The Dew Drop Hotel

We had a wonderful 2-day stay at Dew Drop Hotel, Guwahati. The hotel is well-maintained, comfortable, and offers a pleasant atmosphere for both business and leisure travelers.
What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality and support from the hotel owner, who was always approachable, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable. Their personal involvement and willingness to assist made a big difference.
A special mention to Eren and chan from the Front Office for his professionalism, warmth, and prompt assistance throughout our stay.
Thank you to the entire Dew Drop team for making our visit memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Guwahati and look forward to staying here again.

Very good clean rooms. Spacious for 3. We had a lot of luggage including biking gears. Room could accomodate. Will suggest for intermediate stay for travelling.
The staffs were polite and very helpful. Will suggest places for sightseeing seeing and food.

"Aggressive Negotiation" was done by you on the day of the event, that too 2 months after the entire booking was agreed upon.
Throughout this what I found missing —
1. Lack of professional standards. Rooms were not ready, towels not provided, beds not made, lights not working etc etc. The smell of leaking gas cylinder in your 2bhk airbnb, please get this fixed ASAP.
I had booked the entire hotel for 2 days to avoid any complication, and this was done 2 months in advance. Still your service was not up to the mark.
2. Lack of transparency in payments. Insisting on cash payments. Your staff was rude to us once the payment was made. There was NO goodwill gesture of extending stay. The goodwill you claim came after you demanded additional payment from guests for checking out at 2pm instead of 12pm.
3. Changing terms after payment was made. You took the advance for organizing a party and then you cancelled it on the same day. And you refused to return 50% of the advance. Utter lack of professionalism.
4. I was forced to change the location of my party for 30 people on the last day because you decided to change the prices and terms of the deal. You forced us to hire your decorator and caterer, and they backed out last moment.
Yes my guests were Happy with the overall experience in Guwahati but that was due to the effort my family and friends put in.
No thanks to you I spent most of my wedding day worrying about how to host them.

The rooms are neat, clean and cozy. Great location away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but within the city. Absolutely good service and hospitable staff, would definitely recommend.

The stay was very comfy and the experience living there was very good. The service was good. The caretaker had an immediate response. The owners stays in the same premise, is very polite and soft spoken. We had a great meeting him. The surroundings felt safe.

Having stayed in Guwahati before, I can confidently say this hotel near Guwahati Zoo Tiniali stands out. My recent stay was exceptionally pleasant. The rooms were perfect for the price, offering a level of comfort and maintenance that exceeded expectations. The beds and overall cleanliness were impeccable, and the added convenience of air conditioning made the stay even more comfortable.
One of the highlights of this hotel is its location. It’s away from the crowded areas, providing a peaceful and relaxing environment—ideal for unwinding after a day of work. The hotel service was outstanding, and the staff was attentive and helpful throughout my stay.
What I appreciate the most is the value for money. While it’s not the cheapest option, the quality and maintenance justify the price, making it a far better choice than many high-priced but poorly maintained alternatives. I genuinely hope the management maintains this price-quality balance in the future.
