The hotel’s location is one of its biggest advantages — it’s centrally situated, making it easy to access Police Bazaar and other key spots in Shillong.

Everything is ok but they didn't provide mineral water. Rooms were neat and clean but after opening window we add bad smell to our room😀.

Good budget hotel. I genuinely don’t understand why this place has so many negative reviews. The rooms were clean, the service was good, and the staff was really kind and helpful.

We enjoyed our 3-night stay at Traveller’s Inn, Shillong. The hotel service was really good and the staff were polite, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay.

Book the stay from Agoda to get better deal.

We loved the way the owner came and personally enquired about our stay, food etc. She also gave us itinerary ideas for Shillong. She also treated us with home made cakes along with our breakfast.

The owner is super sweet and very knowledgeable about everything. She was really sweet with young kids we had in our trip as well.

Amazing homestay! The facilities and hospitality were excellent, and Rebecca is truly a professional host.

It is an excellently managed homestay. It gives a feel of a home away from home. The stay is highly clean, hygienic and comfortable. The owners are highly cooperative, polite and courteous.

Enjoyed the stay at Ark having a quiet atmosphere with a flexible timing that is added bonus.

The place was good and clean. Big rooms comfortable beds.

Honestly, I was a bit unsure while booking this homestay, but trust me—it turned out to be a wonderful decision.

The stay is located at a very quiet and peaceful location, a bit outer from the main locations. There are some hidden waterfalls nearby a beautiful Bangladesh view in just 500-600 meters.

We were very comfortable staying here. The room was large, the bed comfortable and everything was clean. The room had a balcony attached. It was quiet and we slept well here.

The best part of my stay at this hotel were the staff and the cleanliness maintained.

We (family of 3) stayed in the property opposite the main house, which had 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and an attached bathroom.
The space was alright.
Cleanliness is maintained.

The rooms are big enough and super clean. Food was great. I ordered Home cooked meals (pork) for dinner and it was really great.
