Bad surroundings. But good hotel with nice rooms.

Great hotel with almost all facilities. Only the price is quite high. And other outside services are bad.

It's a fairly decent, budget hotel situated in the midst of the buzzing bazaars of Old Delhi. Sophisticated place for families with children.

Hello Cottage Ganga Inn. Contacted your front desk for business enquiry few minutes ago, but to my surprise Mr. Manager was very rude. I asked for the number of owner and Mr. Saroj disconnected the phone abruptly. If this is the standard of your communication then God knows how you treat your customers. Very unprofessional behaviour. Hope this message reaches the Owner.

Very friendly staff, spacious clean rooms for the price. Great location in the heart of Paharganj and great value for money. The room tariffs haven't changed for the LAST 5 years!

Good hotel in a convenient area full of facilities for tourists, it has also a parking area, in a quiet lane in the middle of the action. Different prices different rooms. Check a few before deciding.

Quiet place. Nice staff. God rooms but bed linen not well laundered.

The hotel is in a side courtyard off Main bazaar, so it is quiet. Access can be awkward due to machinery blocking the road. The whole access area is very dirty. Front rooms are pleasant, quite clean, and have very comfortable beds. Staff seemed indifferent, and when I felt ill there was no support. Intercom, fridge, and bathroom lights did not work. The room temperature was very cold, and hot water had a secret access not shared with me. Strange attitude. Wi fi is excellent. There is ok laundry. The airport taxi was good, but the driver was hostile about his 12% tip, I would not use him again.

Pleasent stay, very confort, helpful staff, clean rooms and green/peaceful environment arround the hotel.

Good facilities… nyc polite hotel staff… close to Airport/station… cab facilities available… 24 Hrs service at reception… all in all a very good place to check in…!

Great choice if you want to be in Parahganj, (I would recommend staying in a different district — even the locals warn you about the constant scamming in the area and it didn’t feel safe on a night as a female). The hotel however is clean (excluding the bed duvet which smelt musty), bathrooms good and it’s surprisingly quiet. Reasonably priced too.

Average budget hotel with good facilities. Good servicing and food is available there itself. The path leading to the hotel is little horrible but hotel is way better.

Great little hotel close to the great old bazar road. Staff all friendly with comfortable rooms for a great price. Only real issues that could be improved upon but not enough that I would not stay there again/recommend to family/friends would be: A) increase lighting down the ally to the hotel as this may appear dodgy to especially foreign tourists; and B) ensure rooms do not have holes in windows for mosquito's to get through as we had to plug a small hole in our room with the curtain. Horrible service. Bad location. Yucky food. Soiled linen. Uncourteous and ill behaved staff. The hotel seems to try too hard to earn d tittle of a hotel that offers a nightmare experience. U can't get any worse than this…

He's got a dumpster almost at the door that's disgusting. They're continually downloading stinking garbage trucks. We were immediately removed from the desire to be in that place.

Neat and clean basic ac non ac accommodation near RK Ashram metro and newDelhi station.

I loved this place! I booked it 3 times in a raw. It's in the middle of Main Bazar road, so it's a great location. At the same time it's not on the road itself, but a few meters inside the block. As a result it's very quite there. The hotel is of a descent quality. I've stayed in two other hotels on Main Bazar, and this was much better (it had even lower price). I enjoyed that they actually invested some creativity to room design. It's not just plain walls, rooms have their special style. I liked it! Laundry is available for 25 INR per piece. The breakfast is also good. I found people working here very friendly and welcoming. Next time I want to stay here as well!

Hotel is good but staff are very rude n arrogant, they think this hotel has 4.5 rating on goibibo so they dont need to be soft n well mannered. I had worst experience out there I will not recommend any one to stay there.

A wonderful hotel with comfy rooms, in a great location, and excellent staff. The perfect place to escape the hectic streets. I stay here every time I'm in Delhi and will return again.

This is my favourite place to stay in Delhi. Home away from home. Amazingly kind, friendly, honest, polite and helpful. Feels like staying with my family rather than a hotel.

Near new Delhi railway station and the Main market, which is very convenient. On the roof a beautiful restaurant!

