The customer service was vary bad only one manager with two staff girl we ask her for table service but she just ignore us.

Yesterday at friend wedding… poor too poor service… no to this hotel ever… shocking experience.

Booked a hall for party… worst service, superlazy staff… good food though! But in the future it's a no no!

Amazing place to to stay.

Management and staff is lazy. They dont have coordination in their own team itself.

Pathetic experience… Staff behaviour especially at hotel reception was very bad. They don’t stand at their words. They don’t fulfil their commitments. Food was very bad & service of waiters was also very bad. No cleanliness. Room service was Also very poor.

Worst hopitality. My stay wid dis hotel was worst experience. When asked for tea coffee nt available. Dirty towels. Low grade taste. I will recommend u dis place for stay n occasions.

Worst hospitality, very dirty towels, room srvice was slow, poor food, no corporation from management, taste of tea coffee was very blunt. Nobody should plan a stay or arrange any party as it will ruin ur enjoymnt.

I have never seen such a low grade hotel like this. Rooms, hotel staff, food quality etc all r worst. Seriously Request everyone to give it a miss. We were 8 adults and 6 kids stayed on 22/06/19 and our room no were 210, 211, 212, 214. Not a hotel for family. It’s looks a lodge.

Worst hotel, poor management. Its not 4 * hotel according to the services I will rate this hotel 1*. Managers dont know how to deals with client.

The hotel is good and the staff service is satisfactory. The food is a bit lacking considering the price you are paying for it. The rooms were very good. The hotel was neat and tidy. Room service is is good. Overall it is an average hotel, you may find a better one.

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff was very gentle and polite. The food was delicious. The Wi-Fi was very speedy. The cleanliness was up to date.

Not easy to find the location due to bridge, food is good and rooms are small. But as per charges it is good! Enough parking space is available. They need improvement on how to serve the food. Even their doors are not having proper locks. Double Beds are not comfortable. They will not take any action if you will report a problem. They served lunch without onion, chatni and bowls. They served tea without any extra cup. They served curd without any bowl. This is my personal experience.

Good place with great amenities. Good room service Locatiom out of town. A bit difficult to commute.

It's good value for money hotel, with facilities like restaurant, bar, banquet and nice car parking. Located on highway. Nice lobby, good and polite staff. AC working bit slow may be due to summer challenge. I like the stay. Also tried some snacks with coffee which also appreciable. Go ahead if have any plans to stay in Zirakpur.

The service is completely low graded… Instead of repeated reminders from the host and the guests they didn't provide with iced mocktails. In the month of June they were circulating hot drinks. Above that the waiters misbehaved with the guests… and also the washrooms were not aromatic… they were smelling… the decoration which we chose was not been installed at the event day… poor quality food… too salty… and the managers didn't look into the matter seriously… the chat counters were not being placed till 8p. M. (the function timings were of 7p. M. ) … Even the DJ was not playing songs … the guest had arrived already… the AC was been switched off during the function…

Lot of room with good amminities… Cost effective rooms. Near to Chandigarh and easy to access local market. Food is amazing… Good quality… Infrastructure is nice and well maintain. Cons : they are keeping mini bar kind of things in each room which is very costly snack item. Also they are not maintaining proper record of item placed in your room… You may get bad experience of extra bill even though you have not used this mini bar facility of this hotel.

This is good hotel. Good location. Rooms need replacement of some used items. Food is good. Staff is cooperative. Value for money is exactly what you pay, you get. Bathrooms need more cleanliness and maintenance.

Superb infrastructure. Chef cooks awesome food, but room services and staff are below average. Bell boys are unavailable. In a short it looks like a self service hotel.

It is a fully air conditioned hotel catering to the hot climate of the area. It had been a great stay altogether. One of the many nice hotels in this area. The food was not that great but the stay was pretty okay.

Highly recommended for a peaceful, pleasurable and comfortable stay! Well, I visited this property for a stay with my family n kids here for 2 nights. Amazingly cooperative staff and even all the managers I met were of quite a help and pretty eager to lend out a helping hand to our queries raised. The food is awsome be it veg or non-veg and the rooms are pretty spacious and equipped with state of the amenities and services. Amazing experience and a way above expectation service provided. Would like to put across the thought that its a real value for money property and one would never regret having stayed here! Clarion Inn Sevilla… you guys rock the show… keep going with the awsomely provided services and the all decked up support. For those who look forward to conducting their corporate events and conferences at Chandigarh? … I would say THIS IS THE PLACE to be… huge conference hall with a large inventory of 101 fully equipped rooms and suites… this is indeed a great place to host events. I look forward to doing my future corporate events with you people! Great show indeed!

The rooms are very good I and did not find anything that I can complain about. Also the staff is very polite and prompt in their service. The food is pretty good too.

Coming from Canada. First time in India. Got the royal treatment here at Hotel clarion. Place is clean. Staff is courteous. Breakfast is excellent. Room is neat and tidy. And the shops here like the Cafe, Bar and Restaurant made everything absolutely convenient. I loved it. Thank you Hotel clarion, you made my first stay in India very comfortable.

My overall experience was good with this hotel. Rooms, food, service everything was good. Staff is really polite. Rooms were clean. good manage by the General Manager MR Chauhan.

The ambience of the hotel is great. It is a very huge property with great infrastructure, they have their private parking, overall the service was ok, no points were their to complaint about.

Hotel was ok. Room was good but there is one incident happened with me when I reached hotel one of the hotel staff told me please leave your car here I'll park your car I said ok. In the time of check in I realised that I forget my wallet in car I came back to my car and take my wallet and I check there is 500 note missing in my wallet. I told that person 500 rs missing in my wallet bt he denai that he don't know anything. I complent at the front desk of but they didn't give me proper response. I think this is very bad. This is not about the 500rs this is about the trust the faith. This is matter of reputation of the hotel.

The food is very delicious but the thing which touched us is their service. The waiters over their are so quick and so we'll behaved. It's like my stomach is full with that fine quality of the service.

Prices of food as well as snacks was too high as per hotel. They were charging almost equal to 4/5 star hotels. Except this they charge extra for sleepers which mostly hotels give complementary. Quality of snacks was also not up to the mark. Other than this all the services was good.

Service and food quality is pathetic, even a dhabaas food and service is much better than their. I will never cone here again. 4 times I called for water then we get water to drink, cleanliness is also bad. Many many mosquitoes in the room I called for flash card but get after calling 5-6 times and going my to reception and after telling them only.

Plzz do not visit this hotel if u visit u waist your time and your trip … Staff behaviour is very bad … I am totally not satisfied. From my side it's suggestion That plzz don't visit … If u visit u totally waist your time and money.

Simply loved it. Room amenities was good. Interior of the room and restaurant was amazing. Though the menu looked little expensive taste and quantity was not compromised. Love to visit again.
