The Hotel is a beautiful representation of sophistication and elegance coupled with efficient service. We were invited to devour their South indian and North Indian platters at Pavillion 75 and loved the experience. Their service is always friendly and the staff ensures guests are served on time with a smile.

I had a good time at Welcom Hotel today.
The ambience and the light music that they play just adds to the joyful time there.
Among the beverages I liked their welcome drink and red wine. I also really enjoyed their mutton galouti kebabs. It was very very soft and stole my heart. It was just perfect. It is very rare to find such well made kebabs.
Every dish was delicious and the overall experience was a good one too. Full points from my side!

Itc hotels are known to have the best cuisines and chef Mohammed Shareef they have taken this fine dining experience to a whole new level. Restaurant Kebab and kurries was a great choice for me as you enter this place you feel nothing less than a king. Perfectly done up ambience and comfortable seating with dim lighting and candles all around you. Live singing and a shahi touch in every thing you see. We ordered an array of starters:-
— — Tandoori aloo topped with almond flakes — as I took the first bite this tandoori aloo it almost melted in my mouth. You can feel the charred taste of the tandoor and it's beautifully garnished with almond flakes.
— — Pudina Paneer Tikka: — the mint does the magic in this one, they use a very soft paneer and was well marinated.
— — Makki ki tikki: — corn here was minced with a variety of flavours and it was very soft to bite. Never had such a delicious corn tikki.
— Chicken tikka: — tender and juicy pieces of chicken were sitting there all so scrumptuous. I might return for this dish again and again.
— — Murg handi korma: — the main course was the talk of the day with an aromatic korma curry. It was very different than the ones I have had before.
— — Paneer khurchan: — I can't miss paneer and the fact that it's cooked with capsicum and tomatoes makes it even juicier. This dish is best paired with a lachha parantha.

First of all this was my first visit to an ITC owned hotel
On reaching there I was surprised to see such a beautiful and extravagant ambience of the hotel
Everything was so much soothing and calm that I wanted to stay there only
I visited it's restaurant kebab and curries that has a great vegetarian option
It also has live music which sounded great
Coming to food I had pudina paneer tikka, bharwaan aloo and tikki as a starter
They were really appetising and tasty
Their welcome drink was also very tasty and refreshing
Coming to main course I had dal Bukhara which is the signature dish of this hotel
Also had paneer masala along with garlic naan and lacha parantha
My frienda also enjoyed a lot
In the end I ordered kulfi with falooda and piping hot gulab jamun
It was such a great experience that I had there
Overall a beautiful place to have great food and booze 5/5 from my side

An absolute delightful gallery for some delicious food in town. The K&K is an absolute bluff for great food. Right from welcome to valet to dine out to service a and experience. It was a pleasure throughout. An awesome place and an absolute visit for everyone.

This one of the best hotels in Dwarka and also a prominent landmark. It’s very beautiful both outside and also inside the hotel. The reception and lobby are well maintained and I have seen guests posing for photographs there. The staff are very courteous and friendly. The check in and check out process is very smooth and fast. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The best part of the hotel is it’s location. It’s very near to the airport, less than 30 minutes drive. There is a metro station next to the hotel making it very easier for anyone to go to other parts of the city much faster than by road.

One of the best hotels in Dwarka. Best place for parties and marriage celebrations. The entrance of the hotel has a great view from outside as well as from inside. Food is also good. The best part of the hotel is it's ambience. The 5 star hotels gives a luxurious look. They have bar, restaurants and party halls.

Check in took longer. Was waiting in queue, then suddenly someone jumps in with something and the lady starts attending to him ignoring me waiting. Unacceptable. Toilets poorly designed. Showers have no slope so entire rest room gets flooded. Toilet cover was not clean. Room fine. Breakfast was good and service at Pavilion was excellent. The fact that the elevator does not take you to the mall is quite a bummer. One has to walk all the way around to get there.

No free Wi-Fi for a hotel of this class not suitable.

Nice Hotel but nothing of that, hallway without air conditioning, even the slow lifts.
Then the strangest thing that a supermarket in the middle of the hotel but there is no entrance.
The breakfast always with the same things every day, the sweets are all hard are of couples made terrible of the real sweets that surely the chef will never tasted.
Hotel entrance made terrible missing the stairs there is only ramp.
All in all Hotel a two star money wasted.

