Service I would give not zero I would go negative, below zero. Being a part of this big name in hospitality industry I would never visit this place again for dine in. We were there around 7:55pm entrees were served in a decent time frame. But with main we ordered pasta came in mains 35mins prior as the other mains were served after 20 mins of the pasta. Wait staff was being unavailable while we tried to look for a service. Manager didn't paid attention as he was busy with other customers of the buffet. He did came along after 4-6minutes after wait staff have informed. He wanted to cover up the time frame and the service delivery delays by saying sorry and other things to cover it up. But after I tried to explain him what went wrong he politely reacted and listened to us what we have been through and he was very apologetically he even offered what can he do to make it a better service for us. I do give him a good professionalism ethics what he showed but it will not change what was been delivered. The whole entree's and mains were good quality besides lacha parantha were burnt from out and raw from inside. Bhuna ghost was literally rogan josh. Besides these 2 dishes everything was great quality. But I will stick with 1 star over all and I will not eat there again. Also if anyone is visiting for fine dine in. In my opinion please go for their buffet as they give zero attention to their fine dine in.

Enjoyed our evening at the sky bar, extremely comfortable with bonfire 🔥 on a winter night, food n cocktails was yum.

WE WILL BE BACK! A truly amazing stay with your beautiful hotel and incredibly attentive staff. We were here for a week and every day was faultless. When we arrived, we were greeted with gracious and polite service with a seamless check in. Our room was gorgeous with fruit platter and sweets upon arrival. Every day our room was made up beautifully with all amenities restocked. The buffet breakfast was sensational every morning. Something different every day and every team member would help out where required. Such a great and convenient location. We felt very safe and never had any issues. Every staff member was amazing; from the security team out the front who greeted our daughter with such joy every time we arrived, to Atish the restaurant manager who made sure his team always went above and beyond, and to the room service crew. This has been one of our most memorable hotel stays and we have travelled to multiple countries staying in all the way up to 7 star hotels. Hyatt Regency Chandigarh truly tops the list. Thank you team we will be back!

It is wonderful place to sit and have conversations with our near and dear ones, great environment having wonderful ambience, staff members are so courteous, comfortable in dealing with, Whenever I visit this place I often order coffee ☕️, which is exceptionally aromatic, tasty in nature. One can have PANEER TiKKA, will never disappoint you in any way-it is soft, spicy, delicious 😋, even I can say it is one of best dish PANEER TIKKA I have ever had in Chandigarh. I was lost in taste in such a way that I had to call chef Mr. Sunil Bhatt to give him special thank for his sumptuous PANEER TIKKA dish.

I would never recommend you to buy Hyatt dining club membership. They make so much fake promises and once you buy they never fulfil their commitments. They are the people you can never trust on. Please don't ever believe them. Pathetic customer service. They put you in such an embarassing situation that you will regret to buy their membership. I regret that I trusted them so much. Being such a famous and one of the topmost chain they do such things.

The Amaira Spa is located on the 1st floor just next to Gym, Yoga room and the swimming pool. The highlight of the Spa is, everything is built inside the same room. Steam, shower as well as Jacuzzi can be enjoyed in the same massage room. A must have is the Italian food at Piccante their speciality restaurant, and trust me the Chef has done wonders with the food. Overall, a great place to stay over weekends or for work with family and friends.

Luxury hotel with very nice and sleek interiors. I am attaching photograph as well. It has three restaurants and most of the crowd falls in the Cafe where there is buffet available. Buffet has a lot of variety but the last time I went it was quite average. Although Hyatt is famous for its good variety which was lacking.

I have visited this hotel a number of times and every time I am impressed with the promptness, Courtesy, impeccability of this place. Closeness to Elante Mall makes it even better as one can just walk there in 3 minutes. My checking took 3 minutes and my checkout was completed in 2 minutes. The rooms are right at the top. The spread in buffet is always impressive. The curtain in my room was a little letdown but I am ignoring this as one off incident! It is more than value for money!

A wonderful place to be and a wonderful experience. The food was good, not high on spices. Went there for a Summit and the hospitality was found to be good. Only a small misbehaving of an electrical equipment and the creak of the door was found to be unpleasant. Rest was all definitely good.

Organized an event here. Chenab hall 4 and 5 is perfect closed door venue to conduct business conferences. Staff was accommodating. F&B was fairly above average. However, hotel don't allow outside sound and AV vendors. Used hotel's own AV and sound equipment which had technical glitches and caused embarrassing moments amongst stakeholders.

