Poor room service. Hot water was not available. Food quality has lot of scope for improvement.

Good service, good rooms and comfortable stay. The price can be a bit steep but it is worth it if you are looking to re-enerzise.

The location is the excellent. Service was good. Rooms were descent. Food though was quite expensive. The only thing bothered me was the cab service provided by them which was not at all systematic and organized. Overall a good stay.

Worst of my experiences Mobile network issue Internet doesn't work Wifi provided by hotel doesn't work at all Doors doesn't lock Staff is very very rude, unhelpful, unprofessional. Spa owner is stoned as hell. If you wanna spoil a day and your money, please go ahead.

Bedsheets was clean and mattress was comfertable… Staff is good and supporting… Toilet seat was not clean and there was water leakage… AC was not working… No batteries in TV remote…

A truly horrible place… The rooms look good, are spacious, but the staff is not helpful… It looks pretty shady from the outside and the alley which leads to it, doesn't help the hotel's cause… The rooms didn't lock on the inside… Hot water was a luxury we couldn't have… I could go on, but you get the gist… A strict no… Look someplace else…

We stayed here twice in 8 days during our trip to Kerala. Our flight was from Jodhpur to Delhi. 16-22Feb 2018. So we stayed in this hotel. The service is extremely poor and annoyingly slow. Bath fittings malfunction. Food is so so. Not too good not too bad. Average. Overall experience — an average hotel.

Locality not great. Hotel average. Stay ok. Service and facilities average. Nothing great about it. Don't go by the name. You will be shocked to know that the central AC doesn't work. There are no fans. When I called up complain, the housekeeping guy came a opened to BATHROOM ROOM DOOR for me and said keep the Exhaust fan on. It will help you to keep the room sightly more cooler. It's like staying in a LODGE.

Only good thing about this place its location. Everything else is cheap. Crappy reception tried to cheat us into check into two rooms when we had already booked 4 rooms online well in advance.

Need to improve lot on the cleanliness. Hotel is hard to find, inside a bay road about 200meters from the main road. The spa service they offer is not good.

A 3 star hotel with basic ammeneties. Good for business travellers.

Dirty, Dirty & Dirty! Stayed for a day, no hot water (Delhi climate is so cool that it's hard to do even facewash with cold water) Poor room service, front desk is useless and not at all supportive. I have not clicked phots as they are not good and looks Yuk!

Wi-Fi is not work properly. Room service and staff is very very slow and Even if you say ten times they will not even listen. Breakfast is not good too. There is nothing good in the bathroom. Smells also come from the room.

Hotel is good however heres AC is central & also not proper colling, Hotels staff is co opeative Hotels Wi-Fi is blezing fast 5mb/s thats a positive ponit.

Was ok stay not too bad not too good. Best for persons who need rest before and after a flight as it is nearby. Look for early check out discount if you can bargain.

Good property with good staff very near to the airport good for overnight transit from Delhi Airport a good deal found on MakeMyTrip and Goibibo.

It is good but the housekeeping and the people in the reception respond to a query very vaguely.

It's the worst hotel I ever booked. Their rooms might look good. But believe me they smelled awful that one cannot stay even for 5 minutes. Pungent smell coming from somewhere inside the room gives a feeling of broken septic tank. Moreover, it's not a good hotel for family to stay.

Worst place, the rooms are although big but not very neat and clean, the ambience and surrounding of hotel is also not good.

The place was okay. The shower had no hot water, but it seemed pretty clean and it was a nice place to rest after 2 days of travel. The breakfast was pretty good (at least for what you would expect in India). I really wish they had free Wi-Fi, but we got along without it.

Very poor. Very bad location. Restaurant can seat 15 people. Don't choose this hotel.

Rooms are clean well sized. Restaurant is small and also the complementary breakfast served is with less items. Parking very small mostly cars got parked on road sides. However, Very convenient to airport and genuine pricing also very good to stay with family.

No respect to customers and very dirty and smelly rooms and never want to go again in this hotel.
