Reviews of Aditya Inn 3*
The worst manager and hotelier.
Not professional.
Very disappointing experience. We had specifically informed the hotel after booking and payment that we did not want a room near the reception because we wanted privacy and less noise. However, when we arrived around midnight, they only offered us a room right next to the reception and claimed all other rooms were full.
They asked us to stay there for one night and shift the next day, which was extremely inconvenient, especially so late at night. We contacted MakeMyTrip customer care immediately, but unfortunately they were unable to help either. Only after a long discussion and complaint did the hotel offer another room, which was again near the reception.
When we requested a refund since the hotel could not provide the room arrangement we had clearly requested beforehand, neither the hotel nor customer care provided a proper solution. The whole situation was stressful, exhausting, and poorly handled.
The staff should communicate honestly and manage bookings better instead of making guests wait late at night without clear solutions.
They have charged me 2000/ — but the room is not at all worth for 2000/-. It should be 1200-1500. Complementary breakfast is not worth for 100/-. But they are saying that it would be compulsory. Location wise it is very good. Overall staff is good but room charges were High.

Worst hotel in GS road. They accept your booking amount and promise you good rooms but end up giving you the worst rooms available. I booked for two nights but got offered a room behind their reception table (zero privacy) and when I refused to stay in the room, they kept my money and haven’t refunded me till today. Plus they have a female manager who is very arrogant and rude. Please stay away from this hotel, there are plenty of good ones in the same vicinity at cheaper prices. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
