I come every year with the Alpine club, already the 5th time. Already the warm welcome, a nice feeling. The beautiful rooms and fine food very recommended.

In December for 4 days in the hotel and we were thrilled. Since everything is agreed to. Friendliness of every staff, especially the waiters from the restaurant thank you! the food Buffet is excellent, the rooms very nice. The dining room is a wonderful ambience. The pool area is, of course, if children, holidays are here, very loud. The only negative is that it is for adults not have their own rest area. But we come back for sure. I hope that the kitchen stays that way!

Perfect and super meals. Lots of modern wellness services. Nice programs and pools for kids and for adults too. The family room is quite big. Modern looking buildings and interior. Kind staff. Perfect for families, lovers, wellness seekers and elders. Only downside is the TV is too small, if you matters.

It's a great place! Stayed at this hotel 10 times. Lovely room stock, comfortable beds, perfectly renovated, comfortable bathrooms. Cleaning — at a high level. Restaurant: a variety of dishes for all tastes, very high quality, high level of service. Pool complex: the presence of a large pool for children in the distance from the adult pool make a comfortable holiday for different categories of vacationers who do not interfere with each other. Clean, the staff is keeping order. The treatment complex is beautiful: a large selection of procedures, convenient, well organized. Excellent service with Russian clients: booking service and translators above all praise. Lots of programs for kids. We go year after year, my daughter and her friends literally grew up in the hotel, it was always fun and interesting. Amenities for the elderly and those with disabilities. The location is convenient: the lake is a 7 minute walk away. There are closer hotels, but they have a not so developed pool complex, no beach areas and outdoor pools. And in the summer it is very important.

Hotel is not bad but cleanliness and Fleiss of maid a 4 * s not meet maximum 3 *.
Beds partly not clean made barely cleaning the room only the bare necessities were made. Very weak for 4 * s. The bathroom was nice and new, the rooms came down.
The food is all buffet style. Food was very cold. You can also make a buffet clean and good. Wellness area is also not the cleanest steam sauna anywhere tile plaster on the floor.
At checkout no demand if everything was in order.

The hotel is very decent. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the breakfast was good. A little need to upgrade the room fund as we had a shower in the room and did not work one socket. But it is necessary to pay tribute to the staff of the hotel, everything was fixed the next morning after the treatment. The lake is a 10 minute walk in a slow pace. A wonderful complex of pools, including a pool with thermal water from the lake. The sauna complex is small. There is a small gym and a training room with a coach, they are usually empty, so it is convenient to practice at any time. Group trainings are held from 9am to 14.00. They are usually no one, and training turns into an individual. I would love to come back here again.

The room is spacious and clean, the spa area and the varied sauna great and never crowded during our stay, the beds are never too short, the entire staff very friendly, food always available and fresh (TLW. Often the same — but not a problem for me). Price/performance more than good — to recommend!

Very nice hotel, great location, the most exciting thing about this hotel is the pools and sauna veriety, it has 7 different Saunas and 5 different pools, external and internal, medical, beach-like…

Overall, well… part of the lack of cleaning of the rooms… The average age in Heviz, plus 70, Schwalbenkot on the Lie… Sulfur smell at the Pool… for vegetarians, a small amount of main dishes and sauces … otherwise, food and friendliness of the prima… children over 3 PCs in the entrance area — where you can play … in our view, the 10 monitors in the game room… Rehab guests occupy the whole day with towels, the Beds … are just in the lunch break and in the evening just at the Pool… Facilities and rooms are ok…

A very family-friendly hotel. Big rooms, delicious food.

Positives: Good breakfast and dinner which is included in the room rate. Drinks are not included. Good service at the restaurant. Thermal water and swimming pool. The negatives: The rooms need a new, really old-fashioned. The staff at the front desk is not really friendly.
This hotel could be a good three star. Very expensive for Hungary.

Five credits. Clean, pleasant staff, close to a large range of food to suit all tastes. The hotel rooms are large and modern in the evenings live music.
