Amazing hotel stay located in a mountainous region with spectacular views.

Words are not enough for the embodiment of affection that the staffs has showered us with. They enriched our stay experience to the top notch level. My son was loved and pampered so much.

Really Really wonderful place for dinning, wedding, meeting. Nicely decorated. Green lights are glowing everywhere in the resort. Staff are eco-friendly. E vehicle is available for going to top hill.

There is hardly any place so comfortable to stay in, so quaint and cozy, yet having a state of the art facility all the way.

The staff at Vivanta were very friendly and accommodating. They have a nice, cozy bar we visited in the evening, and a wonderful breakfast buffet in the morning.

We were referred HOTEL POLO TOWERS. In shillong. By our tour organiser Mr Alok of TRAVELGURU TOURS. Had a beautiful 3 day stay at this hotel. The cleanliness and staff service was impeccable.

I had a pleasant one-day stay at Hotel Majestic, Shillong in December 2025 with my family. The room was good, clean, and well maintained. The staff were disciplined, courteous, and very helpful.

Just Fantastic. Structure is beautiful. Rooms very clean. Floral n plain bushes arranged throughout beautifully. Clean mats everywhere. Good facilities in toilet also. Beautiful n clean Canteen.

As the location is in the heart of the city (Shillong). The stayed are very comfortable, all staff are very good behaviour specially Vicky Upadyaya the receptionist.

Located in the heart of city with affordable room price with complimentary breakfast the whole stay was awesome since the day we arrive thank you to the whole team for being so kind to us.

This hotel, located in the heart of Police Bazar and right next to GS Road, was once surely a premium property of Shillong.

Food at the bar was amazing. All continental, indian and Chinese was excellent! Got soup, curry n naan and the chicken breast. Top food. Drinks was good too!

I had a great time in this hotel with my family for 2 nights. The staff was very much helpful in everything.

Hotel knight inn good value, clean comfy rooms, nice staff, tasty food. Overall a great stay.

Location wise very good, close to the market place, service by the staff is nice.
Although breakfast I didn’t like much, they can elaborate it as well the time should be from 7 am.

Location in main. Close to Police Bazar. Close to Wards lake walking distance. Hotel good ambience. Tasty food. Good spread of breakfast and dinner we had. Lunch outside as we travel during day.
