist guy is very worst and his behavior is very rude. Kindly confirm the rates before you check in. He will tell you Rs. 1300 and when you check out he will tell Rs. 1300 + tax. So beware travelers. Other staffs are good. Rooms are pretty decent.
