Room service was fairly owesome. Rooms are good but vantilation is lacking. Location is owesome n best thing is that it's in the biggest market of Bhopal named new market that too at the famous spot known as 'top n town'.

Service can be improved as well as maintenance have a scope to improve. Still is a great place to visit for night stays.

Location is very good. On new market road. Rooms are ok. Clean room. Service are too goods. Food is also tasty.

I had a pizza and a puff at the Bakewell. The service was slow and the tables were not clean when we reached there. But the taste of the food was good.

I visited bakewell for late night food craving. Although for time like 12 am it is a good place for getting snacks but most the snacks were sub par. Coffee was good. I also tried potato twister which was better than any snack I had there.

Service is good. Situated in the prime location.

The fifth floor is open for dining and is amazing. With the weather right now, it's just about the perfect place to have a couple of beers.

Accomidatiin is good but Food is bad.

A good option for accommodation, dining and party at prime location of indore city. Good staff, well mentained, tasty food, nice interior and almost all variety of meals available here. Roof top dining is also available. The menu is costly somehow but it is value for money. Parking space is there.

This place is having a good cafe which is slightly over priced as compared to the taste of food. Although the bakery items are average. The buffet is very nice. The restaurants are very nice and also the bar.

The food is okay. I have been attending conferences here. So, the bouffet they serve is all right. The food for the guests who stay, is better. The bakery is cute and have a nice ambience to sit with family on weekends etc.

Yesterday night I hav dine in over there the experience I have getting frm there is pathatic and the services they have provided to me is also worst after a ll this now I have come to the food I can't imagine I have ordered a vegetarian food and they hav served this with the nonveg gravvi. Taste was pathatic I don't have another word rather then a pathetic a road side dhabba is much better then a reputed places like a crown palace try to improvised your staff they are not atol communicating with the customers that's the biggest issue over there and try to improvised your management as we'll as food because it's a place where people come with some trusted companies like u. Plz u should taught your staff how to accepted there mistakes and how should they apologise with the customers really painful and pathatic experience of mine frm the top hotel's in the indore. Loved the roof top, location is nice, service is good and food is also amazing. And also not too heavy on the pocket. Loved the whole experience… Will go to there again for sure.

It's a beautiful palace with great ambience and nice staff. The buffet of crown palace is best in the city offering wide variety of food and that too delicious, samudr visit place. 5 star from my side, you should maintain the same as always best in buffet in city.

Awesome Place to visit with your friends and your family. The Quality and quantity of the food is unmatchable. The cost is somewhat on the higher side but they justifies it with the quantity and quality associated with it. Ambiance is nice better take the rooftop table. Veg and Non Veg both have variety of new dishes you can try and the taste is also pretty good. The best thing I have tried there is chicken cheese sizzler and will also suggest you to try. Overall very satisfied with the restaurant. Must try once.

Hotel crown palace has one of the best bakery in town in the name bake well. It offers huge variety of cakes, pastries, cookies, shakes, sandwiches and more. Their signature brownie shake is the one that cannot be missed. Hot brownie with ice cream is love. The taste of the entire menu is lip smacking. The ambiance is good and they play good music to cope with the food they serve. The service is a bit slow when compared to other cafes and restaurants around town. The costing is a bit on the higher side and one can call it costly cafe. They have good variety in both egg less and with egg cakes and pastries. If you're around kanchan bag or geetabhavan, this cafe has got to be tried.

Good hotel with nice room and food situated at new market place near to indian coffee house.

I used to like this hotel a few years ago. But nothing has changed here in so many years. I mean really nothing. Request them to keep pace with changing times and bring the contemporary feel back, in order to stay relevant. I must mention that they still make great cookies.

Nice place to hangout with friends, good quality of food but prices are bit higher. Try to avoid ordering Cakes! Can try pizza if you are lover of crispy base pizza! Bar zone is also good. Happy Weekend :)

Friends, I have been visiting hotel crown palace from 8 years with family and Our SBI Staff. Always enjoyed excellent courteous services and delicious food, got more value for money.

Food taste is not good, service is also slow.
They also forgot what we ordered.

Apart from location and room nothing is good here. We stayed here in march 2018 for 1 night. Booked through oyo at 1900. The property is good but not properly maintained. The geyser was leaking and hot water was not coming in the taps. The staffs are busy in their own work or talking on the phone. The breakfast was worst and is available only after 8.30. They served poori sabji, poha, bhajia and tea and call themselves a premium hotel. There was not a single tissue paper on any table. I would not recommend this place for anyone.

Best place at reasonable rate… Very good Kitchen. Lots of exotic food varieties available… A well designed buffet breakfast included in the rent… Located near Geeta Bhuvan Chauraha, Agra Bombay road…

Good place for afternoon lunch buffet. The arrangement of food is not proper. Food quality is great and amazing service.

Variety and ambience was good on the rooftop but quality was average. Used to be much better earlier. Even then a nice overall experience.

This place remains open till late night. It serves delecious food. Late night coffees are the best of what it offers. It also serves cake, pastries during late night. A good place to hang out late night with friends and family. Highly recommended.

