My wife and I went whitewater rafting on the east glacier river. It was Amazing we had a blast! The guides were knowledgeable and experienced and it made us feel comfortable and really able to have a great time! I would highly recommend Bakkaflöt to anyone!
Guesthouse with camping facilities. You can choose between staying in a room, in the camping or in one of the prefabricated little houses that they have. We chose the last option and it was ok. You will not have any luxury bit at least it is quite and you have your own bathroom. The restaurant is pricey for the medium-quality food that they offer. Continental breakfast is very limited in variety. They have a lot of outdoor activities like rafting but we did not try any.

Its a great campsite. Nice and quiet. With lots of possibilities for hikes. Have their inhouse rafting company. With great guides.
