Great mistake. Poor service, the water availability in the washroom is 'umpredictable'. Worst ever hotel experience from OYO. There are a lot other great hotels in Karol Bagh, don't make this mistake. (had booked it for 3 days)

Water comes in late. The bath tub facility doesn't work, but the air conditioning is nice, the rooms are spacious with led TVs installed and photo frames. Overall it's nice.

Cons: Have necessary facilities but doesn't feel worth the money. Staff not very supportive. Bad servicing. Delay a lot. Charge a lot for additional services like food and laundry. Charge high taxes of 10% on food. Pros: Okay ambience. Okay rooms. Convenient location. Walkable distance from Market and Metro. Food tastes good.

Worst services and very high price, even 3 star hotel kinley water bottle 30 rs but here 40 rupees food prices also tooo much don't choose this hotel my friends.

Good and excellent service. Neat & clean room, hot water facility, complimentary breakfast. Acha travel vehicle arrangements. Perfect timing in each thing. We like too… Its a budget hotel including all facility.

The room hygiene and facilities were satisfactory. The rooms are good for short stays. For accommodation of 3 persons, they arranged an extra bedding on the floor, which I didn't liked at all. They could have provided sofa cum bed for the same. Also the cleanliness of the roof was not maintained well. The complimentary breakfast offered by the hotel was also delicious. Overall a good experience at this one. It has Oyo but I chose the front check-in.

The room is nice. There is a bazaar nearby, very convenient. Hot water only in the morning a few hours, very uncomfortable.

Worst hotel… rude behaviour of staff. Even also hotel manager behave rudely… bad service… rooms are not clean.

Room is decent, but no ventilation, and too dark. Also the flush wasn't working, and nobody bothered to have a look at it.

Great place … Great service… Great breakfast… Plus location is near the market, so can do shopping without much travelling.

The Hotel was not so good, buffet for food not upto the mark, It was an average hotel.

Nyc place to stay. U may not get water and room services much properly. Although being in a nyc place it z gud to be here.

Great hospitality and seat from the rush crowd. Taxi drivers find it difficult to get it from nap and reach there but still a economic stay in the heart of Delhi shopping area.

Ok rooms, nearby noise from road on first floor rooms but good breakfast. Bad customer service and dodgy behaviour of receptionists. Informed discussed tariff over call at reception when I checked in, increased by 25% at checkout since receptionist doesn't take responsibility of tariffs and the manager didn't personally inform of tariff.

Nearest to Karol Bagh Metro, rooms good but services slow. Food is too costly.

Never ever go there if you are from a descent family. The worst behaviour of staff. Too bad place. They click the photos of girls. They have a huge group behind I guess. Never go if you are taken from ""TRAVELS"" too. Specially ""VIKRAM TRAVELS""

Excellent south Indian food. The place is congested and small. But the food makes it for all!
