We stayed in the property towards the end of Dec 2025 for a couple of nights (one night in the suite and another night in the deluxe cottage). Both the rooms very nice and clean.

Kanan Resort is a beautiful resort located on the shores of the Indian Ocean, in Ozhinhavalappu near Kanhangad in Kasaragod district. It is blessed with a peaceful and beautiful landscape.

Stunning. Everything about it for a relaxing and calm holiday is perfect. The whole place is perfectly understated creating the ideal environment to switch off.

An amazing greeting. A scarf round our neck, coconut in shell to drink and that standard of welcome continued all the time we were there.

A decent place to stay. Hope after the renovation works, hotel would look better. Lot of areas to improve. Gym should be in working condition.

Superb parking, best hotel, excellent food, front desk very helpful.
