My recent stay at The Park, New Delhi was rather disappointing. The breakfast service was rather stressful. While all the staff had absolutely no smile and their answer to every request was a NO, a certain Miss Shonali was visibly overwhelmed, rude and passed on her stress to us. Our day began with this kind of stress. The housekeeping refused to give an extra bottle of water citing hotel policies, even in this 42 degree heat wave. The room service refused to give a plate in the room while my son was unwell with the heat stroke. You charge 300 for an empty plate? It’s interesting how being in the hospitality industry, we did not experience any hospitality at all. This is not just my experience but also 3 other friends who accompanied me with their kids. A Jain friend requested for onion-garlic free food which was first refused. After much requests she got her kind of food. I don’t think we would like to visit your hotel again, even though you have the advantage of being centrally located.

This hotel is just 5 star property just for a sake.
but providing services of 2 star.
from the time I checked in. All I am facing is only problems.
no one pays so high amounts to stay in these properties specially when they are out on duty of serving the nation.
these people serve different kind of insects too in the breakfast. Much talented they are. and after that I am surely gonna file a case against this property.

The staff at the reception very friendly and helpful. In the main restaurant the same excellent staff. The food was traditional and excellent!

First of all location was good and staff behaved with manner and politeness almost everything okk.

The hotel has different types of restaurants. Tonight we were eating in restaurant Aqua. Server Vivek told us about the different Indian wines. Great foodj, wines and excellent hospitality. Thanks.

Nice hotel with good behavioured and helpful staff.

Sufficient number of staff are not employed by them. They are not able to manage a big gathering. Very congested arrangements for seminar refreshments etc.

Rooms were not as shown in pictures. They were dirty.
Restaurant waiting time is terrible u have to wait around 45mins for meals or cup of tea.
The noise at night is so loud from music very hard to sleep. Be careful when u check in or check out staff are very smart in adding things to your room. Do not take any coupons when checking in as they will be added to your room not used.

Hotel is Okay. Too Noisy. Cant sleep because of the night club. Ordered food in their Restaurant and it took them 45mins to bring it to the table. Staff are very friendly. Rooms are okay. This hotel needs new Towels. Wont recommend anyone staying in this hotel. There are more good hotels in Connaught Place. Wont be coming back to this Hotel.

The food & the rooms were very good. Good ambience but the staff otherwise polite, except the billing, charged me for a bottle of vodka, despite my argument that ours is a family of teetotallers & the bottle was never even placed in my room when I checked in. I was supposed to prove my innocence. I decided to pay so that things don't get unpleasant but there was no such effort from the staff to avert the situation.

If you like to sleep before 3/4am, this is NOT the hotel to go to as the music does not stop until this time! Also, don't spend ages studying the menu before choosing food/drink because the chances are, whatever you choose, they don't serve it The hotel is in need of general refurbishment, some of the electric sockets look positively dangerous & the towels were far from clean! On the plus side, the breakfast was nice & the staff were very polite.

Yesterday I visited Aqua with my family, Really disappointed & diheartened by seeing the services of premier 5 star restaurant. Below are major concerns 1 Nobody turnsup to take order and to serve water after sitting 15 minutes. …
2 Had to go there & ask manager to take order.
3 When food is served no plate, knife & fork is there.
4 Ordered Paneer Shashlik Sizzler which has an option of to chhose mashed potato or wedges & choise of sauce, Nobody takes a pain to ask guest about his choice. I was under feeling that by mistake I had entered some self-service restaurant by mistake instead of Park. Thanks

It was good dinner, food is nice, taste is good in Mist coffee shop, but buffet varieties are very less. They dnt serve snacks initially.
Overall experience is good.

Even though room booked well in advance not able to provide required room even after waiting they gave room without health fassal even shower not working properly.

Very bad place pethatic service made a booking to through zomato id 636399679546562816.
Entered the place at 9:50am there was full mess at the place it was looking like a fish market.
The manager of the restaurant who was at the entrance was very rude he didn't cared that we had pre confirmed booking he was very mannerless person just using his American english accent to call out the room numbers and didn't cared that we were accompanied by some special guest and in front of them we were embarrassed, he said if you can wait then okay otherwise he cannot do anything, I didn't expected this from a 5 star hotel.
Management of the The Park Hotel please take a note if you cannot entertain us through zomato please close you online booking section.

Please if you are planning to go at this place please avoid and in case if you have to visit please don't book it through zomato as you may face am embarrassing situation in front of your guest and restaurant will not entertain you.

I'm a fan of the park chain of properties in India, and the Park New Delhi shows why. The hotel itself has stylish rooms, great service and an excellent location. Eat and drink on the plot draws the famous and not-so-famous wannabees on the range of bars and restaurants, but for the traveler, which I must say that the food is some of the best I have found in a hotel in Delhi. The Park New Delhi offers a very modern take on Indian hospitality and one which I always gladly accept if I'm in town.
