We stayed for two days. Rooms are good, bathroom good. But only issue is no lift. You have to walk all four floors to top. They also provide rental bikes. And ac is good. Lift is under construction may be in future when I visit I may provide 5 star.

The stay was okay but the rooms were dirty, given damp towels, had to wait for check in even after the official check in time. The floor was wet.
No water bottle. Felt overpriced after experiencing it.
I uploaded two pictures but the corners were literally yuck and there were spider webs behind the curtain. Big difference between the photos here and the reality. The rooms are on the 3rd floor which at times becomes inconvenient. The boy asked us to go to the rooms but didn't show the way, we had to call multiple times just to get to the rooms.

The room was nice and clean. The view from the balcony was good. But the service is pathetic, even after requesting multiple times didn't provide a single towel. No water bottle was provided. Take more than 30 minutes to check in and out.

The hotel rooms are good, but the service is terrible. When we arrived, the room was very dirty and not properly cleaned. Even after we checked in, no one came to clean the room. We had to tell the owner, and only then someone came to clean. They also charge high prices but don’t include even basic food. There is a menu to order food, but after seeing the prices, we lost our appetite. In the morning again, no one came to clean the room. The bathrooms were also not properly cleaned. We faced water problems too, and the water from the tap came very slowly.

Disgraceful Excuse for a Hotel – A Total Scam.
Staying here was not just a mistake – it was a full-blown disaster. Calling this place a “hotel” is a joke. It’s a scam in the name of hospitality, and no one should fall for it.
I stayed here last month with a group of friends, and it was hands down the worst travel experience of our lives.
1. Demanded full payment upfront, only to make us wait hours past check-in time. They had already promised early check-in over the phone, but of course, that meant nothing.
2. Even after their official check-in time, we were still kept waiting. Clueless and unapologetic.
3. Finally got the room – and surprise! No running water in the bathroom. Disgusting.
4. The Rooms on the rooftop – a filthy, stinking mess that looked NOTHING like the fake, polished pictures they post online. Complete bait and switch.
5. The staff? Absolutely useless. Rude, untrained, and completely unbothered by guests’ issues.
6. No food. No snacks. Not even basic arrangements. Just a dead kitchen and a shrug.
7. Rooms reeked of dampness and mold – unbearable to stay in.
8. No drinking water available the next day. We were told to go fetch it ourselves – are you kidding me?
9. Tried contacting the staff multiple times – they blatantly ignored calls. Zero accountability.
This place is a disgrace to the hotel industry. Avoid it at all costs unless you’re looking to ruin your trip, your mood, and your health. This wasn’t just poor service – it was outright negligence.

Worst room and maintenance we have ever seen. It's not at all a homestay just rooms made in roof top of an apartment. Dusty rooms, no hot water, no response from owner. Rooms in 5th floor but no lift availability. Overall Not recommended to visit.

Worst room and response from owner. Rooms are not clean. We can find dust all over the place. No hot water also. When checked, property owner was not responding. Not recommended for any one. Try not to book this hotel.

Ac doesn’t work properly gyser does not work and water taps doesn’t have enough pressure and literally who pays 180 for two cups of tea.

Giving one star because I have to give review, otherwise I give — 5 * for the service they have provided us for our booking of 2 room for Maa Kamakhya visit through Tour operator. The room are basically use for local guys for their enjoyment. Bedsheet and covers are very dirty. No service person found as and when required. It is a rented flat using as hotel. Please don't come with family. This is not safe.

The staffs are not active at all… they don’t even have cafetaria… There is no lift… the hotel is situated in very odd place. And there is a bad smell in the room…. I recommend you all not to visit this place at any cost…

The Stay was AVERAGE and that’s FINE, only issue is there is “ NO LIFT “and that’s the biggest issue as the rooms are on 4th floor. Not recommended for people who don’t have habit of walking that much. Can improve more for sure. Maybe there is shortage of Helpers.

Pathetic service and management… Freshly painted walls are enough to suffocate you to death… Hygiene at its lowest level… No proper buckets and mugs in the washroom… Would never visit again nor recommend someone to book this place.

Pathetic rooms. Dirty rooms and bathrooms. Basic cleaning was also not done. Cockroaches in rooms and bathrooms. Dirty bedsheets, no dustbin, noisy fans. No lift to take luggage and elder people. Rooms on 4th Floor. No tea, hot water till 8.30 in the morning.
Not recommended at all. They show nice pictures at the time of booking, but the rooms are nothing like shown in the pics.

Not as expected they charged rs 200 for 4 cups of black tea.

Room is very good… and clean… excellent room, but, service is very poor. No water and food, tea etc. Sanjit good person, but alone.
