If consider this a 5-star hostel if the price were about 1000 kr less. And if there wasn't a sign on the front door about calling an Icelandic phone number to check in. Clean, pretty room with 4 pillows on bed, a desk, a little sink with hot and cold water, a mini fridge, and hangers. Excellent light control with shades and curtains. There is also a full kitchen, a free food section, three bathrooms for 10-15 rooms. Good showers featuring adjustable water temperature and adequate space for you and shelf room for your toiletries. And even a bathroom mat, and maybe hand towel. Then there's a large living room/common area upstairs with plenty of additional seeing and table space. And the manager is friendly and eager to help and point out the nearby supermarket.
