An awesome grand property that's truly luxurious. Their rooms have an uninterrupted view of the famous Khajuraho temples. And a vast tract of greens.

This is one of the best places to stay in Khajuraho. The location is far closer, walking distance, to the sites of interest (western group of temples) than other hotels of similar ratings. The staff is courteous beyond expectations. The rooms are clean, the food is sumptuous, delicious and served hygienically. We would come here in future too.

We Enjoyed our Stay at The Lalit Temple View, Khajuraho. The Staff are Very Warm and did their Best to make us Comfortable. The Hotel property is Excellent to Relax. I particularly enjoyed listening to Ram playing the Flute at the Krishna Shrine near the Pool. He Certainly Found his Calling. God Bless.

As an archaeologist, I often have to visit different places to explore the fascinating facts about history. During one such exploration, I had the privilege of staying at The Lalit Temple View Khajuraho which is not only close to the airport but also at a close proximity to all the famous temples with fascinating sculptures. My experience of the city and the hotel has been mind-blowing. I attended the awakening yoga session in the morning and spent the rest of the day indulging in different leisure activities such as table tennis, live flute music and board games such as chess and carom.

Superb property well maintained … Swimming pool is icing on the cake. The staff is super courteous. Food is amazing and breakfast spread is large.

The Lalit (Temple View) as the name indicates the western group of temples can be seen from the window of this Hotel. Located just opposite to the Madhya Pradesh Tourism Corporation with tourist Interpretation & Facilitation centre at arms length. As we walk down the Western Group of temple out we reach the hotel.

Amazing service. The food was just fabulous it was my 4 time in Lalit Khajuraho and have to say the way they treat us is just fantastic, the line which they say, "WHAT WE GROW WE SAVER. " And yes they did, The Beauty of hotel at night is really very nice the theme of whole hotel is also a point to be noted they have thought Alot before making this happen, the history of Khajuraho was coming, was speaking out from the atmosphere, that all royalty was treated in modern way, had a great time there!

Good hotel but little bit far from the western group of hotels food quality is average not upto the mark as compare to other five star hotels.

This hotel is good for little refreshment with presence of interior and architecture which represent the simplicity. Staff is on their feet so that you enjoy and relax while having meal over there.

If the visit to the beautiful temples of Khajuraho was not enough, my stay at the LaLit Khajuraho just elevated that experience! It was also very convenient to walk down to the western temple entry and all the shopping spots were located close by!

One night at 25. Ooo rupees. For a room that instead of a double bed I had two beds joint together at the last minute. A New Year's Eve dinner in the garden where everything was wet for the humidity and cold at the cost of 8, 000 rupees plus tax. The most basic safety rules were absent, in fact, I stumbled on a stone pillar, not visible but placed in-between the table, causing a considerable injury to the right leg. To my complaints and the request for compensation I was offered the visit by a doctor who received me in the yard where there was a cow. Asking him if this was the place where he received the patients he replied to me Yes. Then, without washing his hands, he tried to control my wound thing that I prevented him from doing as he had not even washed his hands. I forgot a small room for breakfast on New Year's Day and the hotel fully booked and the people on line waiting for a place.

Stayed at this property for 2 nights and 3 days during our visit to Khajuraho and Panna Tiger Reserve. This is a the top property in Khajuraho. The rooms are well appointed and LaLit always keeps their cleanliness standards very high. Highly recommended for pleasure trip with family.

A great experience anybody would love everything about the place. The food provided the view, and everything there is just awesome.

A beautiful boutique kind of property. Very warm atmosphere, friendly and courteous staff. Delicious food. The location is also spectacular. Unfortunately we arrived after sunset therefore could not really enjoy the view of temples but would certainly go there again next time. Will post another review hopefully soon with some pictures.

The only downsize is the variety of food. All others are excellent. The outdoor pool, facing the temples is awesome! The colonial atmosphere makes the place very romantic.

It was a great experience staying at the lalit. Excellent hospitality and cooperative staff made the stay pleasurable. The unique concept of the kitchen garden was the feather in the cap. Made us feel royal through out.

Only the rooms were a bit outdated type…

The temple was OK but the town and townspeople seemed to have only one thing in mind which is to stiff you at any and every chance they get! Anytime someone shook hands with you you would automatically check to make sure you still had all your valuables including all the fingers on your hand, that's no exaggeration, horrible fucking place and wouldn't go back there again!

Rooms and common spaces are somewhat basic, but very clean and modern. Perhaps a touch of Eastern Asian influence. The service is fantastic. Clearly Khajuraho is not as large a tourist draw as many other places in India, so the staff were perhaps a little more shy, but very curious. We found everyone from the front desk to the waiters, to cleaning personnel we would pass in the hall to be charming, and in many ways more genuine than other places.
