Very good hotel neat &clean. All staff is good.

Good, clean, comfortable, and friendly. That's how I would like to describe this place. The staff was cooperative. Breakfast was sumptuous, and tasty.

Amazing place. The rooms are equipped with all commodities. Room service is good. Personal is kind and they help you with all u needed. Restaurant and buffet super good.

Nice little gem in between mediocre hotels. Highly affordable and decent rooms with good breakfast and limited food options. The area is having hoard of hotels and this one clearly stands out. Also seems safe for family accommodation, esp if looking for economical options near airport. Just for the information, all rooms have bathtubs.

It's on main road with proximity to airport. Relative safe. Rooms are clean n comfortable. Bathroom is OK OK. WC Could be better. Toiletries are low standard except dental kit so take ur own. Breakfast is limited and is OK but restaurant staff is pathetic.

Complete waste of money… prices are very high as compared to its room and cleanliness. Beds and bedsheets are very dirty like not washed from last one month… Third class food with no taste. Go for this hotel only if you don't get rooms in other hotels.

Old style building architecture inside. One could hardly expect such spacious room, washroom, corridors in a hotel in that area of New Delhi. Maintenance, room accessories and restaurant condition definitely need some upgradation. May be that's why it's still a budget hotel. Staffs at the reception were very cordial and too friendly.

The stay in the hotel was very comfortable. The room was very neat and clean. The bathroom had items like tooth care kit, Shaving kit, Comb, shampoo, soap, moisturizer. Also the bathroom had a bath tub. The food was also great. The complimentary breakfast had three fruits — Watermelon, Papaya and Banana, Hot milk & Cornflakes, masala omelette, parathas, Bread — white & brown with a toaster. The buffet lunch was also great. They do not serve Non Veg dishes on Tuesday's. Also order food from the menu has good quantity for two people. Also there is a bar with live music and the ambience is really great. The staff there are very well mannered and helpful. They also have a Gym room with a cross strainer, stationary bicycle, two Walking machine, dumbbell weights. Also they have a travel desk for taxi booking for sight seeing. Also they have conference hall with very good quality chairs and tables along with screen and LCD Projector fixed in it.

The hotel is situated on the main road. It's only 5km from the Delhi International Airport T3 terminal. The staff are courteous. They have a travel planner, so it's easy to get a cab. The rooms are clean and really comfortable. Comes with 24hrs room service. Basic toiletries are also provided for travelers. Breakfast is complimentary and it's quite decent. They also come with a bar. Overall it's worth the money spent.

Terrible hotel, terrible staff. Disgusting and dangerous rooms, I got a pretty rough electric shock from the light switch. The extremely rude staff didn't even apologize, neither were they willing to even talk about a discount.

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport. It has been fancy in the 90s but not renewed since and the reality is not like on the photos. The restaurant and breakfast are served in a room with no windows. Don't go there if you don't have to!

A no nonsense place to stay near the Delhi Airport. If you only need a place to crash for a night or two, then this place will do just fine. Rooms were clean, ventilation worked fine. Breakfast spread is okay, usually consisting of eggs (fried, boiled or an omlette), fresh cut fruits, juice, and an Indian dish. A decent alternative to the chain hotels at Aerocity.

The rooms are cramped up so is the entrance and parking. But cant blame the hotel for that as its because of the location. The reception employees should have a bit more customer friendly attitude (thts why 4*). Very near to airport so good for short stay between domestic and international connections. Staff are prompt and the restaurant / bar has good ambience. Nice stay too.

Nice budget hotel nearby to IGI Airport, in-house restaurant menu is a bit costly, service is good but facilities like AC, Hot water and TV can be a little better. Overall good place for a short stay.

I will give 4 rating if food quality is great. Hotel are good, nice room but food are so expensive also after eating hotel I am facing health problem. I recommended to everyone's do not eat there own Restaurant. Otherwise good hotel to stay.

TV was not working, even I complained twice no one came to get it Ok, washroom wasn't in working condition, all pipes were leaking. Not Recommended!

There standard rooms are not nice, smelly… I don't think they take the non smoking rules seriously enough in Indian hotels and this is a problem for people who have asthma and allergies… The deluxe room was much nicer. Incompetent room service staff though.

Only thing positive is the cleanliness of the room… For the size below average. Food lay out below average. Cockroaches in the restaurant. Staff behaviour very rude. Highly discourteous. Charges doesn't relate to any of the services.

Very good hotel near to Delhi airport… best if u have early morning flights. Rooms are OK and food is really good. If u have time don’t forget to have dinner with some drinks enjoying live Ghazal show in their restaurant.

