Review of Erhardt Panzió 4*

The restaurant of the Erhardt guesthouse is very good and beautiful. You can eat here excellent, very accommodating and competent waiter, and also the wine was good. I can highly recommend the restaurant Erhardt, it is priced higher than average restaurants in Hungary, but the quality and ambience are also above average. Our room, on the other hand, was a great disappointment, quite small, old-fashioned from the decoration and not particularly cosy or welcoming. In style, it was reminiscent of the 80s, at best and the 90s. Plastic fern as decoration on the table is also something that is neither beautiful nor contemporary. The carpet was very scraped off at one point, even this does not leave a good impression on the guest. Also not at all contemporary is a shower in the bathtub, for elderly people or overweight people or those with disabilities, showering in such a bathtub can be difficult or almost impossible, in addition, there is large showering in the bathtub. Slipping. The joints of the floor in the bathroom, which were originally known, are partly dark grey, which leaves no impression of hygiene. By saying on a booking website where it says that "all rooms are equipped with modern bathrooms, " I do not agree at all. Although me and my partner never have breakfast, there is apparently no possibility to book a room without breakfast in the guesthouse. Many other hotels or guesthouses offer the opportunity to book a room without breakfast. I am not happy about having to pay for a service I do not use. I find the price of 69 euros that we paid for an overnight stay inflated for the size and (non-existent) quality of the room. In Hungary, in many places for less money you can get a larger, newly renovated or attractively decorated flashed bare clean room, with a modern bathroom.
