Its situated in Main Baazar opposite NDLS Railway Station, just at walking distance. Hotel is situated at a good place. All the goods and necessary valuable available nearby. Rooms are also good and maintained fitted with ducted ac, bathroom gyser, LED TV, and Refrigerator. But the staff is very low. Only 2 people in whole hotel. Moeeover Hotel has its inbuilt Restaurant which serves food as compared to negligence. Food quality and quantity is very poor. Don't prefer to eat food from here even its free. This hotel only offers accommodation booked via Online sites mainly OYO ROOMS and TREEBO. If you just want a cheap night stay for business or personal purpose, you may prefer it but avoid going with family.

It is little bit expensive in comparison to its services. Wi-Fi speed is very poor.

The hotel is good and has a very good space for staying. Service is good. It's near the exotic rooftop cafe.

This is a good hotel in budget price. Rooms are spacious and clean. Linens and towels were clean. Washroom was clean. Room service is good. Location is very good. It is situated in main market. They provide complimentary breakfast. Quantity as well as quality of breakfast needs improvement.

The worst hotel in India. Non-existent service. Dirty. The plugs and lights didn't work. They invented that I had to pay more. I cancelled the reservation of some friends who arrived later Benares. The staff is rude and arrogant especially the mennager. The police had to come to solve the problem and in the end we left the hotel at 12 00 at night. We returned the money we had paid but we found down the street homeless because of the management of this rabble. Flee.

Nice hotel. Rooms are not too tidy. Complimentary breakfast is not proper heated. They served cold meal. Hot water facility is good.

Budget hotel in pahargunj, Near Railway station, New Delhi.

Other than the reasonable price of the hotel, there is no reason to stay. Very bad customer service. The bedsheets were dirty and they didn't even have a change of sheets. They were also out of blankets, towels and the basic essentials.

Great value for money, gives you a lot of space, good room service, helpful and courteous staff. the only problem was the non availability of wi fi.

Very poor quality of rooms. I won't suggest to spend hard earned money here. Jute mattresses. Untidy bathroom. No toiletries provided, not even complementary drinking water. Room service is poor.

Bath water has some time bad smell… Rude staff… Other arrangement is good… Like breakfast. Room… etc.

I stayed here in December 2017 and it was an Awsome stay, it is situated near RK, ASHRAM metro station and besides Hotel HARI PIROKO it is a Big hotel in middle of city, extra spacious rooms, Good food and room service… from RK ashram take right turn and search for hotel Hari PIROKO, u will find a small entry gate in your left written hotel city heights (as hotel is not seen easily) …

Awesome hotel … Comfortable rooms… Good breakfast… Dinner and lunch … I like this palace.

City height is very excellent hotel. Rooms nd toilets are very hygienic I was there from last 10 days my experience is awesome here now I decided when came to india I will stay only in this hotel tariff is very good nd service is super duper great nd staff is very nice always available for guests hospitality 24/7 special thanks to waiter Mohan, sagar nd huge thankfully to mr pankaj owner of the hotel he is very nice understanding owner n smart for good services … Love u city heights.

Very Bad Hotel, Unfriendly Staff. I use to stay every time since it was newly constructed. But due to very unfriendly and rude behavior decided not to use any more and even not to suggest to anyone. Stayed 6Nights, and room cleaning was done once. Brown Towels. Luke Warm Water supply, and top most, at time of payment they will charge extra above the quoted price. Meals they try to charge extra if you will not see and calculate what you ordered.
