Spacious rooms, location good. Lots of restaurants nearby, cooperative staff. But no other amneties like swimming pool, spa etc.

Nice hotel, rooms are nice, the conference we had in the first floor was in a hall. Bathrooms were not well equipped with tissues and not being hourly cleaned. Food was good.

Nice place, well located, good rooms, good food and great hospitality. I do recommend.

Nice cosy place to stay. Its a new hotel so things are neat and clean. But the restaurant is opened only for breakfasts. Lunch and dinner is only available as room service facility.

Update 19/01/2018 — the manager met me in the morning and apologised for my experience (without having read this review). He took it as feedback for improvement, and also refunded me the difference amount between a regular room and a suite. He also refused to accept payment for the dinner I had the previous night. This shows are great sense of customer service and I was happy that this was their attitude. I'm adding a star for that effort. ______________________________________________ 18/01/2018 — The rooms are actually decent but I'm rating this so low because of the experience I had. I called on my way from cherrapunji to Guwahati and specifically asked for a room with a bathtub, mentioned that I needed to soak after a very tiring day. I also asked repeatedly if hot water was a available for the bath tub. After numerous confirmations, we agreed on a price and I came straight to this hotel. I saw the room and it looked good, and I checked the bathroom and the bathtub actually was quite big. I was happy and paid and checked in. Immediately I started filling the bath tub coz I was exhausted. 5-6 minutes later I went and checked and the water in the tap was freezing cold. I was perplexed, and that's when I looked around the bathroom and discovered they had an instant geyser. How they expect to fill a bathtub with hot water using an instant geyser, I won't understand. I complained but obviously much couldn't be done, and I was too tired To go look for another hotel.

It is a great hotel. Pretty much as represented on the internet and service too is great.

Entrance is huge. Situated in the most crowded area. Services of the hotel is best. Food is delicious. Free Wi-Fi is here.

This is the best value for money hotel I have ever checked into. This is a newly constructed property in the heart of the city. This hotel includes all the amenities of a 4 star hotel at a very low price. The staffs are extremely well behaved and professional. Even the Wi-Fi is pretty fast. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone whoever visits Guwahati or nearby areas.