This hotel used to be good. It is located relatively closer to the airport. There are useful shops nearby. The food is decent. But, recently it has gone downhill. During my recent visit, I have found the bathroom to be dirty. It is a pity that after paying a good amount of money, one has to go through this. Probably it has to do with these hotels being in Dwarka. They think being wedding hotels is enough for them to survive. May be that's true, may be not. But I will surely think twice before visiting this hotel again (and I have been a return customer here for quite sometime).

The hotel is spacious, even the rooms are spacious. Room service is good we had pasta which was tasty. I guess there are less printers or maybe manpower at reception to confirm I don't know it might even have been a one time problem. The hotel even has a mall. Each floor has 50 rooms around. Thus you will get good deals of this hotel on make my trip or any online booking site. It takes only 40 minutes drive from IGI airport. It has star facilities with large rooms and nice bathrooms. I was not satisfied with cleanliness of bathroom. Overall nice hotel. Breakfast was nice and tasty.

Not a bad place for corporate meetings. Staff was very courteous. Conference Hall's are good. Air conditioning was not adequate in the conference hall. Good rooms. Clean and hygienic food.

This journey would have started weeks back before this event would have been announced. Have been a part of this journey as a guest for past 3 weeks and could see a clear difference in the learning process during the quarter finals, semi finals and ofcource finals. What a splendid platform provided to the home chefs who had the zeal to achieve something more in their field of work. With each passing round, it was quite evident, that judges and ITC wanted to bring the best out in all the participants. The competition became more challenging with each passing round. Judges too were selectively chosen and it was ensured that equal information was provided to all the participants. Starting from the ingredients to the logistics to the empathy levels, it was all managed in the perfect possible way. Teething issues are a part of any event but those were addressed by ITC with much patience. Out of the 6 finalists, there were 3 who were announced as winners in the order of 3, 2, 1. Let's check out the variety of lip smacking recepies that were made. Finalist number 1 Shachi Jain — made two different cuisines, Gujarati and Marwadi. It had khandvi, dal dhokli, raw papaya ki chutney, kachi Keri ka sambharu, amarakhand, nariyal ki shikanji and plum ka sharbat.

Nice and fancy 5 star hotel. Lobby is pretty and sprawling. Service is amazing. Lots of international tourists. Rooms are cozy and clean and quiet. Nice bathrooms. But since there is no shower doors water just flood out of the shower stalls. Since it is located in a remote location, not much to do by just going out of the hotel. But the hotel had a few world class restaurants on its lobby.

Hotel is at perfect location, only 20 minutes drive from IGI airport. It has star facilities with large rooms and nice bathrooms. There were a lot of mosquitoes in lobby and also in room (though they provided mosquito repellents. I was not satisfied with cleanliness of bathroom. Overall nice hotel. Breakfast was nice and tasty.

This hotel can easily be located. This is on walking distance from metro station sector 10. It is handicap friendly from car parking to any where in the hotel. It consist of three restaurants and two banquet halls. The banquet halls can also be used for conferences. There are facilities of fitness Centre, spa and swimming pool. K & K is a unique restaurant where all the walls in the restaurant are lighted with candles and for enjoy the candles one should be at the restaurant by about 20.00 Hrs. Pavilion and Shinghai Club are also unique. To enter the Viceroy banquet one has to walk through a corridor of about 50 feet decked with flowers. There in no night club nor any coffee shop open for 24 hours. However coffee and snacks are available from 06 Hrs to 23.00 Hrs. At Pavilion.

I've already commented before. Good value for money Taxis are also available. In a new area of Delhi.

I liked the ambience and the politeness of the staff. This hotel is not like the traditional hotels that has a huge lobby or welcome area at the entrance. However the modern look of the building is really good. The staff at times does not understand you but they are really fast in helping you out. The beverages are good in taste.

Good place for family stay. Complimentary breakfast is very good. Hotel is clean and tidy. Specious rooms with big toilets. Specious bed. Little far from airport but it is worth it. Complimentary airport transfer is not available.