Today was my first visit to Hyatt and it was absolutely amazing! This place is really beautiful. It has a swimming pool at the top which is mesmerising. Didn’t have the time top swim otherwise I surely would have. The staff is also very humble. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. I also visited the Urban Cafe and the food was delicious. Do visit the cafe when you go to Hyatt. Can’t wait to visit again!

The Urban Cafe at Hyatt Regency is a must visit. The cafe primarily serves Indian food and the deserts section is also good with a lots of variety. Food quality is great and there's a variety too. There's also an option for buffet and the menu is versatile. The service is good.

One of the recently opened 5 star hotels in Chandigarh, Hyatt Regency is a good place for buffets. The variety on offer especially for the appetizers and salads is good, though the desserts are a little lacking. The ambiance is also good though a little sterile and lacking in warmth.

One the best Hotel in CHANDIGARH. Excellent rooms. Great Service. Food is good. Stayed for 3 days and enjoyed the hospitality. The hotel is situated in Industrial area just at the entry of Chandigarh. Check in Check our was also very fast.

Awesome buffet. Loved it. Spread was wide with many options. And most important it tasted very fresh and nice. I just would suggest — if starters would have been hot, would be better. As somebody else also wrote best buffet in the city, I agree to that.

A Five Star Experience My recent stay at this hotel proved to be an outstanding choice. From the moment you set foot into this hotel, you are assured that the facilities and service will be top notch. I used the gym and the pool and both were outstanding. The morning breakfasts (buffet style) were really good and the service levels excellent. Lunches and dinners were also very good. The rooms are large as are the bathrooms. Highly recommended.

Went for a lunch @urban cafe on Valentine’s Day with my wife. Utterly disappointed. The restaurant was not even half occupied but server took 20 minutes for the beer. Asked for an ashtray thrice but after waiting for 45 minutes none came. During desert, they were out of vanilla ice cream but the only flavour they had was pan. Totally spoiled our Valentine’s Day lunch.

Veg and non veg items mixing without any one knowledge. : one star is forcefully given to post it. We had a Dinner party at Hotel on dated 31.1.2018. Salad was placed on the table. We specifically asked the staff whether the salad is vegetarian or not and reply was that the salad is pure vegetarian. Again to get second opinion we asked whether the salad contain Egg. This time also the answer was the same" it is pure vegetarian". In fact the salad was having chicken and other non veg item in the three salad dishes. The officer on duty was not knowing whether non veg was placed or not. When questioned they stated to inquire from one and others. We are pure vegetarian and even don't take egg. It is very shameful act on the Hotel Part. On request they did't give us the complaint book so that we could write comment.

This review is for Urban Café. The place is upmarket and spacious, it has lots of natural daylight pouring in. The decor is very classy. The food is great too, although there is some room for improvement in terms of variety, compared to it's rivals.

I went for dinner with my family on the Christmas Eve I requested the staff for a travel adjoining with sofa instead of the one surrounding with four chairs because my 11 months old daughter couldn't adjust on the chair for long. The requested table was vacant till the end when we left. Rest all was perfect.

The location of the Hyatt is great. The attached mall is incredibly convenient, although it's very busy. The service has been incredible. Calling for laundry or anything results in someone being at your door in under 5 minutes. The food has also been fantastic. I had a small issue with a clogged drain when I first checked in, but it was resolved promptly.

It is an awesome hotel, very clean and staff are so friendly. One of the best malls in the city is 2 minutes walk distance away from the hotel. You'll have all the needed facilities for an escape all in one place. Enjoy.

Nothing but the best experience! We are coming up on the end of our stay here and just wanted to say we have never felt so welcomed and pampered. From lovely staff that greets us at the lobby when we're coming and going, the conscierge service, the wait staff, the amazing chef, to the very lovely gentleman who graciously waited for us to finish our swim just so he could offer us a bottle of water… Thank you, Thank you. You have made our first trip to your beautiful country unforgettable. To anyone that can come, please do. Its well worth it.

We visited the banquet hall of the Hotel. It was a big hall having good decorations and ample space to accommodate approx 500 guests. The service quality and food was great.

Poor service during marriage function. No person to supervise waiters and waiter movements were unplanned, after serving at table nearby standing persons were left and continuity to next table serve was also not there. No service plates provided on table for snack service. Very tight area for dinner. Food quality reasonably good but some snacks were not quality preparation. Only a few items were served and shakes, coffee, cold drink, hard drink was hardly served. Ratio of waiters to gathering was poor. Waiters were totally untrained. Asked 4-5 times to waiters for plates for 85 year old person but no body cared to give plate at table. For a sitting arrangement of about 250 persons, hardly 60-70 persons were provided plates.

