Centrally located well kept hotel. Good restaurant. Responsible hotel staff. Restaurant staff could show better efficiency. Hotel East Park is a smart business hotel in Bilaspur. The 76 rooms hotel, strategically located in the heart of the city which is very close to railway station & bus stand making it convenient place to stay for the business traveller. Everything is designed so as to be unobtrusive.

The premises is very neat and clean. Spacious parking area. Awesome quality buffet. Room service boys are good but they are ill-paid.

The service is very poor. Booked a deluxe room and alloted me lower category room but wen object, they shifted me to deluxe room. But I realized that lower category room was much better than deluxe room. No tea maker, no mini bar and not even menu for room service. Wen asked for menu, I got reply that they don't provide menu in room. Totally pathetic experience.

Open Parking without any shed. From inside it's really beautiful and comfy. It has its own hall, disco and restaurant. Good service. Food is truly delicious. Good experience being there.

The place is built very nicely, and the service of the staff is also great. The hotel is one among the best luxurious hotels you will find in the city. You will get everything you expect from a very costly hotel. Rooms are also kind of luxurious.

Ambience is good but the food sucks. It's totally not worth the money. Main course is not at all good. Just skip this if you are coming here for a meal.

Excellent hotel of this class… newer property and kept extremely clean. Front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast area is spacious and one of the best in Bilaspur I have experienced. Fresh fruit in addition to all the other hot and cold items. This stay was during several events in town and they handled groups well. Parking is adequate. I'll be back to this place and highly recommend to others.

Best hotel of bilaspur district with awesome arsenal bar… The room are spacious. I stayed for a night and can recommend everyone to stay here… They will serve you complimentary breakfast! Pick up and drop service to the railway station … The manager was kind to me. And the staff was nice too.

Our juniors hosted our farewell party here. Even though the food was good but their AC was not functioning which made our experience bitter. We also booked the club upto 7 pm but we overstayed there for like 5 minutes and their Bouncer started yelling at us to leave the place. He also threatened us for consequences. It was the most horrible thing which could have happened. Gave two stars for everything else. I can't say about booking rooms but I would highly recommend NOT to visit this place for parties. That bouncer was acting as if he is going to thrash everyone present there.

This hotel could be better of the staff had any idea about how a better hotel works. The most irritating thing was that all the plug points (out of no reasons I could comprehend) are of a nature that you would need to request for adapters from the reception to operate your charger or the electric kettle or anything basically. And then 3 out of the 4 adapters that they would bring will not work. And then they would say that they call allow you only two adapters per room. Now calculate the odds that you would be able to charge your phone. Pretty interesting sum, isn't it? Food is good, the dinner buffet was quite cheap and wholesome. By stroke of some genius in marketing, the entire dinner buffet was cheaper than one chicken dish a la carte!

This four star hotel is one of the best places to stay in Bilaspur. Apart from that it's nice place to host parties, catch a beer at Arsenal bar, or enjoy disco at it's pub. In short it's worth visiting if you are in Bilaspur.

Its multi cuisine restaurant Fusion is a decent place to dine. The service is good and staff is polite.

I have attended a party here. Its located in the most prime location of bilaspur. Everything is near to it what u basically seek. Service is awesome and rooms too are well maintained and east park has bar, party hall, a big ground and many more.

Nice place with nice facilities, Humble and cooperative staff. Nice bar and dinning options. Just needs continuos maintenance and upgradation to keep it up. Rates are economic and pocket friendly. Overall it's a comfortable stay.

I have to write at least 200 characters in order for this review to be published. But this hotel can be described with just two words "absolutely perfect. One small thing is that the shower door was slightly hung wrong so water sprayed through the shower which made the floors wet. But I let them know and based on the quality of the staff I'm sure it was quickly fixed. I would not hesitate in staying here again!

Only food and room is ok in some extent, but no other facilities is available. But we don't have better option at Bilaspur.

Poor service but food and drinks and ambience is good, one of the few best places in Bilaspur, Food buffet option is very economic Pub is also good. Minus is service is delayed Plus is Music they play live violin guitar etc and complimentary stuff is excellent.

I have been to their bar the arsenal, their restaurant fusion and their pub fireball. It was a Please by experience, every single time I visited. Rally professional attitudes the staff was one of the most impressive things I would mention. Always found it clean and cozy.

Excellent courteous staff, very well mannered. We attended a seminar which was held in the conference room. Very well decorated with flowers. Washrooms are clean. Food too is great.

The food is awesome, the only thing which I didnt like was they denied pick up and drop, as I booked the room from Make My Trip.

It's Centrally located, will get all utilities at walking distance, can shop, go anywhere. Location wise_*****. Dining experience is one of the best. Fusion staffs are very caring, you get a nice family feeling here. Cleanliness is OK, needs further improvement in common area. Reasonably priced, breakfast is nice. Overall nice experience _fit for revisit.

Checked in at 1800 on 16 Nov without reservation. Agent had defaulted on booking in time. Requested the hotel staff to book in my name, was informed only deluxe room available and standard and club deluxe sold out. Agreed to book Deluxe room. Meanwhile the agent called up the hotel and confirmed the booking. I was handed over a room key stating deluxe room allotted. When I reached the room and on confirmation realized that the room was Club Deluxe Room. On complaint I was informed only Club Deluxe rooms were available! The Manager Mr Amit at the reception booked me in deluxe, sent me to club deluxe, did not inform me that I am being allotted club deluxe, lied to me about availability and booked me in higher category room and allotted lower category room. Further complaints fell against the wall.
