Metro Regency

Very bad experience.
We were a group of 4 members and had previously stayed here about 3 months ago, where all 4 of us were allowed to stay in a single room without any issue. However, during our recent visit, the staff denied us the same arrangement and insisted that only direct booking is allowed. They also quoted a much higher rate and were very rude in their communication. The behavior of the staff was completely unprofessional. Definitely not recommended based on our recent experience.

No restaurant in the hotel, though you can phone up and get food. But the hotel to get food was a non veg one.
Was given a used soap in a cover. There was a damp smell in the room for which lots of freshener was used but after some time could smell the dampness.
Hot water was not there in bathrooms, finally was provided hot water in a bucket.

Very bad, I took room worth 2500rs, bad fecility and heater not working, never recommend.

The rooms are good and spacious, service was also good, offered morning tea.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was very disappointed. The staff was not customer-friendly, and the overall hygiene was lacking. To make matters worse, they charged extra for basic necessities that should be included in the room rate. Additionally, they had the audacity to ask for payment for items included in their complimentary package without clear pricing. This experience did not meet my expectations at all.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at Metro Regency with my family, and our experience was utterly disappointing. The rooms were unclean, with unwashed pillows and blankets. To add to our frustration, basic amenities like toothpaste and toothbrush were not provided.
When we requested these essentials, we were shockingly charged ₹30 for a tiny toothpaste and brush, despite the MRP being ₹6. The staff's response to our concerns was appallingly rude.
The lack of cleanliness, overcharging for basic amenities, and unprofessional staff make Metro Regency an unsuitable choice for families. I strongly advise against staying here.

The hotel staff was courteous and provided us with excellent service. We had come to attend a wedding ceremony nearby, and this hotel was arranged for our accommodation. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Food is not available.
RoomS are good. But no service person.

Nice location will get everything within the same range. Friendly staff, neat & organised room and good service.

I had a great time at this hotel last week! The rooms were super clean, and everyone was really nice. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you want a comfy and hassle-free experience.

I was reached the hotel at 12:10PM hotel room not cleaned. They told me to wait 30min. The receptionist asked me the ID proof and I give my Pancard, the receptionist told me pancard is not a valid id proof and told me to submit the Adhar or Voter ID. I told him pancard is an valid id proof all over india, but he didn't accept that.
Bathroom have no soap and handwashing solution.

I have been using the hotel regularly for 1year. I have tried pretty much most of the double bedrooms. Let me list out all the problems in this hotel.
1) the beds are really bad… the beds have sharp springs poking out on their edges… all the rooms has this problem. I have had multiple scratch injuries from the spring. No comfort at all.
2) the bed cushion is tooooo soft. Tooo much springy. It can be little bit hard… if u sit the bed gets pressed too deep. So everytime I booked rooms… just 1day of sleeping on their beds give me bad back pain. No comfort.
3) the room cleaning are not done everyday.
Rooms are Not clean.
4) everyday morning 8am they disturb u by ringing the door bell for coffee. Even if u tell them to not do it. Very bad service.
5) bathroom heaters dont work except for morning.
6) they dont give 24hr checkin checkout. They only do 12 to 12 timing… which is really outdated. Already many hotel in PMNA provide 24hr policy.
7) the location of hotel is not surrounded by hotels or autostand. You have to walk 1-2km for everything.
8) there are way better hotel with luxurious interiors giving rooms for reasonable price.
The price they charge for this bed condition and room interior is really unsatisfactory.
