Such a lovely and warm welcome, highly recommended. A beautiful and very creatively decorated guesthouse. The breakfast was delicious, compliments to Yuki & Andi.

Andy, the owner, is the quintessential pleasant host (as warm as the tub in the yard which we used the night of our arrival: heavenly…).

Really wonderful hotel. Warm welcome, cosy well appointed room with comfy bed. Free breakfast was very welcome and the evening meal at Eos restaurant on site was superb.

Had pleasant stay here. Its convienient for the airport (about 15 minute drive) and watch out for the sleeping policemen… speed bumps in the road.
5 minute walk to the sea which was nice.

We chose this hotel as it is conveniently located for the airport and Blue Lagoon. It is also just 45 minutes to Reykjavik too.

Only a pharmacy, 2 restaurants in the same side of the highway. If I had a car, no issue. Taxi is super expensive, maybe worth renting a car.

Terrific clean hotel that's close to the airport but also convenient for those who have a rental car and want to drive around to lagoons. The staff is lovely and the breakfast is nice.

I would actually give this location 10 stars on service. The gentleman was super helpful during out unexpected stay. The family room we ended up in was fantastic. Beds were comfortable.

Rooms were clean, functional and easy check in middle of night after arriving from late flight. We didn't use kitchen or hot tubs but nice they were there.

3 stars does not do this place justice. Relatively small hotel but great staff and service all round. Ideally placed for the Blue Lagoon and Northern Lights viewing (when visible of course!

We stayed only two nights at the end of our 10 day trip. The staff was very friendly, the common areas were very clean and like I was in my living room back home. The honesty bar was refreshing.

Lovely place to stay if you come from the airport. Very clean, good beds, nice host and a good rice for a night.

Very convenient location less than 10 minutes drive from the airport on a quiet street one block from a grocery store and two blocks from shops, restaurants, parks and the water.

We stayed in the pods for our 24-hour layover. The place was well heated and the pods were a fun adventure for our family!

So this is in a commercial area adjacent to a residential area, and that might be a bit disconcerting, but when the cost and service is considered, it’s well worth it!

Superb cottage / bungalow style hotel. It was really cozy and clean.

We needed a place to crash for a few hours at night and this was the cheapest and closest hotel we could find which was also close to the airport.

The hotel is next to the airport and close to the rental car drop off. Very convenient especially having to leave very early. Breakfast starts at 4 in the morning and this is very positive.

Very clean and close to the airport. The staff is very friendly. Our dinner in the Aura restaurant was delicious.

Quaint adorable place to spend time whether arriving or departing from the Keflavik airport. Reynir, the owner, was very accommodating to our large group needs.

We had a very pleasant stay at this cozy and very original B&B. The host was extremely kind, the pick-up at the airport very smooth and our special request was fulfilled as well.

We had an amazing stay here. The cabin is beautifully located right on the ocean and feels very peaceful and remote, which made it the perfect place (mixed with some luck) to see the northern lights!

A nice, clean, and warm hotel in a super convenient location — just a 10-minute drive to the volcano trails.

By the Lighthouse was the loveliest place we stayed at on our ten day trip to Iceland.

Highly recommend this rental! The owners are accommodating, helpful and kind. We arrived to find a wonderful breakfast treat and a fully stocked kitchen including coffee to make in a French Press.

We found this hotel because our flight was cancelled and we wanted to be close to the airport and our car return. We originally found the Library Bistro which is a great place with amazing staff.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. I celebrated New Year’s here, and it was truly a wonderful experience that left me with very warm memories.

Perfect hotel for a stopover before flying. Close proximity to hire car drop off points. Easily connected by bus service from the airport. Free Airport transfer is super helpful.

We picked hotel as it was close to airport but it still cost an arm and leg to take a taxi for the 3.5kms (6000 Icelandic Krona)!

Ten minutes from Keflavik airport and 40 minutes from the capital. We had a family room with kitchen and private shower/toilet. We absolutely loved our 4 nights here.

Having a flight out at 6am is never easy. You want to have some sleep yet you don't want to be as close as possible to the airport.

Very warm inside, and the floor in the rooms was unpleasant to walk on. Very clean. Comfy beds. Well-equipped kitchen.

Hotel Keiler is lovely, nice rooms and conveniently located in town. Staff is the best part, very friendly and helpful especially when we were in a tough travel situation working through Icelandair.

I had heard a lot about the spa at the recently opened Keflavik Hotel so I went with high expectations and it fully lived up to my expectations, it is not particularly large but very elegant.

When we arrived no-one helped us to unload and their 'drivers' is kind not allowing us to unload during check-in.

This cozy hotel is located in the centre of town within walking distance to sights and restaurants. Our room, although not overly large, was clean and well equipped with everything we needed.

We stayed here on our last night in Iceland to make it to airport for early morning flight. It is a very simple hotel, no frills — not even front desk staff.

Will definitely stay again. Soundproofing is not the best between rooms but it did not affect me, but it might affect some.

You definitely see the harbour, so you are almost immediately at the harbour, which makes the location less attractive. But for the rest it was really cosy.

So I stayed there in Jan of 25. The place was nice. I was aware of an eruption previously but the town is very empty. But its not a bad drive to places and for me it was beautiful.

Margrét and Steini were excellent hosts who made us feel very welcome — we were very lucky to be the first guest in one of their new apartments — which had everything we needed including a smart TV

Best stay we had across our entire trip of Iceland for our group of 5. Apartment was modern with everything you needed (stove, fridge, etc).
