First of all I would like to thank all hotel celebration staff specially the london bar. Thrice I have been to london bar and I enjoyed alot, ambience was very good, service was fantastic most attractive is price of all items. I love this place and I will suggest to all my friends to visit this place. Thanks to all team member of London bar.

Right from pick up from the airport until my departure it was a memorable experience. Excellent room and amenities. Very attentive staff, friendly & efficient. Par excellence food outlets. Gourmet restaurant I would rate the best among all. Over all a memorable experience.

Had a wonderful stay here during some event. Our checkin was smooth. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Rooms are of decent size. Washrooms are also big and clean. Wi-Fi works fast. Our kids enjoyed swimming pool a lot. They have a good Gym too. This hotel is strongly recommended.

Worst Hotel Experience ever. Billing was not Appropriate. Food was Over Cooked.

Pathetic Service. Manpower is not Trained. No one is aware of Service level. Customer Satisfaction is not their Priority. Worst Hotel Experience ever.

We booked the banquet hall for my brothers wedding reception, hall is quite spacious and well maintained. It can easily serve 250+ people at a time. Staff is very helpful and they gave us prompt service. At last but not the least, food was very tasty, we have got verities in the food menu. Overall experience was excellent. I would highly recommend this place if anyone would like to organise any event with in the city.

This place is nicely located it central raipur… it has a very good ambience… perfect service, near and tidy rooms with excellence in food and beveragea.

The hotel is great but look out for the stairs, they won't take you everywhere. But you can definitely go and get some good ambience from the hotel. The food, rooms and interior is very good.

The location is at the heart of city and on the main road. It may have small entrance but after going inside it has a good aroma amd service is also good.

Rooms are cozy, food quality has been degraded, say up to average, ambience is required to be improved.

Attended a marrige event. Contract to the look from the road, is very espacios from inside. Good food and relative cheap for the service.

Decent hotel near (less than a km) Raipur Jn. Railways station. They offer complementary pick and drop from the station. It has in-house restaurant, pool, pool side bar, indoor bar and spa. Rooms are well maintained. However, bathrooms need more maintenance. Rooms have mini bar.

Amenities being offered are average given the Room Tariff they charge. Alternately, the Room Tariff is on the higher side. The ambience is good and location is near to Railway Station as well as other Confectionery shops and Stationery stores are also around. There should be a door mat/ rug to soak the wet feet, outside the bathroom.

Usually visit for monthly team dinner. The food is good and the ambience is decent. The hookah and drinks are good, price is a bit on the expensive side and the service is slightly slow. All in all a good experience.

We went there for celebrating a birthday party of our kid with family… And all the arrangements were good. The service of the staff was good. The meals, foods were good as we expected. Prices are also not expensive. Enjoyed at dance floor. Sounds were good. The staff of the hotel was co-operative and well behavior. Satisfied.

Most of our family functions were held here. As far as food is concerned, it's OK but chocolate brownie and daal makhni was superbly delicious.
