Extremely good service. Value for money. Your front office executive Sumit is a nice chap he knows how to deal with the customer. I will definitely visit again with my family members in April. Good all the best. Royal Rooms have been very osm decorations. Food taste is not too much good.

It was worth visiting in this hotel. Service boy offered a very good service and the hospitality was amazing. Food and other things were especially taken care off while visiting to the hotel. Keep up the good service. I was really having a Royal Feel.

Very nice place. The front office manager of this Hotel is amazing Humble & Good person. Service Boy talks very well. Must visit this place. There is only a small problem with the stairs there new Royal Rooms.

Gud Service and Professional Staff. Hotel Emerald is awesome as compared to other Hotels you can do here Lunch, Breakfast and Dinner. The Royal Rooms is very neat and clean. It's a Family Hotel. Newspaper and Wifi is available. Good value for money.

One of the best hotel stayed in. The Royal Rooms of the hotel are so premium looking and have a luxury feel to it. The staff are kind and well mannered, just ask for something and they will try to get it done as soon as possible. The room service is also good.

Total jackass hotel, rude staff dont even ask for water. Run by 4th class employees, my 70 years mother got stuck in the lift for 20 mins and there was no one to listen to her, rather were rude even after pleading to take her out. We are planning to file a police complaint about the same. Never ever book this hotel, expect the worse and inhuman behaviour.

It is a awesome place to stay… Beautiful rooms nice interior… Hi tech room's lighting and door lock controls … And situated at very nice sight.

Service is good… Staff maintain hygine in hotel. Just the only problem that this is a pure Veg hotel. But good thing is that we can bring nonveg food and drink from outside. Overall good experience.

Nice room at reasonable price n quick service. Only drawback. They operate in 2 buildings. One property is on 1st floor n another on 2nd floor… n none of the buildings have lift.

I booked the hotel via MMT app and expected a decent 3 star service. Instead it turned out to be a OYO listing with below average services. If you are coming by your own vehicle be prepared to shell out more money for parking as parking is not complimentary. There is no complimentary water bottle for the guests nor there is a buffet breakfast. You have limited options which will be delivered to your room. The room is good with large size and a good bathroom.

Room clean n nicely decorated … staff are cool n absolutely well behaved manner… food is too gud. All the way … perfect.

The place is located in a quiet area. The reception staff is not as polished and sophisticated as they should be, considering the sophistication level of the Hotel. For young couples, they would appear to be rude and nosy sometimes. There's no lift facility, even though they advertise. The rooms are big, spacious and well furnished — almost 4.5/ 5 star category.

I stayed in hotel emerald last week and it was a wonderfull experience in my life. I book a Family room and spend time with my friends. Staff is very good and professional rooms are very clean. Services are very good and most important hotel food awsome.

This is the worst Hotel I ever came across even in my life, I am not sure how even people in the below chain of reviews can even give such hotel an average rating it is so below than terrible. I had a plan to stay for minimum 2 nights with my wife in Chandigarh, I was advised this hotel by a traveling agency who had very pearly things to say about this hotel. I will try to point down my experience overall. I have also attached a few pics. 1. No Welcome, Damn no Welcome, Reception staff didn't even bother to look up. 2. Staff is really a college hanging, don't give a rat's smile teenager staff who will ignore you completely. 3. I booked a Club Room, Horrible smell when I entered. 4. They told me they are pure vegetarian hotel when I arrived at the hotel. 5. I didn't know you are not allowed to eat at the hotel restaurant, staff very rudely told me to get back to room & order from room. 6. I paid for bed & breakfast & they do not have breakfast buffet, in the morning when I went again to restaurant I was sent back to my room saying order from you room. I had options or paratha & aloo chana, disgusting. 7. No belly boy, you need to carry your own luggage to your room & to your car. 8. Bathroom doesn't have toiletries, if you ask they point out to dirty dispensers filled ages before with stains on them. 9. Mattress, bed rest, room, wall everything was dirty. 10. Room paint was out on the floor. 11.

The hotel was ideally located in Chandigarh, close to shops and places of interest. The staff were extremely helpful and attended to our every need and then some. The staff were the real jewel in Hotel Emerald! The only slight I could give is that they needed to keep the staircase cleaner, but other than that I would definitely go again.

Rooms are elegant but the food is a bit expensive. I'm impressed with the hospitality of staff. Recommended!

Rooms are neat clean and large. Only problem is that food is not tasty at all If food quality and taste be better I would have given 5 stars.

Ok. Overall experience was good but not satisfied with the hotel's menu.! I have visited with my friends for a nightstay nd me and my friends want to have a non vegetarian dish but there is no section of non vegetarian in the hotels menu. Rest cleanliness of the room was excellent and really enjoyed my stay there.

Very nice hotel, neat clean, rooms are spacious bathroom is clean, food is delicious. We stayed in new wing of that hotel which had royal rooms. Only one thing that staircase to hotel is long n no lift available, elderly person might have difficulty in getting upwards.

Liked the room however the entrance is a tad bad as there are two and in the middle of a market. Also coming from Hometel and Red Fox I thought breakfast was a let down. Also Goibibo and this property should include GST in the initial bill itself. A loud discotheque nearby but also eating joints around. OK stay.

At my opinion, emerald provides 5 start horel service at good price though it doesn't have 5 star Continental food service or pool but if it comes to stay and the room which usually public book the hotel to get a room, this hotel is just tops all out. Very happy that I went there and be hoping to book emerald in this my upcoming birthday.

Rooms are well designed and spacious. Staff is quite friendly and a lot many things to do around when staying at this property. Value for money is there too!

It was a nice hotel and located in the heart heart of New Chandigarh. Nearby there are many tourist places. Rooms are small but neat and having essential amenities. Staff is courteous and Food is also good.

Hotel located inside a busy shopping complex. Once inside you have no connection with outside world. But the inside is good. For the price it offers a quality accommodation.

A good stay at hotel emerald but the food was not so very good n service was also slow n top it to all it was totally vegetarian. Even egg was also not there oh c'mon get some life. Plz spare at least an egg! why the customers should suffer.
