Decoration was nice but that's the only thing which you'll find good. Otherwise, the service is not good and too slow. They are unresponsive.

The decor of the dining hall was very good. This hotel is located at a convinient location.

A hotel in Gwalior, good place for lunch and dine but need to deal with staff for appliances if you are planning for stay.

Nice location and hospitality. I had late night check in and thanks to co operative and humble staffs they arranged dinner even after the restaurant was closed. Room was neat and accurately spacious. Complimentary breakfast was good. Parking space was not enough could be better.

Deserve 4 star rating because interior is very nice… Locality is good… Foos is fabulous.

A good place to stay in Gwalior and at a good location in the city, if you think to organise any event then you have to deal with staff for room equipment … Good food but little low with service.

As I have recently subscribe membership of MK Vivanta, so I got 50% discount on all menu items Taste of almost all items I tasted was up to the mark, they have dedicated ice cream parlour outside the venue. I like their interior part most even they have proper thali system food with proper seating arrangement.

Nice Hotel, Rooms are decently neat and tidy, food is equally good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mr Rahul Sharma at Reception. I’ll definitely visit again and recommend to others.

Hotel at good location and rooms are good and well maintained service a little bit slow but good and staff behaviour is also good.

Rooms are very small as shown in the pics. Food is average. Dal makhni was sweet and mint sauce was full of ice. Food is below average.

Hotel Mk Vivanta is great place to have a dinner with your friends. It is not very costly. Service is also above average. Food was great.

Hall are not big for programmes.

Not so good hospitality. Bad bathrooms. Ok food.

Once I arrived in the room I immediately thought wow this is going to be the best room in our India trip and I wondered why there were so many bad reviews on here but I soon came to learn. Although the room looked great it's all about the details and that's where this place lets itself down. Room 103 is very noisy at night, I think the noise is from the kitchen which is going well into the night/morning, banging banging banging! They play music in the hallways, really loud so when you go to bed all you can hear is the music in the hallways! Late at night, after we had gone to bed for some time reception phoned us to ask if we wanted anything! Ridiculous, I was pretty furious at being woken up! The AC was pretty poor inthis room and I eventually had to turn it right down after being too hot on a normal temperature. The next day we moved room, but they kept us waiting for almost 2 hours after check out to actually move, so we just wasted the morning waiting. Our next room on the top floor is quiter, but still it has a light that flickers at night and illuminates the room like a little lightning storm. If you don't like the first few bars of the Titanic music DO NOT COME HERE it plays incessantly, I can hear it now! On the 3rd floor this is the music that is pumped through the hallways, not the whole song literally just the first few bars on repeat repeat repeat, it will drive you crazy.

Everything is nice n perfect nd behaviour of staff nd owener is polite. It was a unique experience speciaaly in Gwalior.

Restaurant artitecture is nice, kwality of food is nice and the most important thing is that the owner of the hotel Mr. Babllu is a nice person…

Terrible service. Mismanagement (someone was dragging furniture in the party hall above my room at midnight, and then again early morning). Tacky ambience. No hot water. No drinking water in the rooms, basic toiletries also missing.

Had a terrible experience 1. They misuse the name Vivanta to lure customers. They DONOT have any tie up with Vivanta. 2. My experience: A. The only lift is not working and my mother had to climb 2 floors with operated knee. B. Hot water not available for bathing. C. Had to request for Complimentary drinking water. D. Had to request for Complimentary Tea material in room. E. Their was a party in their Restaurant. The noise disturbed us till midnight and we couldn't get a sound sleep.

Had stay at MK Vivanta during my visit to Gwalior. It was good experience. Rooms/Food/Service was excellent. Behavior of staff gave a homely touch. Would like to stay again whenever visits there next time.

Good rooms, neat clean hygienic, good service, plesant to stay, better than the hotels on neighbourhood, courteous n well behaved very professional staff, gives feel of a upmarket hotel. Priced slightly on the higher side. Food served in restaurant is good with very good service, but only veg & bottled water is priced very high. Complementary breakfast was good with variety of dishes. Over all an excellent place to stay.
