Hotel Divine View Divine View

Seriously the rooms are too small and the bedsheets and blankets are so dirty, the toilet also too small to fit and I asked the towel but they didnt even bring it in time so I had to go and asked twice again…in photos it look pretty decent but in reality not worth the price at all.
Also one last thing is that there are many cockroaches ngl 🪳🪳🪳

I recently stayed at Hotel Divine View for three days, and it was truly an awesome experience. If you are looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay in Guwahati, I highly recommend this place.
What I loved:

We stayed one night at a hotel divine view. The room was clean and tidy. All the staff were very polite. The complimentary breakfast was delicious.

Clean, comfortable, and well-maintained room with good lighting and a calm atmosphere. The bed was cozy, the space felt organized, and everything needed for a pleasant stay was available. Overall, a nice and relaxing experience.

Great hotel for every person, family, couple, friends. Very Good behaiviour, polite nature of staff specially Mr Suraj Singha. And also staff Dibakar is very helpful, polite, and supportive.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. The rooms were well maintained and cleaned promptly whenever requested. Special thanks to Suroj singha, the hotel manager, who was exceptionally professional, friendly, and supportive throughout our stay. His management made the experience even better.

Small rooms but okay quality. I booked 2 rooms 20 days before and have asked that to book the rooms nearby to each other but they didn't fulfil that when I visited.
Rooms were of good quality but not properly managed, not enough blankets for the guests, no water bottles, no bathroom items like soap/shampoo.
But supportive staff, they provided everything just with a single ask.
Consider it as a 3 star hotel.

My experience at Hotel Divine View, Guwahati was very disappointing. The room was not clean and the service was extremely poor. When I tried to speak to the staff about it, the manager became rude and started arguing instead of resolving the issue.
To make things worse, the manager charged me extra money at the time of checkout and refused to provide a proper invoice or bill. When I asked for an explanation, he behaved very unprofessionally and spoke in an arrogant manner. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel.
It feels like the management is not honest with guests and only interested in taking extra money. I would strongly advise others not to stay here — there are many better and more professional hotels in Guwahati where you will be treated with respect and transparency.
And the manager is manipuri and I don't know the name I will share the review at every page. Poor.

It is very unfortunate that, when I'm giving this review, we r holding 03 rooms (45, 49 & 50) and even all r booked for tomorrow also. What a pathetic experience. Rooms r very small with a spring loaded bed. Bad smell inside rooms (especially room no49). They don't have inhouse kitchen, food was been supplied from out side like IRCTC thali. Staff attitude is not at all guest friendly. Though location is good (Palton Bazar).

We guys stayed in 5 floor.
The room was totally good. And the service was awesome if you want to come ghy… Stay here. It's fantastic.

This hotel is a complete fraud. Please be very careful before booking.
The staff, from receptionist to senior manager, are dishonest and trained to trap you into paying extra. They promise something before their shift ends, and later another staff member completely denies it and even calls you a liar. This happened with me during checkout – they changed their words, went back on their promise, and tried to charge me extra.
The receptionist is rude, the senior manager supports this behavior, and the whole team is unprofessional. Instead of hospitality, you will find lies, manipulation, and harassment.
I strongly advise others: do not trust their words, get everything in writing, or better – avoid this hotel completely.

This hotel is a trap. They promise you something before a staff shift ends, and later the new staff denies it completely – even calling you a liar – just to charge you extra at checkout.
The receptionist, the manager, and even senior staff are all part of this fraud. They lie, cheat, and try to squeeze money out of guests instead of providing hospitality.

I am totally not satisfied, the hotel staff's behavior is very bad. They made me sit for a long time and gave me a very small room. There was no cleaner and there were a lot of stains on the bedsheet. The hotel's room is smaller than a bird's nest.
Money doesn't reduce the more it takes.

Hotel Divine is very bad hotel for living. From Agoda I book 2 Deluxe rooms in this hotel. When we arrived at divine view all the staffs were sleeping in the reception. Cats were roaming near reception. When we talked to staffs they said that you have not booked Deluxe rooms, you have booked standard non AC room. No Deluxe rooms were available there and the staffs were also not talking properly. They were not accepting their mistake and were blaming to Agoda. This was worst experience in any hotel.

Room is very small, so is the washroom, no space at all, found spider in the room, they told me it's a deluxe room, but no way it's definitely not a deluxe room, and they charge me 2200/ — for that room, service is also very bad, they even not provided water, breakfast was included but they didn't provide the breakfast also. The pillow cover is very dirty, so overall the service is very poor according to the budget. I suggest everyone to go to the hotel Niharika which is located backside of this hotel. They charged 2k with a huge room and their service also good.
