Jade Square

I stayed here for 5 days with family, staff was helpful and room was clean. Breakfast menu was very limited and okish. Restaurant food was good. Small issues but overall it was nice.

Very good place for business visit.
Near to airport. Very comfortable and happy with the way hotel staff had responded.

To clarify, this review pertains exclusively to the restaurant, as I did not stay at the hotel. I visited for lunch, and frankly, the experience was deeply underwhelming. For anyone who is even remotely health-conscious, I would strongly advise seeking sustenance elsewhere. The dish I was served was wholly unpalatable and lacked any nutritional merit. I certainly won’t be returning.

Very nice hotel and I am staying for the last 2 years. Located in the main road and have great visibility. Around 10 car parking space avaiable. Breakfast at roof top and nice view of the city. Recommended for business trip or personal trip.

A convenient place to stay if you have a flight to catch. The rooms are fine, and the food okay.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. Instead of resolving issues, the manager’s attitude made things worse — no courtesy, no accountability, and zero sense of hospitality.
Basic requests were ignored, and the overall atmosphere felt unpleasant and disorganized. For the price they charge, the service is absolutely unacceptable.
Would never recommend this hotel — there are plenty of better options nearby where customers are actually respected and treated properly.

I was in transit in Ranchi and needed a hotel close to the airport. Selected Jade Square based on the overall MMT and Tripadvisor rating. It fit its billing — very convenient location with easy access to airport and main market.
The rooms were nice. Breakfast spread was good. The reception staff was very helpful and also arranged airport pickup. Overall a very good experience.

Classy European style decor and construction. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Housekeeping is very supportive and goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The restaurant on ground floor serves descent food at fair prices. The rooftop restaurant is open for breakfast. Go early to enjoy the breakfast with a soothing breeze. There is both indoor and outdoor seating in rooftop. The breakfast platter had lot of items. We enjoyed our stay here. Only downside is that their TV is not a smart tv. So you can’t watch Netflix on it. I would recommend upgrading it.