Conveniently located a short distance from Dehli airport, the rooms are comfortable and the bathroom well equipped.

TLDR: Not a comfortable experience, would not go back. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. But the room was not well cleaned. Crumbs and other small bits scattered about the floor, for example. Also, the room smelled musty, like mildew. Windows opened on to what I can only describe as an open, empty elevator shaft. Very bizarre. Room keys only worked for about a day and then had to be reprogrammed. Staff was not helpful and generally incompetent. For example, they were openly haggling with customers upon their check out. Bathroom was decent. Excellent water pressure. Nice, new tooth brushes every day with an anise tooth paste. Breakfast was acceptable. Roughly 2 Indian style offerings (eg idly/sambar) and 2 Western style (eg eggs, grilled tomatoes). All dishes are mediocre at best.

The hotel was good but reception needs to be more prompt. Our TV wasn't working properly & we complained so many times about it but found no solutions. Overall it's a good stay.

Location is conveniently near the international airport. However, even after being a 3 star hotel, it does nothing to justify the stars. The service is extremely poor. The staff and managers talk loudly in the middle of night on the floors. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If anyone is reading this, dont go by the good ratings. I have stayed in a lot of hotels as I have a travelling job. Not safe for women.

The Hotel is good but staff if truely unprofessional and untrained. When I checked in to the hotel, no one tried even to come along with me to carry me up to my room. On asking for some room service, a very rude reply made me not to eat or drink and go to bed without taking anything. Truely, not a place for hospitality.

Attendants are not punctual. View offers nothing. Rooms are not well maintained. Tbey are yet to open fun place and instruments. Entrance is not clean and offers less place for parking. Room cost is higher than it's usual value. Looks shady and unkempt.

Very Nice Hotel, Had booked through Expedia on good deal. We found this hotel with warm welcome by mr shahnaz at reception and very helpful and good knowledge of area. Room was very neat and clean and big space. Full amenities inside the bathroom. Breakfast was wonderful. Even though we were late for breakfast but Mr General Manager helped us with warm smile. Well trained staff and highly recommended for family and business travelers those want to stay very near to Airport T3.

Reasonable rates and good rooms. Staff very cordial and helpful. We checked in at 11:30 in the night and still the room was kept ready.

I was pleasantly surprised as the room was big, modern and in good condition. The bed was super comfy too which was exactly what we needed after a long flight. Bathroom was decent and lots of toiletries provided. Hotel is only about 15 minute drive from the airport. Only negative is that the cost of airport pickup is triple the price and drop off is double the price of getting a taxi. Just go to the police taxi stand when you arrive at delhi airport and prepay a taxi.

One of the worst hotel in terms of service to customers they promise airport pick up or drop but when it comes to availing the facility they say it is chargeable ridiculous they should have mentioned this on their site when we book the room buffet breakfast is horrible might not recommend to any of my friends.

Very poor hospitality really ruined my holiday they are very slow at each stage and bad experience with food beverages and staff and no one is responsible for anything check video too.

I have stayed at this hotel March 2014 in the night between 17/18. Three times I had to change rooms because the bedding was very, very dirty. I had covered the bed in the first room the bed full of hair from my predecessor was still crumpled and on the pillow still makeup residue. There were no towels, SOAP in the bathroom. Call the Manager assured me everything was made fresh. On my insisitieren, he gave me a new room but it was even worse, in the third room, he had to come up here and to convince himself of the condition of the bed. One hour after arrival clean bed. The food in the restaurant was ungeniesbar, warmed up from the previous day. The next day I had the opportunity to visit Delhi, hotel has organized private taxi for me and I paid it In the price bar 8 h and 80 km were included. At the airport, I had to pay the price again, otherwise I couldn't have my luggage.

The hotel to eat more, suitable for different appetite. Airport cab is 300 ~ and 400 rubles, the Black car more, will the price.

Worst hotel in the world probably. I stayed there this August in room 117. the air is so stinky that it is impossible to sleep there (really). the "hot water" is not hot at all. their food looks so bad that I ate only bread so I can not say much about its taste.

Hotel Shanti Palace cheated out of 96.30 USD. I booked Jan 10, but had to cancel the reservation on the same date. So I called the hotel and he asked me to email for the cancellation. I emailed a few times but I didn't get answer for long long time. Finally I called and required to check email, then he checked the email. He promised to carry out the cancellation and pay back. He forwarded the email to his account manager, maybe, and he was waiting for information from another person in his staff. Still nothing was answered. Today is March! It is terrable service. It looks they have willing to cheat me out of the money for the booking. Please, Never use this hotel.