The location of hotel is in the heart of the city. It has a bakery shop on ground floor. Although parking space is an issue hotel provides valet facility. Food is very good and hospitality is awesome. Being in the center of city it is not very spacious especially I found the staircase a bit cramped. Overall the experience was good.

One of the Good hotel and restaurants in Indore. It has good coffee shop also. I enjoy often Buffet lunch. Good quality food. Buffet costs around Rs 450. Special discounts for women and senior citizens in Buffet. It's situated near Geeta bhavan Square. Very near to Chappan Market.

Good food quality… Many halls available for CME with good audio/visual arrangements. The Bakewell is equally well with good tasty food. Above average costing with above average taste! The place is v clean and well maintained with good parking services!

Good ambience and seating experience. The food was disappointing as too much oil was used and naan were stiff. Serving staff are very polite but ignored / forgot our instructions. Maybe paying more attention to preferences of guests can improve service.

I basically go there for dinner purpose but it also has very nice bakery. The food is as always awesome and its coffee is probably city's one of the best you can find. It has very wide gamut of food available at the bakery and pretty much every thing is nice, cakes and pastries are very delicious and also the service and staff is very nice there. Good food is the reason I always go there. In terms of hospitality they meet expectations and so far in last four years no nasty experience faced. Rooftop restaurant has bar too which sometimes I find uncomfortable with family mm.

This hotel is situated in the heart of the City. This is an old Hotel more than 25 years. This is having a restaurant and bar. The restaurant is having out setting and providing very good test of coffee collection. Food quality is good and we can enjoy Buffett also here. I have seen the rooms and the quality of rooms are average and very small in size. As this is an old property therefore needs renovation.

No doubt one of the best hotels in Indore. Roof top sitting is the best here, specially in winters. Food is the best, both veg and non veg. Baked veg a must try. Easy reach, convenient location. Well trained and behaved staff. Usually a wait at weekends.

Buffet is congested and food is not delicious. I would definitely praise Shreemaya AB road for giving a memorable experience in every visit with their taste and hospitality.

Cafe Bake Well is Indore's Midnight Bonanza. Great cakes, cookies and chocolates. They have outside and inside sitting. Easily accessible. Recommended.

My friend stay here everytime he come to Bhopal, Its quite economic and well maintained compared to same budget class hotels. It is situated primely on New Market Roadside so a great advantage to get public transport right front of Hotel, Staff is pleasing and well behaved. Rooms are good and hygenic however bit compact.

This Hotel is in New Market area, easy to access from all directions. Parking is not exclusive but on the road. Rooms are very good. Well Maintained and Good Co-operative Staff. Breakfast was good too. The Lobby between the Rooms was quite big and good. Decent Hotel I would say.

Good services at prime location.

It is among the city's best hotels in terms of rooms and food. They serve great food and drinks. Afternoon buffet is also served here. The hotel has a great terrace restaurant.

I have not been to stay at this Hotel. But have dined at Cafe Bake Well and the Golden Treat. The cafe is nice, it's close to my college so I have been going there for years and the standard has always been maintained. A bit on the pricey side but they serve non-veg which is good. Taste of most items is great and the Golden Treat is a proper restaurant known for it's Lunch Veg Buffet which I have tried twice and have loves it. They seem to be a very professional Hotel Keepers so I am the stay over there is enjoyable since it's at the heart of the city.

Restaurant service is very poor; The staff rarely pays attention to guests requirements The staff grooming and turnout is not professional — seems to be poorly trained They don't bother about hygiene The buffet is not amply refilled and guests have to wait endlessly — despite repeatedly requesting the staff We organised a party for our staff and had to cut an off extremely sorry figure The music played in the restaurant is the least cheerful And, they don't have any feedback forms to get guest feedback.

Too high cost and not clean.

Ambience is awesome compare to other same rated hotels. I would literally prefer to have a buffet, worth having it.

The location was good and the food had a great taste. The service was also good.

They can not provide a bottle of packed drinking water, forget for a tea bags if u want to make ur bed tea early in d morning although ground restaurant is good.

It is a all time favorite spot for me and my family. BakeWell is very famous bakery and one stop place for foodies. Meals served are delicious and service is good too.

Very bad experiences a number of times… Pathetic food quality over expensive. Staff is very rude and non cooperative which is a must in the hotel and service industry. Anyways overall experience is very bad neither I visit the hotel ever again nor I suggest anyone.

Amazing place! Amazing people! The 'Bake Well' bakery is really great as well. I've made it a point to only stay here whenever I visit Indore and I don't see that changing :) Definitely recommend for everyone!

Located as a part of Crown palace its one of the popular bakeries in the city. The bakery items are good here and other food okish. I like the pizza here it has that indian taste to it which the chain stores lack. Their garlic bread is ok and so is the noodles. I dint like the pasta, It was too sweet. The coffee here is good. The place is not very expensive and therefore is famous between students and coaching classes located near by.

My favourite place to eat in the city. Everybody who knows me knows this place. Hats off to the staff and the ambience is really nice tooo.