Rooms spacious n clean, not that plush like a 5 star, wash room good, service good including buffet breakfast. Special request not met at the time of check in but thats fine. Now the cons, last but not the least, is location. Is far from city, malls n famous n visited public places, only not far from airport. So if you wanna catch flight, a reasonable 5 star property otherwise not a great choice. Needs some revamp in lobby n rooms.

It was a wonderful experience, when we approached to main entrance, valet service was available to assist with parking. When you enter into their lobby area it was an pleasant atmosphere with nice fragrance. We approach towards restaurant where lady steward attended us and helped in getting the place. The food was awesome, it got variety, appealing, taste. Overall it was good experience and will visit again soon.

I stayed here during my visit to Delhi, first appearance was great. The room was clean and very beget thanks to new LED. I would give perfect five for room but I didn't only because there are few nitpick items I noticed in the furniture and washrooms. Washroom was clean only problem was when the the water was flushed it wouldn't go right away it went slow anyway. Morning breakfast was free in my package and it was pretty sufficient. It was a buffet but packed some continental cuisine worth the money overall. People were nice most importantly…

Very good ambience. Beauty of this place is good. Very neat and clean. Space and lightning are very good. 2-3 events can be host simultaneously. Rest rooms are clean. Fully availability of parking. Easy to notice in traffic as it's on main road. Service is very good and great staff. Food quality is delicious. Usually it's for party and office conferences.

Hotel with a very different middle eastern ambience and menu. The services are very nice. We had dinner in the buffet which was good but wouldn't call it the best. The waiting was done perfectly. Rates are obviously high depending upon the investment made to maintain a high class ambience hotel.

This one of the most value for money hotel in Delhi. It is close to Dwarka Sec 10 Metro station which is a big plus point. Over all service is very good but breakfast is okay (used to be brilliant). Beware, internet charges are very high. Verdict: Recommended!

Airport proximity, metrobahnhof right next door. However, over an hour's drive to Connaughplace. The service in the hotel is not superior.

I got a membership for this hotel and used buffet coupon. The restaurant where the coupon was redeemed is Pavilion 75. The ambience was really good and so was the staff. The service is slightly slow but they won't disappoint you. Food though is not as good as ITC Maurya Sheraton but still they have good buffet. The only thing I disliked is no soft drink is included in buffet. Even the hotel lobby is unlike the same old traditional lounges. The moment you enter the hotel it starts with all the restaurants. A good theme as it's a new generation 5 star hotel.

Very comfortable stay, polite staff & great ambience make it a perfect place to be around friends & family… Well if I view opportunity area then ofcourse room service & morning breakfast can be bring to better levels.

First of all, the hotel is located is a very convenient location and houses a very upmarket market arena and superstore at the basement as well as ground floor. The hustle and bustle is obviously visible at the hotel and makes for a very vibrant ambience. The food is very well served and tasty as well. Overall a very nice place to be.

The rooms are really nice & spacious. Only the service quality & seriousness of the management left a lot to be desired initially. One had to bring in the top level intervention to get things moving. Which most guests might not be able to.

The people working in coffee shop are not pro and generally are not courteous. Coffee shop is not open 24/7. Hotel has other good options of restaurants which have nice menu with good taste. I tried the Asian cuisine as well and it was authentic.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Rooms and service were really good here. People were extremely polite and respectful. Breakfast buffet had a really elaborate setup with South Indian, North Indian as well as continental cuisines. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station and just 30 minutes from the airport. It has a mall attached to it that has a supermarket, but otherwise not too many shops around.

In back side of the welcome hotel we also find pinnacle mall and also other brand in there inside areas. Reliance and evergreen are also in pinnacle mall so from front side its welcome hotel and from back side it's pinnacle mall. So best combination to find all thing in one place also opposite to Delhi Metro Sec 10 stations. Good place to visit.

Poor service, especially food repeated menu, never expected from ITC, but if you want a good night view take rooms comes under tis number 1045-1050, whatever the floor is go by 45-50 only tat rooms are worth for the money, I took 4 rooms so am damn sure about the view

The best hotel with its all luxurious arrangement and the food is just amazing. They have swimming pool and quite impressive luxury rooms. Everything is perfect there. The behavior of the staff is also good.

