We had a lovely stay at Polo Resort Cherrapunji with a group of moms and kids.

The view of this resort is amazing 😊. However, they need to renovate the rooms, and changes in breakfast and food quality are a must — the breakfast was below average.

As a family, we had an amazing time at the property, the hotel was well maintained, the staff was courteous & well mannered. Everyone was interested to make our stay memorable.

We recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Shillong for 4 wonderful days and it was an absolute delight from start to finish.

The highlight of this property are the scenic views it offers. Beautiful locally sourced materials used for decorating add to local vibe.

Our group of 8 (4 couples) stayed at Ri Kynjai for 4 nights and we had a wonderful time at the resort. First, the location is mind blowing with most rooms and hotel facilities opening onto the lake.

Went there for breakfast buffet twice during our trip to Shillong, apart from Courtyard by Marriott.

My wife and I stayed in Vivanta Shillong. This is a nice hotel located in the middle of a very happening part of the town. The hotel itself is neat and tidy and the rooms are well designed.

Comfortable Peaceful & Relaxing.
In short, our overall experience was highly satisfactory. The rooms were impeccable, providing a comfortable and pristine environment.

It was truly a very good experience altogether. The ambience, rooms, washrooms, café as well as the restaurant environment was very enjoyable and luxurious.

Rooms are like a "4.5 star" property.
Service is Good.
Although from outside hotel doesn't look good, but as there is a saying "never judge a book by its cover" the rooms are very good.

Everything is just good.

As the location is in the heart of the city (Shillong). The stayed are very comfortable, all staff are very good behaviour specially Vicky Upadyaya the receptionist.

My stay at Hotel Monsoon was truly excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was warm and helpful, and the overall atmosphere felt very safe and welcoming.

A well maintained room with very nice behaviour of staffs, and manager. Well managed property. A hotel with kitchen attached to Beside room. Well furnished and service provided.

We stopped here for lunch after boating at Umiam Lake, so our experience is limited to the restaurant and common areas of the property.

We stayed there one night on way to other sights in Meghalaya. We drove down from Guwahati airport to the resort. It is located very close to Umiam lake and rooms and views from rooms are good.

Doli Devi & Mousum das were excellent. They were so helpful & always smiling. They provided excellent service. We had a great time.

Mo doubt you are v good but keep an attitude of " we are no 2" so that you can try harder.

I had a great time in this hotel with my family for 2 nights. The staff was very much helpful in everything.

Hotel knight inn good value, clean comfy rooms, nice staff, tasty food. Overall a great stay.

Location wise very good, close to the market place, service by the staff is nice.
Although breakfast I didn’t like much, they can elaborate it as well the time should be from 7 am.

Location in main. Close to Police Bazar. Close to Wards lake walking distance. Hotel good ambience. Tasty food. Good spread of breakfast and dinner we had. Lunch outside as we travel during day.

It's an awesome experience in this hotel for our 3 days stay. People are really cooperative in nature. Food quality is good.

This is the first time in Marriott, we had a great time we spend alot of time with our family we really appreciate about the service and staff were very nice and friendly and food also was very tasty

I have stayed there for 3 days 4 night, food awesome, ambience awesome, view awesome, but I would like to highlight the hospitality of the staffs is super awesome.
