It is situated on a very congested road. Quite a small hotel over all. Room is fine. Food is good, however you need to eat at your room as the restaurant is pathetic. There is no swimming pool.

This hotel is one of the worst ever … the rooms were untidy almost every hour an hour power cut and they don't have backup… The staffs were very arrogant … I booked through MMT charged extra for free breakfast but they dint have anything on that complimentary bf. Worst food and they served coffee in uncleaned mugs yuk it was… Never book in this hotel.

It smelled kind of weird, but the bed was really nice and the air conditioning worked great. There was built in hot water which was nice as well, although it was a little difficult to control. Great hotel overall, would stay there again if we went back.

Awesome hotel. Hotel staff is polite. Food of in house restaurant is delicious and maintains hygiene.

Decent hotel for a budget stay. The food is really good. It is in the centre of Paharganj. The rooms are big and very clean. There is a nice coffee shop on tha ground floor. A pool table on the terrace open till midnight. Very close to Cannaught place.

Dirty Bath. Cold water. Good location. Problems with the reservation, with the Wi-Fi and with the breakfast staff. A horror.

The hotel might look shady on the outside, but it's good from the inside. I got an upgrade from the hotel. Overall value for money!

The hotel is located in the heart of the main bazaar. On the roof there is a café overlooking other roofs. Clean, nice. As for the rooms, many without windows at all. Smells mothballs and stuffy. At night, sounds from the adjoining rooms are audible. There is a lift and a good coffee shop on the ground floor.

Hard to locate with its super slim profile but big on the inside with spacious and clean rooms. Food is fine. Staff is hospitable.

The hotel is at a prime location and is value for money. Although the food is not that good and the rooms doesn't have any windows. Other than that the hotel is good at a cheaper rate.

This hotel okay okay. Restaurant is simply like a old dhaba on the national highway, so don't expect more from food point of view. Staff is good though, they will cooperate well. Bathrooms are not good, pretty old type.

This is not the hotel we had booked but we were transferred to this hotel, claiming a larger room.
This hotel was too noisy, rude finishes, no water bottles or tea/coffee but kettle in the room. Breakfast not suitable for European tastes, no coffee or tea (surcharge).

Excellent Hotel, Nice restaurant, Helpful front desk, very near to New Delhi Railway station and Metro station. It's in Pahargunj a shopping place and having Travel desk and 24 hour coffee shop.

Value for money, well built and designed rooms and washrooms. The hotel is very clean and located near to New Delhi Railway station. Everything is perfectly in place. The hotel also has a travel desk and 24 hour room service of food and beverages. Strongly recommended.

They are bunch of liers. Wi-Fi wasnt working for the whole time. And I asked for compensation from go ibibo as per their so called guarantee. And the hotel people lied that it was working for the whole time. And Goibibo trusted the hotel. Wow. Ultimately liers win over truth. Shamefull.

Good Service & clean Rooms. We booked 2 rooms here. But we had foul smell problem from AC in one room. When reported, they came in seconds and sprayed room freshener. And the problem some what solved. Average roof top Restaurent. But my dish had too much salt in it. But I think it is common across Delhi. 90% food I tasted from the street and other restaurants had too much salt in it. biggest plus pont is, only walkable distance (10 mins) to RK Ashram metro station & new delhi railway station Over all : 4/5 :)

Filthy place, unfriendly staff. Crap hotel.

When booking the hotel it was stated that the room offers views of the city (in reality, there was a window facing littered the balcony and next to a dilapidated wall of a neighboring building). The Internet was, but the quality leaves much to be desired, the video won't show, and the images load very slowly. The satellite TV had English speaking I was not looking for, to say nothing. Stated minibars, coffee/tea maker, hair dryer, in room safe was missing. Instead of air conditioning — ceiling fans. Maid in 9 days is not performed even once, even after repeated appeals and leaving the keys at the reception. Towels changed once after insisting, despite the fact that they are very long time to dry due to high humidity. When the request to issue a iron sent us across the street to the Laundromat. The room was cool, but was given a heater. The reception staff are behaving in a friendly manner, smiling, trying to be helpful. Traditionally, in all the reviews written about Deepak. Spoke to him twice, nice people. Book a tour to Agra to the Taj Mahal. Machine was filed on time, the driver is honest and experienced, and was driving carefully. When traveling through Deepak ordered a taxi to the airport with no problems. P. S. I am very surprised about the good reviews about this hotel. The photos of the hotel made by the administration are not true.

No wireless internet, too slow to research my trip or book a different place when I asked to use their office computer's hard wire connection, cold showers, overpriced, too cold in room, which had a gap between the balcony door and the floor, my room faced out on the bazaar street which kept me up all night.

On 30th july 2013 I was sted in 1006. I am From hospitality ind. I enjoyed well, Friendly staff, Nice Ambience so I recomend other to stay here. all iz well.