Location is quite good as it is adjacent Elante Mall. Rooms & ambiance are very eye-catching. But service at restaurant is not so good.

Definitely a hotel worth 5 star (very rare) in my rating. The ambience, the hospitality of the staff, the squeaky clean & spacious rooms. Everything perfect. Except limited channels on the TV & tasteless (really unexpected) food.

It nice a place to celebrate an occasion but I would rate it a bit expensive not value for money the buffet dinner costs 1500+TAXES but with a limited menus and lack of service.

I went there for a fair and believe me the hotel is awesome. Being situated next to elante just makes everything convenient. The staff were friendly and I hope the food is good too.

Location — it's near Elante mall in industrial area, phase one. Rooms — they are neat and clean, you get what you paid for to be precise. Services — the food is amazing, the staff is truly helpful (if you require anything just let the staff members know — they'll hook you up with whatever u require). All over my experience was great here, really loved the staff and room I was provided with. I'd recommend this place to anyone who has the taste for quality and a pleasant Hassel free stay. :)

The property is located close to the airport and has one of the the best malls of Chandigarh, the Elantra adjacent to it. The staff were very courteous. The rooms are decent and cozy enough to keep one comfortable through their stay.

Amazing Saturday Night, good place to hangout with friends and family. The serve fresh brewed beer and has a chilled out ambiance and I will call out Abhishe Pandey a best bartender to make a your choice your way… The cocktail name is "Gin Gin Mule" its one of the best gin cocktail I had ever in my life (Thanks Pandey), The food was great with a good fusion of cuisines. They also have a good media coverage!

Though good ambience and nicely built but didn't liked the food much which is why we were there. We opted for buffet and I realized I have had better buffet experiences at half the prices. Not worth the hype.

I would say that this place is best among all the five stars in town. Since I am a localite so can't review the rooms and other amenities. But talking about the food part I would really like to mention that this place serves the best food in Tricity. From Starters till the Deserts, everything is like totally worth it. The quality as well as the variety, both are appreciable. Overall my dining experiences here were really great and worth a five star rating.

I am very disappointed with the attitude of the staff. I paid in advance for their cab service and the cab driver failed to collect me from the previously decided location. Instead of placating me or apologizing for what clearly was their fault, they blatantly told me there was nothing they could do about it. Also the room service is very tardy. Despite having called them several times to clear the room, no one came to collect the dirty dishes till the NEXT day. Since I've never had any complaints with any of the other Hyatt chains, I had expected this one to be upto the standards as well. Needless to say I will never be visiting this particular Hyatt again.

Very good property at decent prices. The rooms are spacious clean and comfortable the breakfast spread is unbelievably yummy and special mention to Mr. Amritpal and miss kaveri for going all out to make our stay most memorable.

Location is nice, the building looks nice but the front desk staff is not hospitable at all… they sound too strict and less polite. The Thai receptionist's english is beyond understanding and they don't understand hindi which can lead to communication barrier in our own country. The walls of the room was filled with hairline cracks which signifies the poor construction quality of the hotel. Exhaust in the loo was not working and even upon notifying them nobody came. not worth the money.

At a great location ; just next to elantae mall. Talking about their hospitality — it is simply great. Service is impeccable. I loved the interiors and the wooden work. Their in house restaurant — Urban cafe — food is completely lip-smacking. A cosy and quiet place to visit.

The check in was smooth… I am glad the security personnel were also very active. The lobby on each level was very had graphic tees with funny quotes. The walls of each corridor were filled with art. My room had ample amount of sunlight and a nice green view. The room & toilet were clean. Everything was very accessible and in place in the room. The location of the hotel was amazing as it's at a walking distance from Elante mall. I could easily catch a movie and get myself some dinner there. The breakfast was good with many options available.

Stayed here for a business trip for one day. Rooms are very small, but cute and clean. Customer service is very good. Ambiance also good. Since I have to rush in the morning, request them to give some take away break-fast. Room service team is so fast and handed over the take away on time. They offer complimentary break fast. But I didn't had it. Again the food is very costlier. So I tried my dinner in the near by Elante Mall. Lobby in the first floor is quite confusing. They also offer free Wi-Fi, but is very slow.
