We stayed for 3nights, very clean and hygiene washrooms, food at the restaurant is very good, buffet breakfast was ok. All 3 days when we went out for sight seeing the rooms were cleaned. Good place to stay at Shillong.

Amazing rooms, hospitality, food. I can definitely say this is one of the best places to stay in shillong. Room amenities include everything room heaters, fridge, kettle and what not. I loved this.

Nice location. Had a goid view of the city from the windows. Food and house keeping facility has scope for improvement. Had a good view of Sunrise and Sunset from the hotel.

Very good service with quality food suiting both south indian and north indian. Taste was excellent but a bit late. The rooms were good with decent views.

Landmark is a decent good place located in nongrim hills almost near to bethany hospital in shillong. The hotel rooms are quiet spacious, hygiene is kept priority. The hotel has parking space as well, n taxi are easily available out of the hotel.

Now, if ur a book lover and u need ur time to select the book u want to read wid less crowd and a good ambience, this is the place. But then there is no parking space.

Best part is ample parking space which is a luxury in Shillong, you can even park few buses if you need to. Lot of open area in front. Rooms are spacious, around 200 sqft which makes the stay very comfortable. Room amenities include a small freeze, electric kettle and sufficient sitting arrangement for around 7-8 people. There is a room heater which is very handy in cold weather of Shillong. Bathroom has geyser for hot water. Food menu is not elaborate, but has sufficient options, good thing is they keep the food simple, less spicy. The staffs are friendly and accommodative. Though rooms are clean, there is scope of improvement, regular dusting shall make it better. Overall very good at this price range.

Its one of the good hotels in the heart of Shillong, the capital city of Meghalaya state. Nice location and descently maintained but they try to avoid card swipe so check in with wallet full of cash.

It's good for a weekend get away.

I'll start with the good things. All of the staff I interacted with were friendly, polite, and helpful. The hotel, the dining room, and our room, were all all clean. The front desk took care of anything we needed — food was brought to our room in good time, they booked a taxi for us, etc. The room that we stayed in on the second floor had a very nice view. Unfortunately, the bad outweighed the good, and after spending three nights they really started to bring down our moods. I'll start with the room. Our sheets were torn when we arrived, the curtains are ancient and very dusty (which caused me to have an allergic reaction when we opened them), and the hot water in the shower only lasted a few minutes before turning cold. The walls and doors of the rooms are quite thin, and you can clearly hear people's conversations in the halls. Several staff members decided to spend quite a bit of time socializing right outside of our door for the better part of a day (this was when the hotel was almost empty, so I guess they didn't have much else to do). When the weekend started, many people arrived, which caused an increase in the amount of electricity being used. This resulted in very regular power outages on our floor, and many guests spent a long time in the hallway and lobby trying to troubleshoot and complain. In other words, this hotel cannot handle having a majority of its rooms full. This hotel is not luxurious. There is no pool, no gym, no spa, no AC, no Wi-Fi, etc.

Well equpied, having parking place, little far from the city noise, have own kitchen, daily house keeping and a bar also.

Great property. Good facilities. Small restaurant. The room had good amenities except for the fact that wooden planks layered on the floor had come out and it obstructed movement in the room. Some planks actually we're very sharp, it could hurt you. So had to be very careful whole moving around the room.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms located in beautiful residential area. We enjoyed a lot during our last visit on Nov 2nd week.

A good place to stay with spacious, neat rooms with good service. A bit expensive though.
