Affordable prices but Stay was not good, sleep was distracted and got cold due to dust from floor carpet. Appreciate proper vacuum cleaning.

Centrally located neat, tidy and clean rooms. As a family we stayed in 4 different rooms on 3rd floor and each one was kept very clean.
Very friendly staff, individual needs are catered immediately. Reception and services were exceptional.
Only drawback, If you are a morning coffee lover, use the instant coffee sachet otherwise have to wait until 8.00 am for fresh coffee.

I stayed in this hotel. Hotel staff are supportive and rooms are okay. There two points I would like to hight light here. 1. Windows doesn't have lock. Since windows are big and no grill, some one can easily get inside (if any one want). I had changed 2 rooms but unfortunately all rooms are the same condition. Family staying here is risk. 2. Open parking, risk for new cars, based on availability you may get covered parking slot (only for few). I won't recommend family for this hotel. Staff are very supportive and appreciate them.

Conveniently located in the heart of Perinthalmanna town, near the KSRTC bus depot. I stayed in the Junior Suite room for 3 days. The rooms are neat and clean, with decent interiors. The amenities and service are also decent. This hotel is suitable for corporate stays as they provide invoices.

Price is slightly higher side. Restaurant offers good foods. Rooms are good neat and clean. Good for corporate stay bill invoice available.

Right at the center of the town, you have a nice place to stay. The rooms are available according to your need. If it is a small family you have a small room and vice versa. With 5 floors it has ample number of rooms that are clean and well kept. Though the restaurant is not in the same building, it is near to it. There are many shops in the same building and also right next to it. The bus stop is also nearby. Very small functions could be arranged there.

I really enjoyed my stay at mps royal. The location was excellent and the atmosphere vibrant with the mall and other shops. The room was very comfortable and I was able to order a reasonable variety of food for a vegetarian. All the staff were helpful and attended to requests promptly…

We have booked their banquet hall for my cousin's sons birthday function. We have visited the hall for arranging decoration items today 10.30pm. At that time the hall was too messy with paper waste and other waste. When we contacted the reception he was unaware of the situation and when called the so called manager he is telling you have booked hall for tomarow and hall can be cleaned only tomarow 10am. We have desperately argue for cleaning the hall so that we can do decarations before our guest arrived. Such an un profesional attitude and behaviour from the so called manager And beside that he was very arrogant who is not eligible as a manager. And I also asked for the owner's number but they are not ready to give. This review may be not useful for customers but will be very useful to the investers or owners who is feeding this type of employees. Dear investors you are going to loss tour money.

We arrived at the hotel in the morning and the check-in process was incredibly smooth. Mr. Junaid, who handled everything professionally, made the experience even better. One of the highlights of our stay was the cleanliness of the rooms. They were also acoustically sealed, which meant we could enjoy a peaceful sleep without any disturbances from outside noise, including vehicles passing by. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the bus stand made it a convenient location.

We had gone to the Royal Plaza Restaurant ordered Chinese food it was good has the same standard in terms of taste but in terms of quantity it has decreased drastically and value for money in terms of quantity is not there. Parking is a bit tricky and you have to negotiate your way through the basement out into an open parking spaces which is not properly levelled. The ambience is average and yes the stench of various foods cloud your mind and air conditioning needed more work as the cooling is not there when we visited at 2:30 pm and left us stifling for want of cooling.

Kind of ok place.
Plus:
1. Good location — opposite KSRTC sub depot.
2. Good access to (walkable / within 500 meters) supermarkets, restaurant choices, medical stores & ATM’s.
3. Friendly staff.
4. Decent parking space for cars.
Minus:
1. Rooms are small for the price range in a small town.
2. Maintenance needs improvement — the shower in our room was not working (water gushes out from the rear end of fitting)
3. The stairways are not kept clean.
4. Lighting can be improved.