The rooms are amazing here. The lobby and the reception area may not feel much attractive though, this can be a negative or a positive thing that the hotel has a semi mall at the back side featuring reliance digital, a restaurant and flee market stalls.

The interiors are good. There is Pinnacle mall just behind the hotel. Staffs were cooperative. I had only chance to taste the buffet breakfast which had variety and was delicious.

The place being rated as 5 star doesnot match it's standards in it's facilities and it's aura. Though its comfortable for a good stay but lacks the luxurious touch a ITC hotel deserves and provides.

A quiet and cozy five star hotel. Not so happening locality but the place is fine & sharp.

It's clear that the hotel is paying for people to fraudulently give it a 5-star rating. However — it has terrible (TERRIBLE) service and staff are very poorly trained (if trained at all) to handle guests. Definitely not a 5-star hotel. From checking in, up through when we had to call to see if we had left something, the service was full of problems and inconveniences. Have spoken to the manager and provided feedback. Our stay went from bad to worse.

Not good at all. Not at all 5 Star, I think 3 Star properties are more bothered about their guests. No one is bothered about the guests. As a guests we struggled to find our room on our own. Lifts do not work, way too much to walk for another lift. Way too expensive and do not even have complimentary Wi-Fi, its on the paid basis. Breakfast is also charged. Very slow service. Front desk staff is also not bothered. I called the reception twice and I was asked that the call back will be arranged in the room, however no call back.

Worst service at a hotel I've ever experienced. Breakfast was sub par at most with lack of flavor and variety. Very unhelpful and rude staff. Have complained / provided feedback on multiple occassions — still something has yet to be done. The absolute worst ITC property I've ever stayed at. Completely advise against staying here.

Overall a good experience, Rooms are decent size, swimming pool was good, breakfast spread had good variety, metro is walking distance from the hotel, there is a mall connected to the hotel, where you can pick up things to eat as well as a bangkok style market and reliance trends outlet, there is a chaat counter at the entrance of the mall. There is nothing else to do near the hotel. They have a selection of about 6 different pillows. There was a small issue of hot water not coming in the shower, which they promptly rectified.

It's a shock when you discover that the valet at this 5-star ITC hotel had taken your car for a drive and has returned the car with a broken vanity-mirror and the passenger seat-belt stretched with the help of a fluorescent rubber band and it was delivered after a very long wait and after repeatedly asking for it. Obviously, it was out somewhere, ferrying passengers! Adding insult to injury, the hotel G. M. Has not responded despite repeated calls and messages. Talk of ITC hospitality?

The hotel is not worth a single penny. I have tried it twice but both the times the service was sh**t. The staff doesnt even know how to treat the customer and doesnt even bother. Rooms are always messed up. The TV doesnt work properly. All in all it sucks. Plz dont go.

At a glance, this is a very beautiful hotel. You will get the impression it has much to offer, but do not be deceived. This hotel will show you a beautiful skin, but inside is very ugly. You will buy your rooms, and shortly after be disappointed. The Wi-Fi is not complimentary, which in some cases is okay. This hotel is trying to rip off when they can. Poor service. No hot tub. Pool is barely available. Tons of minor inconveniences like elevator difficulties. Anyway, hotel isn't worth it. I follow Jesus, so I cant complain, just thought youd know. Keep it real people.

Staff and service are very poor as 2 star. Staff at reception are very arrogant. They don't believe in service.

It aims for a 5-star rating, yet it's not even close. Overall good performance, yet some details are missing, like unaccessible inner yard (where the air is as bad as everywhere in Delhi) or poor quality room food service. Also, bed sheets were stained like somebody was stomping on them with dirty feet. All this for a price of a 4+ European hotel. Come on.

Abysmal. Probably the poorest service I ever experienced in an hotel. No housekeeping, kitchen takes long and the food served isn't in accordance with the menu, staff schedules deliveries and never shows up, my sleep was interrupted several times by phone calls from the hotel reception which were not for me. Plus, you don't have to be a genius to figure out that the remaining reviews you can read here all look the same and aren't genuine reviews from hotel guests.