The ambience and food is too good. All the way streets are painted with Graffiti. You can get a subway or local hotels nearby for food although a great variety is served in the hotel.

Hotel is good, except there is a garbage sorting center right near this place. After 12 in the morning there would be no issues in crossing though.

I, a solo traveler from USA, stayed for 3 days in Aug. 2016. I had an AC room. The location is ok, however the narrow valley leading to the hotel is next to a dump which is very smelly, and even some of the locals held their noses when passing by. The hotel was reasonably clean and the room was OK. This should not be taken for granted, because this is India we are talking about. I gave it 3.5/5. The reception was friendly, but it took me several tries to different people to get a blanket. It seemed hard for them to understand that I can't sleep with just a layer of thin sheet with AC on. I did see some people sleeping on the hard floor with just a sheet on. But I was not that robust. The restaurant food was decent. The person working as a travel consultant was really nice and gave some nice suggestions. Most of the people are not that welcoming. I would have given a score of 4/5, considering the conditions of other hostels in India. But I am back to the States and not as desperate as when I was carrying a big backpack in the hot, humid, stinky night in Paharganj. So 3.5/5 for the final score.

Cottage Ganga Inn is The Best Hotel In pahar ganj new delhi. Great staff. And great service. Location is perfect. Very close to new Delhi Railway station and connaught place. Room is very clean. Hot water and col water is running all the time.

It was a great experience living in Cottage Ganga Inn. Quite, peaceful, clean and calm atmosphere which makes it the favourite place to stay in huzy-buzy Pahar Ganj. Helpful and truthful staff. If visiting Delhi for a budgeted stay in Cottage Ganga Inn. Its been years whenever I am in Delhi says in this hotel. The most attraction is the new restaurant which they have installed at the rooftop. All the Best Cottage Ganga Inn. Keep It Up.

I realy liked the hotel and the quality of service they provided. I recommend others too stay at the hotel. Staff quality was very good and they were also very responsive by nature. They have realy worked a lot in customer satisfaction.

Cottage ganga inn is one of the excellent hotel in pahar ganj, delhi. The services from staff are unforgettable and fillings are memorable. Innocent management, hygienic and quite environment etc are all value for money. Overall it's a perfect place for staying.

Oasis in this part of the town! Quite, clean, cheap food and great staff.

We had booked 2 A/C double bed rooms and stayed with our families for 2 days. The owners Mr. Tripati, Mr. Saroj and entire hotel staff were very co-operative and helpful. Though its located in crowded area, the hotel ambience and the room interiors are very good. The rooms are clean spacious with hot water facility and the A/C's functioning up to the mark in the hot summer. The in-house restaurant facility is bit expensive but provides good food. Else, there are many restaurants in the vicinity, hence food is not a problem. We reached the hotel at 3 a. M. Inspite of it they helped us check-in, shifted our luggage and took care of us. When we went to Rishikesh they helped us keeping our excess luggagein their store. When we returned to Delhi, they allotted us a room to freshen up for 2 to 3 hrs (at a nominal charge). Overall we enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again.

Best budget hotel in Delhi. Clear, silent, rooms big enough, near sity center and metro station, very friendly staff. I was in this place 2015, January 21-23.

Excellent hotel! Great location, just off the main road, but few minutes walk from metro station, train station, shops and everything else. Have stayed here a few times, rooms are always very clean, staff is helpful and friendly, food is delicious and great price! This is the place to be :D.

In a quiet place near. Rooms clean and comfortable. The only minus is that window not go directly on the street, but there are Windows in the ventillâcionnuû mine, and mine still views from all rooms from the bottom up, so everything that anyone does in their bathtub. When you do this, because it is ventillâcionnaâ mine air it placing fresh does not give and takes, and fresh zasosat′sâ nowhere, so stuffy.
Even ordered tea and for 30 rupees Cup was great and gave to him a lot of honey and a lemon.
Another nearby building cellular repeaters, which I think is a negative exposure. Our room was on the 3ètaže # 303.

I had sayed here for 2days in double room. Its 900rs. Loney palanet said D oom is 750~, As there are no heating system, it little cold. But it has clean bathroom and bed. Safety place.
