Но по пульсу определил, что у меня непорядок со щитовидной железой) ) Вообщем я послушала и отказалась от их предлагаемых лечебных процедур! Присутствовал на приеме переводчик София! Так вот эта София потом встретила мою подругу и сказала, что я устроила истерику и ушла) ) ну разве может переводчик который присутствует у доктора на приеме передавать врачебную информацию третьим лицам? Просто возмутительно, даже если это моя подруга.

All in all everything was really chill and relaxing, just how it is supposed to be. Service was nice. I was really enjoying myself until I saw a parrot that was locked in a cage that was way (! ) too small just as decoration and "ambience". I mean come on people, it could have been a perfect day but that really made me mad. Give that bird away to some place where it can spread its wings and fly. Cause that is what birds are supposed to do. Not sit in a tiny cage just for some rich privileged people to look at.

The best hotel in Heviz! Very comfortable rooms, cozy hotel inside, a lot of therapies and procedures to care your health. Also a lot of swimming pools and One of them with thermal water! Highly recommend!

I try to keep myself short, don't really understand how this hotel gets to 4 stars. The staff is really nice and helpful, also there are many offers for massages and beauty treatments. However, if you are asked for a coffee at the hairdresser, you have to expect to pay this "extra", like many other services. A service fee is nightingale on each beverage.
The sauna infusions are Unliebsam (2 scoops of water on it and out). Everything without ventilation or cleaning, "a" proper infusion in the evening will be charged extra! I have not even been able to watch a cleaning in the sauna area.
Where you look, there are things that need renovation, scratched, worn out, etc. As you can see partly in the pictures the food is basically very good, everything from buffet, however, there is a lack of choice of jam and also for breakfast there is always the same offer. Even the freshly squeezed orange juice is again charged extra.
The opening hours of the wellness areas are far too short, already from 20h no outside area anymore and from 21Uhr everything is too! However, you can only eat up to 21UHR, which often puts you in stress.
The rooms are OK, but really very small and absolutely only suitable for the taking of smaller dogs.
