The room and bathroom were clean when we checked in. A mere 5 minute walking distance from New Delhi Railway station. The food was economical and tasty. Well-maitained staff and ambience. Free Wi-Fi was another plus point. You can check in to the hotel between 6am to 12 noon and stay 24 hours from your time of check in (I personally liked this facility).

Not good enough… But not even bad… Everything was well managed by the management but they lack in some field… As with me. My toilet flush was not working well but after complaining nothing was done… Same happened with my AC… it wasn't working got damn it… So my personal advice is this that when you visit in this hotel… You must check the room perfectly once… Must… Best of luck… ☺️

Walking distance from New Delhi railway station. Low price hotel, can be booked on OYO and Goibibo. The hotel is not on main road (DB Gupta Road) but in the vicinity of it. The rooms are small and condition of rooms are so so. No parking facility is available. Suitable for boys.

I booked this hotel by Oyo but room and bathroom was dirty. Location is good. Staffs are good. Rooms are not properly ventilated and cleaned. They don't have geaser so in winter it may a big problem for bath.

This is budget hotel. Rooms are not spacious. Do not expect very clean bed cover, linen and towels. Wash room are clean on average. Staff and management behaviour is not very cooperative. Complimentary Breakfast offered by them is Aloo Parantha with pickel or butter toast or Omlet with bread. Quality of food is average. Quantity may be insufficient for persons having habit of taking heavy breakfast. The hotel is near New Delhi Railway Station, Pahargunj gate near Fly Over but situated within a narrow street and is not visible from main road. However, you can reach the hotel by just asking locals regarding the hotel.

When a hotel pretend it's a 3 stars hotel, it must have the quality of a 3 stars hotel… 1st, in 5 nights our room haven't been cleaned. At least they could clean the bathroom. 2nd, talking about the bathroom… The water from the tap was falling on the floor. It's fine because in India the shower goes on the floor too, but it looks it miss maintenance. 3rd, we wanted to do the laundry. The staff was literally laughing at us while they were counting our clothes. I'm doing a world trip and I never saw such disrespectful and unprofessional behavior. 4th, they asked us to give a good review. Here it is… 5th, and I did another 3 stars hotel in Delhi close to the airport that deserves it's 3 stars. So it's not something linked directly to the country. 6th, but otherwise the food was good…

Value for money hotel. Location is good. Staffs are Good. Room service and Food quality is good. There is proper hot water facility. For 1100 it's a value for money hotel.

Rooms are very small, dirty and smelly no ventilation in the rooms. Location is close to New Delhi Railway Station but hotel is on very narrow streets. I felt unsafe in the hotel so checked out very early. If you want a budget hotel close to railway station then you can consider this. Hotel is good for solo or group male stay.

Good hotel with good amenities. But they don't have geaser so in winters it may be a problem for a regular bath.

Booked this place from OYO for Rs1000/night. Felt it's cheap to stay near railway station to catch my next day train. Rooms are filthy. White color blankets and towels are turned black. Pillow covers turned black. I strongly believe they are NOT washing/replacing the blankets. No hot water in the bathroom during afternoon time but it was clean though. No toilet paper in toilet. AC was broken and remote doesn't even have battery. Lot of noice from outside rooms (from room service boys and phone ring on hallway) Beds are very old and smells bad. Food was decent but I have to call couple times to get coffee. Kitchen department was not answering calls. You have to call multiple time to place an order. Hotel is inside narrow streets so hard to carry luggages by taxi. Bottom line — it's filthy place, avoid unless you want to get diseases. Prefer a different place if you can afford.

Compact sized rooms, specially bathrooms. Untidy. Ordered Breakfast aloo paratha, recieved w/o aloo. Location inappropriate although near from main road.

Receptionist is very much cooperative, room is small but good, jas inform f u need hot water within 2mins it will cme. Overall good stay in that price.

The hotel is really good. Ambience is fine. The staff is a little rude but other than that it's fine. It's situated in very interiors, so becomes really difficult to find it's location.

I was staying in Hotels and wanted to spend a nice night in Delhi, but were more than disappointed with this choice. Staff was rather playing on their phones than taking care of customers and didn’t really speak English. We booked because of a discount, but even 50% less was too much! Arrogant staff treating the guests as buggers. Terrible place, never book here!

I stayed this hotel with my family. Staff are very friendly nd good behavior. Food nd rooms also good. I recommend my all friends.

Pros: Close to the railway station (NDLS) and Connought place Rooms were decent Cons: Rude staff. When we checked in, no one bothered to help us with the bags. When we ordered room service, the staff who delivered had an attitude which seemed as his he was doing us a favor by bringing the food. Bathroom did not have a supply of hot water. If you want hot water, they'll give you that electric heating rod. They tried to give us a smaller room when we initially checked in. The room didn't have any windows. When I pointed that out, he showed me an even smaller room but with windows. When I again showed him the picture from the Oyo app and insisted I get the room from the picture, he gave me the correct room. If you don't check, they'll give you a cheaper room. They charge you an extra 10 rupees for water bottles. Just buy them from the stores next door.

Congested but good rooms. Bad service. Bad locality, it is inside a narrow lane near New Delhi railway station area. Wouldn't recommend to anyone though.

Poor Service. AC Faulty and unresponsible staff. I tell him I need a drinking water but would not served and I told the faulty complain about AC then they don, t take action.

They have good services and if you're a non vegetarian then you should try kadhai chicken, awesome test.

Had a worst experience. We booked 3 rooms, in all the rooms the AC is not effective. Service is not good. Rooms are not clean. The water in the bathroom smells like drainage. Pls dont book room here.

Hotel was well maintained and service was good as well, however the approachability to this hotel was through some disturbing narrow roads and no car parking. Not a place to feel safe with family.
