Treebo Apollo

It was worst experience and decision to stay in this hotel. We went for Kamakhya temple visit and informed about late check out. However The staff literally took out my luggage and kept in the lobby all scattered. They didn't even call to inform about it. Even the in-house resturant delivered wrong food for dinner and forced us to pay for it. Horrible place to even halt.

The hotel seemed awful to me. It wasn't anything like the photos on the booking site. The rooms were in very poor condition. It seemed like a very old hotel. Despite being on the roadside, the rooms felt stuffy. Water leaked in the bathroom 24/7. The floor and bedsheets looked unwashed. Considering the room's price, there are plenty of better hotels in Guwahati. Even though I'm telling you, it didn't seem right. I would never take my family to this hotel.

Rooms are really small and not properly clean. Also prper sunlight is missing from majority of the rooms which makes them shady. There are better treebo hotels than this. Also at night you cannot visit the restaurant downstairs as it is just a bar on that time. You will not feel comfortable especially with ladies.
The quality of food and service is appreciable. They provided everything we needed with very much effort and gave proper solutions for any issues.
For the staff I can give 5 star. Only for the rooms 2 star deducted.

Most worst experience in this hotel, staff behaviour is good but service is one of the most worst I told him hotel staff to change the room freshener day 1 but he did not change the room freshener. Apart from this in My room TV is not working. Room service phone is not full working condition.
My friend I suggest please go for other options don’t stay this property.

Don't fall for fake reviews. Extremely dirty property which isn't family friendly.
Very bad place. I had good experience with treebo in the past and looks like the reviews are mostly fake. Some reviews talk of good view, view of dirt is it? The REVIEWS ARE DEFINITELY FAKE since that is the reason I booked this place to begin with. Treebo owner has responded on reviews that they take feedback seriously but I've been seeing that reply for very old reviews too.
The Treebo support team comfortably ignored my calls and there was no response after I lodged the initial complaint with them. No response after repeatedly reaching out to them.
The place was dingy and extremely dirty. The bathrooms were unbearable and the pillows were black. This is at best a 1 star hotel and customers are duped to believe that this is a 3 star.
The heater was not working and it was broken — literally and figuratively (attached photos) and no help came to fix it.

Could’ve been better. I’ve had better stay experiences and service in other Treebo hotels at a similar price range. The bedsheets were stained, the floor was dusty and shower gel wasn’t provided. The bathroom was okay, but overall cleanliness and service need improvement.

Very Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price.
I recently stayed for 3 nights and 2 days at Treebo Apollo Guwahati with my parents and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. To our surprise, our room was not in the main hotel building but in a shady adjacent building. The room had a weird smell, poor hygiene, and absolutely no housekeeping—even after multiple calls.
The TV didn’t work, the utensils were in terrible condition, and no welcome kit was provided. On top of that, the staff was rude and unprofessional, and it was nearly impossible to reach them on call. Definitely not what I expected from a Treebo property. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

I reached from Guwahati. Called the manager more than 8 times. No response.
The rooms are nothing as shown in the Internet. Misguided.
This is really a bad experience. 3 star hotel only in pricing. Reception behaviour was so bad.

This is a useless place, cleanliness is zero, breakfast is disaster. The only positive thing is it is closer to kamakhya temple. Someone hacked my booking. Com account and provided fake rating.

I booked this hotel for my dad’s solo trip, and the service was excellent. Given his early 4 AM train arrival during pilgrimage season, the staff kindly suggested adjusting the check-in date.
They also went out of their way to assist with transportation and ensure his well-being. A special thanks to Nipun Raj for his exceptional support.
I’m truly grateful for their hospitality.

Had a great time at this place. This is my first visit to Guwahati. The staff is very helpful. Rooms could have been better but for me the location is a plus point. Easy to commute to Kamakhya temple.

I have stayed for one night it was good really helpful and good behavior Staff Morning breakfast buffet, There is 5, to 6 items but if u order Extra from your choice they will make it, near to Kamakhya Temple.

The staff are very helpful and polite especially Swapan bhai. He was always at our service. Mr Nipu Raj, a very capable and efficient manager, runs the hotel very smoothly and took very care of us. We had a wonderful stay. This hotel is good for those who want to visit Kamakhya temple as well as the local places.

The rooms were not even 1% of what was shown ln make my trip application and also were very unhygienic.
Room had a very bad smell, not recommended at all.
Only if you want to stay near to all the temple and river front at the cost of room and service quality then only you can go for it.

The hotel is a budget hotel.
It is beside a one way road near the Brahmaputra riverfront.
The tourist public transport bus drops you directly infront of the hotel.
The staff of the hotel is just helpful.
The entire property is not clean, not well maintained. The restaurant is just a room with a long table and some chairs and dim lighting which makes it seem as a interrogation room.
However the food is amazing.
The taste and the quality of the food is loved by all of my friends and family.
I had booked 5 rooms in total —
3 Deluxe.
2 Standard.
The property is seperated into 2 parts with a mix of rooms each.
The rooms have an horrible potent smell.
The AC's in 2 of the rooms were not working as supposed to.
The Bathrooms were very narrow and the vents led to another pathway from which we could hear construction/talking noises.
Standard rooms are not good size.
