Awful!
On arrival, no indication on the facades of the buildings, we had to call the front desk for someone (who spoke approximately English) to come down to bring us the keys and show us the apartment.
In the apartment it was very hot, no air conditioning just a single window and a fan. No air conditioning in the bathroom, it smelled very strong musty. Bigger disappointment because no resemblance to the pictures of the apartments we had seen on the internet.
The apartment is very spacious but quite rudimentaryly furnished. Kitchen equipped. Only one chair on the terrace outside, which was broken. The clock wasn't working, so was Wi-Fi. No sponge to do the dishes. The bed and bedside table in dirty condition, the bedding is to be changed: hard mattresses, cushions at the end of life (more thick, completely soft).
And to top it off, in wanting to do a laundry, we found that the machine was not working. The result: the clothes stuck in the machine, stagnant in the water, and carries the blocked machine so impossible to get them out. After harassing the reception and waiting for hours a repairman, the door of the machine was finally removed, without any excuse or offer of compensation (while proposing to pay us a dry cleaner would not have been too much, clothes stuck in water for more than 24 hours it smells bad …).
In short, very bad experience.
