This was the pure disappointment in my whole trip. Worst service and experience I had at hotel City Plaza 7.
1. We got a attractive price through Oyo for this hotel booking. But when we reached there to check in the manager forced us to cancel it online and book then n there with price hike by Rs. 500. It was pretty late and we were tired so we still checked in.
2. Tiny Cockroaches on bed and in bathroom to company us.
3. Complementary breakfast also came with cockroaches in it.
4. My complain didn’t bother much to the manager as it was our time to checkout. He was not even sorry and that’s why I am forced to write this review for them.
