Nice Room, Good Service, Perfect Location.

I don't know why people think that those who have chinky eyes belong in Nepal only… We are Indian and we live in India… I didn't expect such rude behavior from the front office (reception) even the service is slow they control AC connection. At first night we didn't get to use AC because they had switched it off from their controlling power we gave call to the reception and room service regarding AC we told them to we are not getting AC it's not working. Early morning we gave Complaint to receptionist but he had a very rude reply. Thats why we had to check out next day and look for better hotel…

Would’ve been a lovely little hotel if the employees were not cheats out there fleece the guests. Small rooms smaller bathroom but all functional. Often u get a good bargain too. The food is good. But except for an elderly man who runs the reception during nights the place is filled with crooks who openly says (in Hindi thinking nobody knows the language) they r going to fleece the guests.

Nice but washroom smells badly … ND staff r rude … Means no manners how to talk with guest.

Poorly maintained hotel. We had to stay for few hours in paharganj in between our way to manali from trivandrum. A taxi we took from IGI Airport suggested this hotel and they brought us here. After discussion with reception guys, they offered a room at a rate Rs 1800. As we were tired, we agreed with the deal. But the room was in a pathetic condition. Bedsheets were torn, ceiling and side walls were damaged. The only pros I could say is about the food. It was excellent. Delicious north indian food can be availed. Also thus hotel is very near to Ramakrishna Ashram metro station.

Hi they had a very high room rent, to one of there 3 bed room. And there political statement was, not allowing me my 1/2 day Advance money returned. Even though I am, checking out 12 — noon.

An average Hotel for a regular visit located near RK Ashram in New Delhi. The room charges are okay as compared with other Hotels. Service is also average. In short if you have limited budget and need a room for 1-2 days you can try them.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. You have metro station near by and many outlets near for spending time and if you are a foodie then it's a good opportunity to roam around.

Good rooms, quite costly though. Poor maintenance. They didn't give us the room key and told us it is lost, n to lock it from inside, n we have been told to just lock the door when we were going out, they will unlock with master key once we returned. Food/Breakfast is very costly here. Staff members are egoistic. Not so friendly.

Actually 0 star for this hotel. Don’t even think of booking this one. Very bad place to be in. Staff is very rude. They are not even dressed appropriately. It feels like brothel. You will get negative vibes as soon as you enter the hotel. It’s all messy all around. I checked out in 15 mins. Spend a night on Station or airport than staying here.

Worst experience eva in ma life kindoff brothel coz u cant evn sleep at nyt if uh want to So dont ever go there coz staff is like u wanna slap Rest if uh still wanna go best of luck.

I liked the rooms but the food was horrible price was double and quality was bad but 4 star only for rooms.

Told me a different rate during check in and during check out as I was in a hurry theycharged me extra amount citing GST which was not mentioned in the bill. Chor hai saale… Scoundrels.

It's a nice play to stay with family… Food was very tasty.

Warning. Never ever come here. Bunch of scammers. Told me a different rate while check-in. When they saw that I was in a hurry to catch a flight, they suddenly asked for more, citing extra taxes and other reasons. Illiterate and ultra-rude staff… Save yourselves the trouble people.

Quite a decent and calm place to stay. Helpful staff. Decent breakfast.

Worst hotel I have ever came across. A. C was not working. Room was too cold in January month. Bathroom was very dirty.

Bath room was not clean which got blocked after a shower… though they cleaned it after complaining… it was same experience after the next shower… the shower towels were dirty… They charged 2250 per night for which it wasn't worth at all…

Cheap rooms available, decent service, tasty food, a bit small rooms but can be managed. Located near Metro Station. So no need to take tension for traveling facilities.

I stayed this palce cheap hotel and staff.

Very Bad Experiene with this Hotel, I call reception 5 times for a Blanket but they never bother 1 — Room is very cool in winter never provide heater, charging Rs. 400 for heater if we ask for Heater 2 — Receiption service is not good. 3 — Wifi is not working properly.

Local Auto Wala forced us to take this hotel. Hotel charged us 1995 Rs (Room Rent) + 340 (Tax) for a single night that was too much for the facilities given. Initially they took 2500 Rs from us as deposit and at the end, during the checkout it was like they made up the amount to close to 2500 Rs. Hotel Facilities 1) First of all, the door lock was a card mechanism and there was no inner lock for the door. If the hotel people want to open the door from outsite with you still being inside, it becomes very easy. Felt Insecure totally. I would give 0/5 2) No Hot Water Facility. We felt very difficult to get ready early morning to catch our flight. 0/5 3) TV DTH had only around 20 channels with the DTH Remote Missing. 1/5 4) All windows were just glass made with no proper inner lock. I saw one door with inner lock for the window filled with stone to make it not lock-able. I would give 0/5 for this. 5) There is a glass windows just to the height of your hip exactly near place you bath in the bathroom. Worst design. I would give 0/5 for this again. 6) Last but not least, The hotel people have tie-up with Local Auto Wala's and tip them to canvas that the hotel is awesome. Although this happens everywhere, I just wanted to add this point here. The hotel is very new at this place and still the service is poor. Overall I would rate the entire experience as 2/5 and I totally felt insecure and dis-satisfied with the service for the money they charge as Room Rent.
